Abstract

Die Labyrinth-Kapsel besteht aus einer becherförmigen Kapsel (1), deren Kapselboden von einer Labyrinthplatte (4) gebildet ist, welche auf ihrer Oberseite eine Labyrinthstruktur sowie Stechdorne (14) aufweist. Im Zentrum der Labyrinthplatte (5) ist ein Loch (10) mit zentralem Rundzapfen (12) vorhanden. Auf die Labyrinthplatte (4) ist eine Dichtfolie (7) aufgelegt und längs ihres Randes mit dem Rand der Labyrinthplatte (4) verschweisst. Die Kapsel (1 ) ist unter Einschluss der Befüllung an ihrem oberen Rand (2) mit einer Schliessfolie versiegelt. Beim Einpressen von Flüssigkeit durch die Schliessfolie wird die Dichtfolie (7) auf die Labyrinthplatte (4) gepresst. Die Stechdorne (14) durchstechen die Dichtfolie (7). Die Flüssigkeit durchströmt die aufgestochenen Löcher und hernach auf der Unterseite der Labyrinthplatte (4) das Labyrinth aus den Labyrinthstegen (5). Schliesslich wird vom Rundzapfen (12) im Ausgussloch (10) ein laminarer Flüssigkeitsstrahl gebildet.
