I'axe de rotation (ZZ') comporte au moins un premier troncon (6) tangent a un premier cercle generateur lui-meme sensiblement centre sur I'axe de rotation (ZZ'), ainsi gu'un second troncon (7) sensiblement tangent a. un second cercle generateur, lui-meme sensiblement concentrique au premier cercle generateur et de diametre superieur au diametre de ce dernier.
