Abstract

An air conditioning system using a fluid refrigerant that includes a cooling unit including a housing, a heat exchanger, and a blower. The heat exchanger includes a fin and the blower is adapted to move air across the fin. The system also includes a reservoir with an inner cavity, a refrigerant supply conduit, and a refrigerant return conduit. The reservoir holds the fluid refrigerant and a pump coupled to the refrigerant supply conduit pumps the fluid refrigerant from the reservoir through the refrigerant supply conduit to the heat exchanger inlet. A power supply provides electrical power to the blower and the pump.
