Description
DESRCIPTIONS EMERGENCY RESCUE DATA WATCH
The present invention is concerning a data watch that is capable of calling for emergency rescue by notifying the emergency team and the health system under emergency conditions such as illnesses, accidents, and under the emergency conditions that the presently ill people can fall into, and that includes the information concerning the health situation of the people in need of rescue for the purpose of obtaining fast intervene during emergency rescue .
At the state of art, there are no similar devices or apparatus; but digital blood pressure measuring devices and more improved models of these are present. However, none of these devices have bear a system or apparatus either that can notify any units at abnormal conditions by any means, nor that can immediately present the information about the person ho is need of help.
The present invention copes with many problems in the health system as it accelerates the health system and as it prevents the permanent diseases and illnesses, or deaths by providing speed to the health professionals for its being carried easily, for its being ergonomic, and for its having the feature of immediately presenting the information concerning the surgeries, chronic diseases, and other health particulars about the person.
The present invention is being described with the drawings and the illustrations attached herein.

List Of Parts;
1. National-Central Health Data Base
2. The data watch that the citizens will carry on themselves
3. Institutions and organizations providing health services
4. Monitor 5. Data watch set button
6. Data entry approval button.
7. Button for displaying the information
8. Pulse and blood pressure measurement transducer.
9. Emergency call button.
The data watch (2) has a structure that provides it the feature to be carried easily. In the memory of the data watch (2) the below given information about the user can be stored, and these information can be accessed instantly.
a. ID of the bearer b. The information concerning the health insurance institution of the bearer, and his/her health insurance registry number. c. Blood type of the bearer, and the people that can transfuse their blood to the bearer. d. The information concerning the chronic diseases of the bearer, the history of the disease, the present and past
diseases of the bearer, and the medication that the bearer is using, e. The information concerning the surgical operations on the bearer. f. If the bearer is allergic to any medicals or materials, the information concerning these, g. The name, address and telephone number of the physician of the bearer. h. Under the conditions that the bearer is unconscious, the addresses and the telephone numbers of the bearer's family and/or friends, i. The function that instantly measures the pulse and the blood pressure of the bearer, and that shows and stores the measurement values in order to be accessed whenever needed. j . The records of the chronic diseases at the family of the bearer, k. The information concerning the organ donation of the bearer, and the concerned hospital.
By using dedicated software, a national-central health database (1) will be established, and the citizenship number of the bearer will be used as the ID of the bearer for that database. The health information of the bearer will be stored as charts for each medical branch in that database, and whenever necessary, by using that database (1) the particulars of the bearer may be accessed by any health institutions and/or organizations (3) .
The data watch (2) is capable of delivering the information concerning the location of the bearer to the national-central database (1) by the means of GPS technology. Alternatively, by using the central database, the location of the bearer may be determined by the means of GPRS technology.
As the data watch (2) will be used, under the condition that the bearer is unconscious, a person near the bearer may read the health particulars of the bearer and may inform the emergency rescue teams. Thus, the emergency rescue teams will be able to access the information concerning the bearer and they will intervene more easily and rapidly. By the means of second software, a network will be established between the national-central database (1) and all the health organizations and institutions providing service in the country. Thus, by using that network, any and all health institutions and organizations (3) will be able to access that national-central database and use the information concerning the health of the bearer.
Additionally, the bearer will be able to measure his/her pulses and blood pressure whenever he/she feels bad, and if he/she decide that his/her health situation is bad he/she may make a call to the nearest health institution or organization. By the means of the software to be used by the hospitals, the physicians are given the opportunity to record their diagnosis, treatment method they used and the other particulars on the national-central database.
The information about the treatments applied to the bearers of the data watch (2) , and the data on the expenses for these treatments will be stored at a single database, under the control of the national and official health system.
The data watch (2) will be produced as fire and water resistant, as a measure against possible situations.
The data stored in the data watch (2) may be displayed on a monitor (4) that can be programmed by a semi-conductive chip. By using the Data Watch Set Button (5) various setting are
possible. By the means of the Data Approval Button (6) , the data delivered by the National-Central Health Center's Database (1) by the means of GPRS technology will be entered and recorded. By using the button for displaying the information (7) , the information delivered by the National- Central Health Center database (1) and recorded to the programmable data storing chip at the inner circuit of the data watch (2) by the means of Data Approval Button (6) , these information may be displayed. By the means of the pulse and blood pressure measurement transducers (8) , which is a function of the inner circuit of the data clock (2) , the pulses and the blood pressure of the bearer may be measured and displayed on the monitor (4) . By using the emergency call button (9) , the data watch (2) makes emergency calls to the nearest health institution or organization by the means of GPRS and GPS technologies.
