Abstract

A playing card sorting device is disclosed. The device includes a series of storage bays adapted to hold playing cards. In one version the storage bays are configured in a circular arrangement. A series of rotating belts move cards between storage bays. At least one image capturing device captures playing card images so that the playing cards maybe sorted by suits and/or rank.
