Abstract

The invention relates to a hair-dryer comprising a tubular housing (1) having an air intake end (2) an air outlet end (3) and means for heating and circulating an air flow between the intake end (2) and the outlet end (3), the intake end (2) including an opening (12) having an edge that co-operates with the periphery of a grid (14) removably mounted relative to the housing (1) via a connection system. According to the invention, the connection system includes a magnetic coupling (15) essentially provided at the same axial level as that of the edge of the opening (12) or protruding relative thereto so that the periphery of the grid (14) can fit into the edge of the opening (12) at the free opposite faces thereof.
