[32] In order to achieve the effects, the hair washer having a scalp massage function according to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, includes:
[33] a casing main body 20, which has a predetermined thickness 25 and width and is configured such that the lower portion thereof is open, a fitting part 21, placed between the fingers, is formed on one side of the upper portion thereof, both a battery 24 for supplying power to a vibrator and a controller 25 for controlling the operation of the vibrator are mounted therein, and a switch 22 for turning on/off the operation the vibrator is provided in a predetermined location in the casing main body;
[34] a scalp massage unit 30, which is fitted into the lower portion of the casing main body 20 and is configured such that an extended part 32 is formed along the outer circumferential surface thereof, a brush 31 having a plurality of soft protrusions is formed on the lower surface thereof, and fastening parts 34, in which respective nuts 35 are mounted, are formed to protrude; and
[35] a vibrator fastening means 40, which is coupled to the inner surface of the scalp massage unit 30 and is configured such that a vibrator 50 is mounted therein. Mode for the Invention
[36] The reason for forming the fitting part 21 on one side of the upper portion of the casing main body 20 is to realize safe and secure holding by causing the fitting part 21 to be placed between the fingers. In this case, a fastening piece 21a is formed at the upper end of the fitting part 21, which is placed between the fingers to be thus held. The fastening piece 21a functions to achieve safer and more secure fastening when the fitting part 21 is placed between the fingers by causing the lower surface of the fastening piece 21a to come into close contact with the upper surfaces of respective fingers.
[37] Furthermore, the reason for forming the casing main body 20 to have a predetermined thickness 25 is to allow the battery 24, the ON/OFF switch 22, and the vibrator fastening means 40 to be mounted in the casing main body 20 by providing a surface that can be coupled with the extended part 32 of the scalp massage unit 30, which will be described below, and, in addition, assuring space in the casing main body 20.
[38] The battery 24 is a part that supplies power to the motor of the vibrator 50, which is provided in the vibrator fastening means 40. The ON/OFF switch 22 is a part that is used to determine whether to operate the vibrator 50. Meanwhile, the ON/OFF switch 22 may be mounted in a predetermined location in the upper portion of the casing main body 20, or may be mounted in the upper portion of the fitting part 21.
[39] Furthermore, a charging hole 23, which allows the battery 24 to be charged, is formed close to the ON/OFF switch 22. Furthermore, a coupling part 26, into which part of the upper portion of a fastening member 60, which will be described below, is fitted, is formed in the inner surface of the casing main body 20.
[40] The scalp massage unit 30 is fixedly mounted in the lower portion of the casing main body 20 having the above-described construction. A brush 31 having a plurality of soft protrusions is downwardly formed on the lower surface of the scalp massage unit 30. The extended part 32 is upwardly formed along the outer circumferential surface of the scalp massage unit 30. The fastening parts 34, in which the respective nuts 35 are mounted, are formed on the inner surface of the scalp massage unit 30, which is provided with the brush 31, so as to protrude.
[41] The brush 31 is made of rubber or silicon material so as to gently stimulate the scalp. The soft protrusions of the brush 31 are formed to have the shape of a cone. The sharp points of the cone-shaped protrusions are removed to protect the scalp. Furthermore, any of silver powder and gold powder, or mixed powder, which are obtained by mixing different kinds of powders, is contained in the brush 31, which is made of rubber or silicon material, and the scalp massage unit 30, thus realizing the effect of silver or gold on the scalp.
[42] The reason for forming the extended part 32 on the scalp massage unit 30 is to fit the scalp massage unit 30 into the above-described casing main body 20 such that the scalp massage unit 30 comes into close contact with the inner surface of the casing main body 20 using an adhesive agent and the fastening member 60. Furthermore, the reason for forming the fastening parts 34, in which the nuts 35 are mounted, is to fasten the vibrator fastening means 40, which will be described below, to the scalp massage unit 30.
[43] Furthermore, the vibrator fastening means 40, which is fastened to the scalp massage unit 30, includes a body 41, which is provided with a motor room 42 and an eccentric cam room 43, and a lid 44, which is used to seal a motor and an eccentric cam by covering the body 41.
[44] The method of fastening the body 41 to the inner surface of the scalp massage unit
30 is achieved in such a way that the fastening parts 34, in which the nuts 35 are mounted, are formed on the inner surface of the scalp massage unit 30 so as to be integrated with the scalp massage unit 30 and protrude, coupling holes 45, into which the respective fastening parts 34 are inserted, are formed in the bottom of the body 41, and fastening bolts B pass through both the coupling holes 45 and the fastening parts 34 and are coupled with the nuts 35 in a threaded manner after the respective fastening parts 34 are inserted into the coupling holes 45.
[45] When the body 41 is fastened to the inner surface of the scalp massage unit 30 as described above, the lower surface of the body 41 comes into close contact with the inner surface of the scalp massage unit 30, so that, when the body 41 vibrates, all of the vibration force is transmitted to the scalp massage unit 30.
[46] Furthermore, after the coupling of the body 41 is completed, the vibrator 50 is seated in the body 41. In this case, the seating method is performed in such as way that the vibrator 50, constituting a motor 51 or 51a, is seated in the motor containing room 42, the eccentric cam 53, or electric cams 53a and 53b, is seated in the eccentric cam containing room 43, the lid 44 is covered, and then fastening bolts B are coupled with respective bolt holes 46.
[47] Meanwhile, the secure fastening between the casing main body 20, having a predetermined thickness 25, and the extended part 32 of the scalp massage unit 30 is achieved using a ring-shaped fastening member 60, which is configured such that part of the upper end thereof is coupled to the coupling part 26 formed in the casing main body 20, and one side of the lower end thereof is coupled to a coupling groove 33 formed in the extended part 32.
[48] The fastening member 60, which is fitted into the coupling groove 33, is a ring. The coupling groove 33, into which the ring-shaped fastening member 60 is fitted, is a groove into which the lower leading end of the ring is fitted. In the state in which the coupling groove 33 and the fastening member 60, which are constructed as described above, are coupled to each other, an adhesive agent is applied to the inner circumferential surface of the lower portion of the casing main body 20, having a predetermined thickness 25, and then shrink fitting is conducted. Accordingly, once coupling is completed, the hair washer cannot be disassembled, and maintains the safe and secure coupling as long as it is not intentionally taken apart.
[49] As described above, in the hair washer having a scalp massage function according to the present invention, the ON/OFF switch 22 is pressed, and thus power is supplied from the battery 24 to the motor 51 or 51a of the vibrator 50, the motor shaft 52, 52a or 52b rotates in response to the operation of the motor and, at the same time, the eccentric cam 53, or the eccentric cams 53a and 53b, rotates, so that the eccentric cam 53, or the eccentric cams 53a and 53b, hits the bottom of the body 41.
[50] Accordingly, the body 41 vibrates, so that the vibration force is transmitted to the scalp massage unit 30, whereby the brush 31 vibrates. In this case, when the scalp is rubbed while varying the location of the vibrating brush 31 through movement after the vibrating brush 31 comes into contact with the scalp, the scalp is massaged and, at the same time, bubbles are generated in the hair washing solution when shampooing is conducted, and thus the hair can be washed clean.
[51] Furthermore, when the scalp massage and the washing work are completed, the
ON/OFF switch 22 is pressed again, so that the supply of power to the motor 51 or 51a is interrupted, whereby the operation of the motor is stopped. Meanwhile, when it is desired to charge the battery 24, which supplies power to the motor 51 or 51a, external power may be supplied thereto through the charging hole 23.
[52] In this case, the charging hole 23, which is used to charge the battery 24 through the supply of external power, must be provided with a lid, which can maintain water- tightness, in order to prevent water from penetrating. Furthermore, the ON/OFF switch 22 is configured to maintain watertightness, and watertightness is also maintained between the extended part 32 and the inner surface of the casing main body, having a predetermined thickness 25, after coupling, and thus the penetration of water to the motor can be prevented.
[53] Furthermore, when an infrared lamp 70 is mounted outside the vibrator fastening means 40 of the present invention, that is, in the hair washer, and the ON/OFF switch 22 is turned on to operate the vibrator 50, the infrared lamp 70 is turned on in response to the operation of the vibrator 50, and thus the effect of far infrared ray emission can be achieved when the scalp massage is conducted. In this case, the infrared lamp 70 is turned off when the ON/OFF switch 22 is turned off to stop the operation of the vibrator 50. Industrial Applicability
[54] As described above, in the hair washer having a scalp massage function according to the present invention, when washing hair, hair washing can be made convenient and easy, and a scalp massage effect can be achieved by causing the brush to vibrate as needed because the vibrator is mounted therein, with the result that the scalp can be kept healthy and hair can also be kept healthy.
