Description

Description
ILLEGAL CONTENTS AUTO-SEARCHING SYSTEM AND METHOD USING ACCESS/SEARCH APPLICATION ON
INTERNET
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to an illegal contents auto-searching system and method using access/search application on the Internet; and, more particularly, to an illegal contents auto-searching system using an access/search application on the Internet to automatically search illegal contents in the P2P/webhard by editing a script file for searching/downloading illegal contents based on configuration information of an access/search application in an Internet site such as pear-to-pear (P2P), webhard, and a web page, and controlling the access/search application based on the script file, and a method thereof.
[2]
Background Art
[3] In a present Digital Rights Management (DRM) environment, although contents are legally transmitted to a user, the user can illegally copy image, audio and video contents through a capture tool or hacking without deterioration of quality of speech or picture. When the user distributes illegally copied contents on the Internet through a pear-to-pear (P2P) service or a webhard service without permission, other users can use the illegal contents without purchasing the contents. A digital contents industry is badly affected by distribution of the illegal digital contents. Accordingly, a technology for preventing illegal copy is required.
[4] Although it is required to track and punish an illegal activity to prevent the illegal copy of the digital contents, it is very difficult to search/download the illegally copied contents and track distributors of the illegal contents in the conventional technology. A conventional method for collecting contents through the web page including simple hypertext markup language (HTML) on-line where a public protocol such as e-donkey and bitTorrent has been used, but it has limited functions. Also, there is a problem that it is not possible to bring a part of information.
[5] Since individual communication protocol and interface are provided in the P2P or web hard, which is a premium common service environment used by general users, there is a problem that it is difficult to automatically search contents.
[6] An illegal distribution preventing and tracking technology of the conventional digital contents includes a technology for tracking and searching an image, which is provided to discover an infringement of copyright on the Internet by searching and classifying a feature point of the image distributed on the Internet and metadata based on a web page searcher, a contents-based feature point extractor, and a contents based search engine.
[7] However, the conventional technology is limited to the web page search and the object contents are limited to the image. Also, searching illegally copied contents in diverse common P2P/web hard according to service providers is performed not automatically, but manually.
[8] There is other conventional technology for preventing and tracking illegal copy and non-permitted distribution using a client agent.
[9] The technology can establish a system for efficiently controlling and monitoring illegal work distributed on the Internet by tracking illegal work on the Internet or P2P share network through an illegal work monitoring server and an illegal work tracking program distributed from the illegal work monitoring server for monitoring illegal work on the Internet or P2P share network. Also, the illegal work monitoring system can be efficiently maintained by paying an illegal work tracking cost such as a mileage point or proper rewards to a client monitoring the illegal work.
[10] However, the conventional technology can search only in a simple web page/public
P2P. Since each application has a different interface and a different transmission protocol, there is a problem that search in the closed P2P or web hard provided as a common service and the distributor information tracking are manually performed.

[56]
[57] The automatic keyword input unit 33 performs loading on a keyword managed according to each group from the keyword inputting block 13 and automatically input the keyword. That is, the automatic keyword input unit 33 brings a keyword group managed according to each group in the keyword inputting block 13 and performs loading on each keyword included in the keyword group on a keyword window according to each group. Accordingly, the access/search application 11 operated by the script file operating unit 32 can automatically search all keywords.
[58] When the access/search application 11 is web hard of a web page type, e.g., when contents are notified and stored, or linked on a bulletin board of the web page, the web page analyzing unit 34 analyzes the web page source, acquires and searches link information including illegal contents.
[59] The script file operating unit 32 can control diverse web pages only by the script.
However, when the access/search application 11 is the web page type, there is a difficulty that the script file operating unit 32 should correct the script file for searching/downloading such as diverse change of location information or layout based on a client environment. Therefore, the script file automating block 15 performs search through the web page analyzing unit 34 and performs search on contents download part by calling the script file for searching/downloading.
[60] Since there is the difficulty that the script should be corrected whenever the location information is changed, the web page analyzing unit 34 is called to the script to easily perform search.
[61] The file down control unit 35 downloads a part of contents, which may be confirmed as illegal contents, searched by the access/search application 11, and recognizes the part of the contents as illegal contents. Downloading only part of the contents is to increase efficiency of search and download. When it is recognizable that the part of the contents searched by the access/search application 11 controlled by the script file operating unit 32 are illegal, the file down control unit 35 stops downloading and copies the downloaded illegal contents.
[62] Meta information of contents can be fast and exactly checked only with the part of contents in connection with a contents recognizing technology based on the feature point.
[63] A quantity of traffic can be reduced by one tenth of a quantity of entire network traffic through the file down control unit 35. Accordingly, a search speed can be reduced by one tenth of the former speed. [64] The distributor information extracting unit 36 extracts distributor information of the illegal contents from an Internet site on which the illegal contents searched by the access/search application 11 are distributed. The distributor information extracting unit 36 extracts information on actual distributor distributing the contents in order to shift responsibility to the contents distributor and acquire corroborative facts on distribution of the illegal contents. Information on illegal contents distributor, which can be collected in the distributor information extracting unit 36, includes a service name, user IP, user ID, a collection data, corresponding contents, and download capture screen as well as contents meta data such as a title, a writer name, an album name and download URL.
[65] When information, which distributor information of illegal contents cannot be extracted from or which cannot be controlled according to the script operation file for searching/downloading illegal contents, is generated, or when it is required to minutely control the access/search application 11, the add-on unit 37 can extract distributor information or control a program by hooking a window message transmitted from the inside of the access/search application 11. The add-on unit 37 performs hard-coding into an assembly language correspondingly to each access/search application 11 through add-on programming and performs forced tracking.
[66] The illegal contents information storing block 16 stores illegal contents information collected in the script file automating block 15. The illegal contents information related to illegal contents includes illegal contents, illegal contents collection information, and distributor information of illegal contents. The illegal contents information also includes link information including illegal contents in case of web hard of the web page type and illegal contents meta data such as a file name, a file size and a format.
[67] Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for searching keywords according to each group in the illegal contents auto-searching method on the Internet based on the access/search application in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention.
[68] The script file automating block 15 operates the access/search application 11 through the script operation file for searching/downloading illegal contents and a keyword window is created in the operated access/search application 11. The automatic keyword input unit 33 performs a function for loading and automatically inserting a keyword on the keyword window of the access/search application 11.
[69] The automatic keyword inserting process includes the steps of searching illegal contents according to each keyword group and storing distributor information of searched illegal contents in a database (DB). The searching process for each group is repeatedly performed and ends when a final group is searched.
[70] The automatic keyword input unit 33 performs loading on a first keyword group at step S402 and inserts keywords from the first keyword into the keyword window of the access/search application 11 at step S404. The access/search application 11 searches contents related to the inserted first keyword at step S406 and downloads the searched illegal contents one by one at step S408. The distributor information extracting unit 36 collects distributor information, which can be extracted from the Internet site providing the accessing/searching service, at step S410.
[71] As described above, the file down control unit 35 controls download of contents to download a part of the contents and can recognize contents with only the part of the contents through the contents recognizing technology based on the feature point. When the part of the file is downloaded, the downloaded file is copied at step S412. Subsequently, download of the file is discontinued and the file of the folder is deleted at s tep S414. The process is repeatedly performed on a next folder. The collected illegal contents information is recorded in the illegal contents storing block 16 to prevent download of the same file at step S416.
[72] It is checked at step S418 whether the downloaded file is a final search file. When the downloaded file is not the final search file, logic flow goes back to the step S408 and the above process is repeated. When the downloaded file is the final search file, it is checked at step S420 whether a keyword is a final keyword. When the keyword is not the final keyword, a next keyword is inserted at step S422 and logic flow goes back to the step S406. When the keyword is the final keyword, it is checked at step S424 whether a keyword group is a final keyword group. When the keyword group is not the final keyword group, a next keyword group is loaded at step S426 and logic flow goes back to the step S404. When the keyword group is the final keyword group, the searched file is processed at step S428.
[73] As described in detail, the technology of the present invention can be realized as a program and stored in a computer-readable recording medium, such as CD-ROM, RAM, ROM, a floppy disk, a hard disk and a magneto-optical disk. Since the process can be easily implemented by those skilled in the art, further description will not be provided herein.
[74] The present application contains subject matter related to Korean patent application
