Abstract

The spark plug of the invention includes a main body (1) having a through-bore (1a, 1b) formed therethrough for receiving a central body (3) and an incandescence filament (2) welded at one end of the central body (3). Sealing and electric-isolation closing means are provided between the main body (1) and the central body (3), in the form of a spark-plug intermediate body (6) having a generally tubular shape and made of a deformable material. An outer wall (6a) of the intermediate body (6) comprises a relief for depositing a sealing fluid means in contact with the inner wall of the bore (1a) of the main body and for enhancing the deformation of the intermediate body (6). The main body (3) is inserted into the intermediate body (6) and generates a slight radial deformation thereof (6) towards the outside. The spark plug can be used in a micro-engine for motor-vehicle models.

REVENDICATIONS
