Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil d'éclairage à DEL, qui est compact, s'adapte facilement à un équipement d'éclairage existant, et présente une longue durée de vie utile tout en étant exempt des problèmes liées au dégagement de chaleur. L'appareil d'éclairage à DEL comporte: un culot à baïonnette pouvant être monté sur une douille désirée; une section d'émission de lumière sur laquelle des diodes électroluminescentes sont installées; un boîtier logeant solidairement la section d'émission de lumière et le culot à baïonnette, ce dernier débordant vers l'extérieur; un ventilateur de refroidissement à air disposé sur le côté superficiel arrière de la surface électroluminescente de la section d'émission de lumière logée dans le boîtier; et une section d'ouverture ouverte sur le boîtier pour y faire pénétrer et en évacuer l'air provenant du ventilateur de refroidissement à air. La chaleur produite au niveau de la section d'émission de lumière où les diodes électroluminescentes sont installées est évacuée par le ventilateur de refroidissement à air intégré au boîtier à section d'ouverture.
