Abstract

L'invention concerne une feuille métallique pré-revêtue supérieure, en termes de prévention contre les défauts, aux feuilles métalliques pré-revêtues classiques; et un procédé de fabrication d'une telle feuille métallique pré-revêtue. La feuille métallique pré-revêtue est une feuille métallique pré-revêtue (1) comprenant une feuille métallique (2) et, superposé sur la surface de celle-ci, un revêtement de résine (3). Selon l'invention, le revêtement de résine (3) a une couche de matrice (4), résultant d'une réaction de réticulation entre une résine de polyester à température de transition vitreuse de 0°C à 50°C et un agent de réticulation, et, dispersée dans la couche de matrice (4), une bille molle (5) de résistance à la compression de 10 MPa, ou moins, présentée à une déformation de 10 % d'une seule bille dans un essai de microcompression, et la teneur de bille molle (5) se situant dans la plage de 15 à 50 % en masse sur la base de la masse de la couche de matrice (4). La bille molle (5) a un diamètre moyen de particule se situant dans la plage de 1,1 à 5 fois l'épaisseur moyenne de la couche de matrice (4).
