Abstract

The invention relates to a network arrangement which comprises at least one terminal embodied for bidirectional data exchange and at least one access point embodied for bidirectional data exchange per radio with terminals and with a central administration unit. The invention also relates to a central administration unit which is connected to the access point for bidirectional data exchange. The terminal emits association request signals which are captured by access points in the radio transmission range. When said signal is captured, the access points emit association answer signals. Based on said captured answer signals, the respective terminal can automatically connect, via the radio, to a suitable access point for bidirectional data exchange.
