Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Modell zum Trainieren von Untersuchungs- und/oder Behandlungsmethoden von Körpergängen und -wegen, insbesondere der endoskopisch retrograden Cholangio-Pankreatikographie, mit wenigstens einem ersten zu untersuchenden und/oder zu behandelnden Bereich (7, 7a, 7b), in welchem das Einfuhren einer medizinischen nicht endoskopischen Vorrichtung ohne Optik, insbesondere Kanüle, Führungsdraht, Katheder, Stent, Sonde, von einer Übungsperson trainiert werden kann, wobei der wenigstens eine erste Bereich (7, 7a, 7b), insbesondere Gallen- und/oder Pankreasgänge, zumindest in Richtung der Übungsperson aus einem durchscheinenden oder durchsichtigen Material besteht, so dass das Eindringen der medizinischen, nicht endoskopischen Vorrichtung von außen für die Übungsperson ohne weiteres Hilfsmittel sichtbar wird, wobei das Modell wenigstens einen weiteren endoskopierbaren Bereich (13) aufweist, welcher mit dem ersten Bereich (7, 7a, 7b) in Verbindung steht, so dass mittels eines in den wenigstens einen weiteren Bereich (13) eingeführten Endoskops der erste Bereich (7, 7a, 7b) untersucht und/oder behandelt werden kann.
