  • Korean Patent Laid Open Gazette No. 2003-0044467 discloses a method of processing an original fabric of blue jeans. However, there is caused a problem in preciseness due to the use of chemical resin.
  • an object of the present invention is to overcome problems associated with an existing bleaching and washing method, which is post-treatment of the conventional denim clothes, i.e., problems in that it was difficult to produce products of the same quality, in that it was difficult to achieve a bleaching effect of a complicated shape, in that different feeling was produced due to disharmony of materials in relation to an original fabric after the printing, in that the printed surface was peeled off due to a decrease of an adhesive strength between the paint and a surface of the fabric after the printing, and in that the original fabric was damaged due to the needle openings formed at the time of performing the embroidery, and the like.
  • Another object of the present invention is to secure a more minute and accurate product image obtained by the film for the silk screen printing than that obtained by the conventional molding frame.

  • the present invention provides a method of preparing denim clothes, comprising: an output step of outputting a film for silk screen on which an image is printed after transforming a picture to be expressed on the denim clothes into the image; a masking step of masking the image of the film on a denim fabric which is not processed, using a soluble masking solution; a bleaching step of minutely peeling out a surface of the denim fabric by performing a laser sanding on the masked denim fabric; and a washing step of removing the masking solution on the surface of the denim fabric by means of a win- washing.

It is possible to prevent the dyeing layer of the unnecessary portion, which may be produced in the following laser sanding process, from being peeled out and to achieve an image bleaching effect of the most minute level by means of the above process.
  • the masking method is featured to be possible to prepare denim clothes of a new image by minimizing damages of the fabric by means of engraving the original fabric into a minimum depth (below 0.010), and by completely removing the feeling of foreign substance by completely separating the soluble paint used in the masking through the following win washing (water washing) process.
  • the laser sanding method By the performing of the laser sanding, it is possible to produce effect of more minute sanding in comparison with the sanding method using an existing abrasive material, after performing the masking process. Also, it is featured that the laser sanding method can induce more effective bleaching than any other processing method by then, by effectively removing the upper-most dyeing layer, with maintaining the weft and the warp of the original fabric in comparison with the cutting, which is the existing laser processing method.
  • the step of separating the masking solution by way of the win washing is featured by removing the remaining masking solution and the dyeing substance, which can be remained after the laser sanding by way of the win washing.
  • FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing a difference between a laser sanding method according to the present invention and a conventional method of using chemical resin.
  • the chemical resin 231 is permeated into the dyed denim clothes, to which the masking solution 220 is sprayed, to thereby accomplish the bleaching at the upper end thereof. Then, the chemical resin is permeated into a portion 240 for performing the bleaching to thereby produce a positive engraving effect of a desired color, however, there is produced a problem of the degree of minuteness because the bleaching is produced at a portion 250 where is not required of the dyeing, by the reaction of the chemical resin with the denim clothes.
  • the masking solution is sprayed on the denim clothes 210 of the silk screen printing film, and the laser 232 is permeated into the denim clothes at the upper end to thereby perform the bleaching, however, it is featured that the portion 240 to be bleached can express diverse designs and minute bleaching effect by way of physical sanding and not the chemical reaction.
  • FIG. 3 is a diagrammatic cross-sectional view showing an embodiment of a bleaching step by using a laser sanding according to the present invention.
  • the bleaching step of the present invention by using a laser sanding is performed by masking a dyeing layer 330a formed on an upper end of the denim fabric 340 using a masking solution to thereby form a masking portion 320a of the silk screen printing, and engraving a portion for expressing the positive engraving effect of color by using a laser sanding beam 310 to thereby express the bleaching effect.
  • desired color and shape can be minutely formed by way of a portion 350 where the masking portion 320b and the dyeing layer 330b are cut out by the laser sanding.
  • FIG. 4 is a front enlarged view showing an embodiment of denim clothes prepared by the method according to the present invention.
  • the denim clothes prepared according to the present invention when the enlarged section 421 of an image bleaching portion of the denim clothes 420 is observed by way of an image, it is comprised of the dyeing layer 330b engraved out by the laser sanding and washing work of the upper end of the denim fabric 340, and is prevented from being peeled out of the dyeing layer by the work using the image film and the use of soluble masking solution.
  • a front view 431 enlarging a photograph bleaching portion of the denim clothes 420 is observed by way of a photograph, it is composed of a portion 340 of the denim fabric after the laser sanding and a remaining dyeing layer 330 after the laser sanding, and it is drastically more minute in the degree of minuteness than that obtained by the general method of preparing denim clothes.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de vêtements denim comprenant une étape de formation d'un film en guise d'écran de soie sur lequel une image est imprimée après la transformation d'une image à exprimer en image sur les vêtements denim; une étape de masquage de l'image du film sur un tissu denim non traité, avec une solution soluble de masquage; une étape de blanchiment pour user minutieusement une surface du tissu denim par un émerisage du tissu denim protégé d'un masque; et une étape de lavage pour enlever la solution de masque de la surface du tissu denim par un lavage.
