Abstract

Procédé de purification d'hydrogène gazeux à partir d'un mélange gazeux, ledit procédé comprenant (c) une étape de purification d'hydrogène à partir du perméat gazeux enrichi en hydrogène comprimé, par un procédé d'adsorption par modulation de pression (PSA) dans lequel on utilise un ou plusieurs adsorbeurs qui suivent chacun en décalage un cycle où se succèdent une phase d'adsorption à la haute pression du cycle, essentiellement égale à P3, et une phase de régénération, produisant deux flux de régénération : un premier flux de régénération recyclé et un second flux de régénération non recyclé, caractérisé par le fait que le flux de régénération recyclé sortant du ou des adsorbeurs en phase de régénération est renvoyé, directement ou indirectement, vers le compresseur C de l'étape (b), sans compression intermédiaire de sorte qu'un seul compresseur C assure à la fois la compression du perméat enrichi en hydrogène de l'étape (a) et la compression du gaz de régénération recyclé sortant de l'étape (c) du purification d'hydrogène par adsorption par modulation de pression (PSA).
