Abstract

Beim Betreiben eines Magnetfeldsensors aus wenigstens einem magnetoresistiven Element muss berücksichtigt werden, dass eine hysteresebehaftete Kennlinie vorliegt. Gemäß der Erfindung wird die Hysterese durch Einprägen von Steuerpulsen mit erheblich höherem Wert als dem Messfeld derart beeinflusst, dass die Hysterese im Wesentlichen konstant ist und insofern bei der Auswertung berücksichtigt werden kann. Beim zugehörigen Magnetfeldsensor ist eine Stromschleife für das Einprägen der Messpulse vorhanden.
