Abstract
A liquid fuel combustion efficiency promoting apparatus that even when use is made of a polymeric fuel, such as heavy oil, attains a high combustion efficiency. The liquid fuel combustion efficiency promoting apparatus is characterized by including a cylindrical member constituting part of a fuel supply channel for supply of a liquid fuel from a fuel tank to a combustion zone; a far infrared emitter having a hollow member of conductive material filled in its interior with a dispersion wherein at least carbon particles or tourmaline particles are dispersed in a conductive solution or conductive gel and arranged in the state of ensuring a liquid fuel passageway in the cylindrical member; and further a liquid fuel convection structure for convecting at least portion of the liquid fuel having flowed into the cylindrical member upstream and downstream of the far infrared emitter.
