背景技术
压力形成方法及装置广泛应用于需要具有一定压力的蒸汽的各种场合,典型 的例子是蒸汽清洗器和蒸汽电熨斗。
蒸汽清洗器的基本结构及原理是通过一小型水泵将一水箱中的水从一 U形 管的入口打入 U形管内,该 u形管埋设于一加热体中,该加热体内还埋设有对其 进行加热的电热管,电热管通电时对加热体进行加热,加热体对 u形管进行加热, 使打入 U形管中的水被加热汽化, 从 U形管的出口喷出,形成所需的蒸汽, 该蒸 汽可用于清洗灶台或其它油腻而难以用冷水清洗的地方。
蒸汽电熨斗的基本原理是在熨板的上方设有一滴漏装置,水箱中的水从滴漏 装置滴到熨板上方的蒸汽腔内, 并受热形成蒸汽, 从爽板上的小孔中喷出, 以对 被熨烫的衣物进行加湿。
类似的需要蒸汽的场合还有很多,如蒸脸按摩器、蒸汽烫发器、蒸汽剔须刀、 蒸汽拖把等等。其共同的缺点是产生的蒸汽压力不够,而且喷出的蒸汽中带有少 量水珠, 难以达到很好的效果。
发明内容
本发明提供一种压力蒸汽形成方法、装置及采用该装置的清洗器、熨斗,其 主要目的在于克服现有蒸汽清洗器、蒸汽电熨斗等各种包含蒸汽形成装置的产品 所产生的蒸汽压力不足, 难以达到蒸汽效果的缺点。
本发明采用如下技术方案 - 压力蒸汽形成方法, 其特征在于包括以下步骤: 1)对一蒸汽形成管进行加 热; 2)将水以一定压力从蒸汽形成管的入口打入到蒸汽形成管中; 3)在蒸汽形 成管的出口处使其管径缩小, 以增加蒸汽形成管中由水汽化形成的水蒸汽的压 力, 并使该水蒸汽从管径缩小的出口处喷出, 蒸汽形成管的内径为 5-20毫米, 其出口处的内径为 1-3毫米。由于在出口处使管径缩小,可使蒸汽形成管内形成 的蒸汽的压力提高数倍, 同样, 喷出的蒸汽压力也提高了数倍。

前述蒸汽形成管为软质管,在其近蒸汽输入端处有一夹持装置,使蒸汽形成 管内径变小形成管径缩小部。
前述压力蒸汽形成装置,其管径缩小部的管腔截面成圆形,该管腔的直径小 于蒸汽形成管的内径。
前述管径缩小部为一变径管接头,一端接蒸汽形成管,另一端接蒸汽输出管。 前述压力蒸汽形成装置,其蒸汽形成管为一 U形管,其两端部延伸至加热体 外形成所述的入口和出口。当然,该蒸汽形成管也可为直管或其它形状的曲线形 管。
釆用前述压力蒸汽形成装置的清洗器,包括一外壳,所述的压力蒸汽形成装 置设于该外壳内部,该压力蒸汽形成装置的电热管与一电源连接线连接,该电源 连接线延伸到该外壳之外以与外界电源相连,为电热管提供电能;该压力蒸汽形 成装置的水箱设有一加水口,该加水口设有一密封盖,该密封盖外露于所述外壳 的表面并可于外壳之外将其打开以使该加水口外露;该压力蒸汽形成装置的蒸汽 形成管的出口形成一外露于该外壳表面的蒸汽喷射口。
釆用前述压力蒸汽形成装置的熨斗,包括熨斗主体、设于熨斗主体底部的熨 板以及设于熨板上方的蒸汽室,熨板上设有若干使蒸汽室内的蒸汽向外喷出的通 孔,并且熨板上设有对其进行加热的加热装置;所述的压力蒸汽形成装置设于该 熨斗主体内,其电热管及熨板的加热装置与一电源连接线连接,该电源连接线延 伸到该熨斗主体之外以与外界电源相连,为电热管提供电能;该压力蒸汽形成装 置的水箱设有一加水口,该加水口设有一密封盖,该密封盖外露于所述电熨斗主 体的表面并可于熨斗主体之外将其打开以使该加水口外露;该压力蒸汽形成装置 的蒸汽形成管的出口与所述蒸汽室连通。
由上述对本发明的描述可知, 和现有技术相比, 本发明具有如下优点: 一, 创造性地在蒸汽清洗器、蒸汽电熨斗等各种产品的蒸汽形成装置的出口处采用管 径缩小的结构, 从而使蒸汽形成装置产生的蒸汽的压力与以往产品相比增大数 倍, 以极其简单的结构达到了良好的有益效果; 二,可有效防止水珠混合于蒸汽 中喷出, 从而得到较为纯净的蒸汽; 三, 与锅炉式蒸汽形成装置相比, 其结构简 单得多, 成本也更低得多, 但同样能达到产生具有较髙压力的蒸汽的目的; 四, 虽然其结构和增大压力的原理非常简单,但却为该领域内增大蒸汽压力提供了一 种该领域技术人员未曾想到的新方法, 并达到了意想不到的良好效果。

本发明压力蒸汽形成方法及装置, 是利用蒸汽形成管输出端管径缩小, 来 增加蒸汽形成管中由水汽化形成的水蒸汽的压力,并使该水蒸汽从管径缩小的出 口处喷出。 本发明结构简单, 适用范围广, 具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims

、 压力蒸汽形成方法, 其特征在于: 包括以下步骤: 1 )对一蒸汽形成管进行加热; 2)将水以一定压力从蒸汽形成管的入口打入到蒸汽形成管中; 3)在蒸汽形成管的出口处使其管径缩小,以增加蒸汽形成管中由水汽化形成 的水蒸汽的压力,并使该水蒸汽从管径缩小的出口处喷出,蒸汽形成管的 内径为 5-20毫米, 其出口处的内径为 1-3毫米。 、 压力蒸汽形成装置, 包括加热体、 水泵、 水箱及埋设于该加热体内的蒸汽 形成管、 电加热管, 该电加热管接电源对加热体进行加热, 该蒸汽形成管 具有一入口和一出口, 水泵连接于水箱和蒸汽形成管的入口之间以将水箱 中的水打入到蒸汽形成管中, 其特征在于: 该蒸汽形成管的出口处形成一 使蒸汽形成管内由水受热形成的蒸汽提高压力的管径缩小部, 蒸汽形成管 的内径为 5-20毫米, 其出口处的内径为 1-3毫米。 、 如权利要求 2所述的压力蒸汽形成装置, 其特征在于: 所述的管径缩小部 的管腔截面成扁平状。 、 如权利要求 2或 3所述的压力蒸汽形成装置, 其特征在于: 所述的蒸汽形 成管为软质管, 在其近蒸汽输入端处有一夹持装置, 使蒸汽形成管内径变 小形成管径缩小部。 、 如权利要求 2所述的压力蒸汽形成装置, 其特征在于: 所述的管径缩小部 的管腔截面成圆形, 该管腔的直径小于蒸汽形成管的内径。 、 如权利要求 2或 5所述的压力蒸汽形成装置, 其特征在于: 所述的管径缩 小部为一变径管接头, 一端接蒸汽形成管, 另一端接蒸汽输出管。 、 如权利要求 2所述的压力蒸汽形成装置, 其特征在于: 所述蒸汽形成管为 一 U形管, 其两端部延伸至加热体外形成所述的入口和出口。 、 采用如权利要求 2所述压力蒸汽形成装置的清洗器, 其特征在于: 包括一 外壳, 所述的压力蒸汽形成装置设于该外壳内部, 该压力蒸汽形成装置的 电热管与一电源连接线连接, 该电源连接线延伸到该外壳之外以与外界电 源相连, 为电热管提供电能; 该压力蒸汽形成装置的水箱设有一加水口, 该加水口设有一密封盖, 该密封盖外露于所述外壳的表面并可于外壳之外 将其打开以使该加水口外露; 该压力蒸汽形成装置的蒸汽形成管的出口形 成一外露于该外壳表面的蒸汽喷射口。 、 如权利要求 8所述的具有压力蒸汽形成装置的清洗器, 其特征在于: 所述 的管径缩小部的管腔截面成圆形或扁平状。0、 如权利要求 8所述的具有压力蒸汽形成装置的清洗器, 其特征在于: 所 述蒸汽形成管为一 U形管, 其两端部延伸至加热体外形成所述的入口和出 (3。
1、 一种具有压力蒸汽形成装置的熨斗, 包括熨斗主体、 设于熨斗主体底部 的熨板以及设于熨板上方的蒸汽室, 熨板上设有若干使蒸汽室内的蒸汽向 外喷出的通孔, 并且熨板上设有对其进行加热的加热装置, 设于该熨斗主 体内的压力蒸汽形成装置, 蒸汽形成装置包括: 加热体、 水泵、 水箱及埋 设于该加热体内的蒸汽形成管、 电加热管, 该电加热管接电源对加热体进 行加热, 该蒸汽形成管具有一入口和一出口, 水泵连接于水箱和蒸汽形成 管的入口之间以将水箱中的水打入到蒸汽形成管中, 其特征在于: 该蒸汽 形成管的出口处形成一使蒸汽形成管内由水受热形成的蒸汽提高压力的管 径缩小部, 蒸汽形成管的内径为 5-20毫米, 其出口处的内径为 1-3毫米, 其电热管及熨板的加热装置与一电源连接线连接, 该电源连接线延伸到该 熨斗主体之外以与外界电源相连, 为电热管提供电能; 该压力蒸汽形成装 置的水箱设有一加水口, 该加水口设有一密封盖, 该密封盖外露于所述电 熨斗主体的表面并可于熨斗主体之外将其打开以使该加水口外露; 该压力 蒸汽形成装置的蒸汽形成管的出口与所述蒸汽室连通。 、 如权利要求 11所述的具有压力蒸汽形成装置的熨斗,其特征在于:所述 的管径缩小部的管腔截面成圆形或扁平状。
