Abstract

L'invention vise à proposer un procédé, un mécanisme et un dispositif pour maintenir une tête à jet d'encre, qui peut effectuer une excellente application et dans laquelle la performance de décharge d'encre est retrouvée et un détachement à partir d'une buse ne se produit pas. A cet effet, l'invention concerne un procédé de maintien pour soutirer un liquide par le recouvrement d'une buse d'une tête à jet d'encre par un capuchon et génération d'une pression négative, le procédé ayant un réservoir de liquide résiduaire pour permettre au capuchon et aux moyens de génération de pression négative d'être en communication entre eux, une section contenant un liquide de faible viscosité communiquant avec la tête à jet d'encre, une section contenant de l'encre communiquant avec la tête à jet d'encre et des moyens de sélection de liquide pour permettre à la tête à jet d'encre d'être en communication de façon alternée avec la section contenant un liquide de faible viscosité ou la section contenant de l'encre. Dans le procédé, le mécanisme et le dispositif de maintien, la section contenant un liquide de faible viscosité et la section contenant de l'encre sont en communication entre elles, une pression négative est générée dans le capuchon pour remplir la tête à jet d'encre par un liquide de faible viscosité, puis la section contenant de l'encre et la tête à jet d'encre sont en communication entre elles pour remplir la tête à jet d'encre par de l'encre.
