Abstract

 本発明は、簡単な設備及び簡便な操作で、高含有量でかつ粉体流動特性に優れた補酵素Q10粒子を効率的に工業生産できる製造方法を提供することを目的とする。本発明は、補酵素Q10と貧溶媒とを、補酵素Q10の融点以上の温度で撹拌混合し、補酵素Q10を油滴状に分散させた後、該分散液を撹拌しながら補酵素Q10の固化温度以下まで冷却して、固形粒子を得ることを特徴とする補酵素Q10粒子の製造方法であって、貧溶媒が有機溶媒及び/又はHLBが6以上の界面活性剤を含有する水溶液である、補酵素Q10粒子の製造方法である。本発明の製造方法によれば、非常に粉体特性に優れた、例えば、粉体流動特性指数が80以上である補酵素Q10粒子を得ることができる。
