Abstract

Schmiersystem für eine Brennkraftmaschine mit Abgasturbolader, wobei eine Ölpumpe (14) mit einem Einlass zum Ansaugen von in einer unterhalb eines Kurbelgehäuses (10) der Brennkraftmaschine angeordneten Ölwanne (12) befindlichem Öl und zum Zuführen des Öls zu mit Öl zu versorgenden Stellen der Brennkraftmaschine und Lagern des Abgasturboladers (28), wobei dem Abgasturbolader Öl ausgehend von der Ölpumpe durch in dem Kurbelgehäuse ausgebildete, von der an den Innenraum der Ölwanne angrenzenden Unterseite des Kurbelgehäuses ausgehende Zufuhrkanäle zugeführt wird und vom Abgasturbolader Öl über eine Rückleitung (34, 38, 44) abgesaugt wird und die Ölpumpe innerhalb des von der Ölwanne und der Unterseite des Kurbelgehäuses umgrenzten Raumes angeordnet angeordnet ist, und die Rückleitung (34, 38, 44) zumindest einen teilweise durch einen im Kurbelgehäuse (10) ausgebildeten Kanal (38) gebildet ist, dessen Austrittsöffhung (42) in dem von der Ölwanne (12) abgedeckten Bereich des Kurbelgehäuses angeordnet ist.
