Abstract

　コイルの占積率を高め、モータを小型化することを可能とし、同時にコイル端末処理にともなう結線用プリント基板を廃止し、生産性、信頼性、コストに優れたギャップワインディング形モータを提供することを目的とする。 　固定子コア（１）の内周面に回転磁界形成用の空芯形状コイル（１４）を装着してなる固定子と、該固定子に空隙を介して対向するように配置された回転子とを有するギャップワインディングモータにおいて、モータ軸方向に分割した固定子コア（１）の両分割コア（１ａ）、（１ｂ）間に、スペーサ（１６）を配置し、一意の固定子コア間空隙（１５）を設け、固定子コア間空隙（１５）でコイル端末の処理を行う構成とした。
