Abstract
The flexible solar cell this invented is concern to the solar cell applied photo-electric effect. These days, there are solar cells of semi-conductor type and organic dye type,etc. but they are low efficient, high price, tiny, manufacturing method and module making process is very difficult. Also, when installing, it needs to wide space. For the purpose of solution upper problems for the usual solar cell, This flexible solar cell's making process is as below steps; At this time, 'the flexible plate' means in heat resistant, in climate-resistant, colorless- transparent in non electric conductor matter. First step is form the photo electric face of flexible negative plate, Second step is the flexible lattice plate put on the photo electric face of negative plate and press fixing. Third step is form the positive face on the flexible plate and 180° turn it over and put on the upper negative plate,press fixing, emit cilicon glue at all the edge, air exhaust, infuse innert gas and seal up. Last step is install the need terminals of the flexible solar cell. The module is made of pins of flexible solar cell insert to the concent of exclusive cord (20). we use pick up the photo electric power from the load terminals,or from the storage battery be connected the load terminals. This flexible solar cell is made in high efficient,in free size, in free thick, in free shape,in flexible and in low price. The module is made of free scale as demand place. This flexible solar cell is used in electrc power source of the various field.

THE FLEXIBLE SOLAR CELL [Technical Field]
This invention is concern to the high efficient flexible solar cell, its module and manufacturing method applicated the principle of the photo¬ electric effect.
[Background Art]
These days ,there are solar cells of semi- conductor type and the organic dye type, but, this flexible solarcell is developed not yet.
By the way, the semi-conductor type or the organic dye type is low efficient,high price, manufacturing process is very difficult and tiny, also its module working process is very difficult ,too. So this was not available widely.
[Disclosure]
[Technical Problem]
For the purfose of solution the upper problems of usual solar cell, It is made by optimal conditions as below conditions.
By various experimentation , the efficiency of this flexible solar cell is depend upon as bellow conditions'
1) strength of sun light
2) photo.electric facets width
3) photoelectric face's fidelity
4) vacuum's degree of the two flexible plate's between space.
5) voltage of motive electric cell(battery)
6) distance of between possitive plate and negative plate
7) amount of inert gases
[Technical Solution]
For making upper optimal conditions, the manufacturing process of flexible solar cell this invented is as bellow steps'-
Now, "the flexible plate(l)" bellow writted means colorless-transparent plate in electric non conductor and heat-resistant and climate-resistant.
First step is form the photo elecetric face(3) of negative flexible plate(2),
It is made from add adhered the mixture electric good conductor solution of alkalic metals'- potassiumOO cesium(Cs),etc. , and silverCor antimony alloy) nano particles and carbon(graphite) nano particles on the flexible plate, drying and then install "-"pin.
Second step is colarless-transparent flexible lattice plate(4) of constant thick put on the photo electric face of negative flexible plate, fixing, and install air exhaust port(28).
Third step is making the positive face of flexible positive plate. It is made from coating colorless-transparent electric good-conductor solution on the flexible plate,drying, 180° turn it over and put on the upper flexible lattice plate,fixing,emit silicon glue(7) on its all edge and air exhaust through air exhaust port(28), infuse into inert gases: argon(Ar) and then install "+"pin.

The potassium(K) in the photo electric face is excited easily by short light wave,and the cesium(Cs)is excited easily by visible light wave,
The argon gases is ionized and many electrons radiate.
At figure 5,
If the flexible solar eel1(8) receive sunlight(lθ) through the possitive face of possitive plate, this photo electric face(3) of flexible negative plate is excited. If the circuit shut of this flexible solar cell, the electric lamp (29) is brighted.
Bcause of many photo electrons from wide photo electric face spring up forward the positive face, photo electric current is run.
At figure 7, if this circuit is shut, the DC motor(19) is moved At this time, new photo electric cell is formed. Its electrons'^ direction is reverse of motive electric eelPs This photo electronsss direction is positive face(6)-13- DC motor(19)-16-17 in order.
If the electric lamp(29) light(15) on forward the negative plate under the sun light.
The DC motor(19) is moved powerfully the more. The motive electric cell enforce photo electrons, not dischrged and be charged automatically by the new photo-electric cell. We use pick up photo electric power from load terminals(13) (14).or from the storage battery connected load terminals. The usual semi-conductor solar cell is generate 1OW from

Thus, this flexible solar cell is very efficient.

For the purpose of solution for the usual solar celTs problems,
The flexible solar cell this invented is manufactured as below steps.
At this time, below "the flexible plate" means colorless- transparent, in heat-resistant and climate-resistant in electric non conductor matter.
First step is form the photo electric face (3) of high fidelity on the flexible negative plate(2), drying and then "-" pin install.
The photo electric face is made from add adhered mixture electric good conductor solution of the alkalic metals- potassium(K), cesium(Cs), and so on, silver nano particles and carbon(graphite)nano particles on the flexible plate.
Second step is the colorless-transparent flexible lattice plate in non conductor put on the upper photo electric face of flexible negative plate and then fixing.
Third step is form the positive face that coated the solution of colorless-transparent in electric good conductor on the flexible plate(l), and then 180° turn it over , put on the upper flexible lattice plate, fixing, emit cilicon glue at all edge, air exhaust, infuse inert gas and seal up.
Last step is install the need terminals'- (13)(14)(16)(17) or pins'- (11)(12).-
And now, it possible installs "the amplifing nef'between positive plate and negative plate.
