图 2为现有 PoC系统的结构示意图。 在图 2中, PoC系统内部逻辑 实体包括: PoC客户端 ( Client )、 PoC服务器(Server ) 以及多种 PoC 使能实体(enabler )。 这些 PoC使能实体通常包括安全(Security ), 计 费 (Charging )等实体, 并且各使能实体只与相应的 PoC服务器交互。 PoC服务器执行 PoC的主要功能, PoC客户端通过 PoC服务器进行操 作。 PoC服务器分为控制 PoC功能(CPF, Controlling PoC Function ) 和参与 PoC功能(PPF, Participating PoC Function )。 图 3为现有技术 PoC通信中的实体关系图。 如图 3所示, CPF是通 信核心, 进行集中式控制, 执行包括会话控制(建立 /取消会话、 信令和 媒体协商、 处理请求、 分发媒体流等通信控制)、 群组策略执行(包括 收集并控制 QoS )及用户面适配等功能。每个 PoC客户端对应一个 PPF, 各 PPF ^舌操作都是向 CPF发送请求, 由 CPF协调控制会话过程 (如 媒体分发、数据转送、权限及角色转移、 QoS认证等)。 加入^舌的 PoC 客户端之间的通信, 由 PPF向 CPF请求并接收 CPF指令, CPF再依据 策略向 PPF分发媒体、 数据。 然后, 各 PPF将其转发给对应连接的 PoC 客户端, 完成 PoC客户端之间的点对点或点对多点的通信。
CPF与 PPF为功能模块, 它们可以存在于一个 PoC服务器上, 也 可以分属不同的 PoC服务器上, 执行不同功能。 PoC客户端是 PoC用 户加入会话的功能实体, 角色是 PoC用户的属性之一, 而 PoC用户可组 成 PoC群组( Group )。
在现有技术的 PoC计费中, 对 PPF和 CPF进行了区分, 这种差别 可以用 PoC-information结构中的 PoC-Server-role字段进行区分。
然而, 除了 PPF与 CPF之间存在区别外, PoC用户本身在 PoC服 务中也应该是有区别的。 对于 PoC会话, 在发送业务、 预留资源、 会话 操作等方面, 可能会发生资源紧张、 请求冲突、 或因突发事件要求占用 资源改变等情况。此时,需要有一种机制来判断对用户请求的处理顺序, 并在计费策略方面将这种差异体现出来, 否则计费将极不准确。
然而, 现有计费机制中却没有对 PoC用户进行区分, 也没有针对不 同的 PoC用户执行不同的计费策略, 因此现有技术中的计费方式并不准 确。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明实施例的主要目的是提出一种 PoC系统中的计费 方法,以针对不同的用户实现不同的计费策略,从而更准确地实现计费。
本发明实施例的另一目的是提出一种 PoC系统中的计费系统, 以针 对不同的用户实现不同的计费策略, 从而更准确地实现计费。
本发明的实施例再一目的是提出一种 PoC服务器, 以针对不同的用 户实现不同的计费策略, 从而更准确地实现计费。

为达到上述目的, 本发明的实施例提供了如下技术方案:
一种 PoC系统中的计费方法, 该方法包括:
计费功能收到 PoC服务器发出的计费请求, 所述计费请求中包含用 户接入优先级信息;
CF解析所述计费请求以获取用户接入优先级信息,并根据所述用户 接入优先级信息,对所述 PoC服务器执行与用户接入优先级相对应的计 费策略。
一种 PoC系统中的计费系统, 该计费系统包括 PoC服务器和 CF, 其中
PoC服务器, 用于向计费功能 CF发出计费请求, 所述计费请求中 包含用户接入优先级信息;
CF, 用于解析所述计费请求以获取用户接入优先级信息, 并根据所 述用户接入优先级信息,对所述 PoC服务器执行与用户接入优先 目对 应的计费策略。
一种 PoC服务器,该 PoC服务器包括计费请求设置单元和计费请求 发送单元, 其中: 计费请求设置单元,用于生成包含用户接入优先级信息的计费请求; 计费请求发送单元,用于向计费功能 CF发送由计费请求设置单元所 生成的计费请求。
一种 CF, 该 CF包括计费请求接收单元、 计费请求解析单元和计费 策略执行单元, 其中:
计费请求接收单元, 用于从 PoC服务器获取计费请求, 所述计费请 求中包含用户接入优先级信息;
计费请求解析单元, 用于解析该计费请求以获取用户接入优先级信 计费策略执行单元, 用于根据解析出的用户接入优先级信息, 对所 述 PoC服务器执行与用户接入优先级相对应的计费策略。
从上述技术方案中可以看出, 在本发明实施例中, CF收到 PoC服 务器发出的计费请求, 所述计费请求中包含用户接入优先级信息; CF 解析所述计费请求以获取用户接入优先级信息 , 并根据所述用户接入优 先级信息, 对所述 PoC服务器执行与用户接入优先级相对应的计费策 略, 由此可见, 在本发明实施例中, 由于 PoC服务器发出的计费请求中 包含有用户接入优先级信息, 因此 CF能够解析并获取用户接入优先级 信息, 并根据所获取的用户接入优先级信息, 对 PoC服务器执行与用户 接入优先级相对应的计费策略。 所以, 根据对用户接入优先级的划分, 本发明实施例实现了针对不同的用户执行相对应的计费策略, 因此能够 更准确地实现计费。

为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点表达得更加清楚明白, 下面结 合附图及具体实施例对本发明再作进一步详细的说明。
本发明实施例的主要思想是: PoC服务器向 CF发出计费请求, 所 述计费请求中包含用户接入优先级信息; CF解析所述计费请求以获取 用户接入优先级信息, 并根据所述用户接入优先级信息, 对所述 PoC服 务器执行与用户接入优先级相对应的计费策略。
PoC用户接入优先级是建立 /接入 PoC会话时对其优先级别的划分, 接入优先级会影响到其它类型的优先级的划分。 PoC用户接入优先级可 以在 XDMS或用户设备上配置。 在本发明中的 PoC计费中, 针对不同 的用户, 对其接入优先级进行划分, 以表明该用户在 PoC服务中享有的 优先权力。 比如, 可以将用户划分为表 1所示五个级别, 其中从第一级 到第五级, 优先级逐步递减。 表 1为 PoC用户的优先级示范性划分表。 表 1

显然, 表 1所示对 PoC用户的划分方式仅为示范性的, 而并不用于 限制本发明的适用范围。 实质上, 根据具体应用环境以及需求的不同, 对 PoC用户的接入优先级划分可以有多种方式, 在此并不赘述。
图 4为根据本发明实施例的 PoC系统中的计费方法的示范性流程示 意图。 如图 4所示, 该方法包括:
步骤 401: PoC服务器向 CF发出计费请求, 所述计费请求中包含用 户接入优先级信息。
步骤 402: CF解析所述计费请求以获取用户接入优先级信息, 并根 据所述用户接入优先级信息,对所述 PoC服务器执行与用户接入优先级 相对应的计费策略。
对用户接入优先级进行划分后, PoC服务器向 CF发出的计费请求 中应包含用户接入优先级信息, 从而 CF解析出该用户接入优先级信息 后, 能够对该用户执行相应的计费策略。
由于多种情况,在建立 /加入 PoC ^舌时,会引发用户接入优先级相 关请求, 该请求带有用户接入优先 «目关信息。 PoC服务器在接受该请 求后, 优选利用用户接入优先级相关信息 (如用户 ID、 优先级 ID等), 获取优先级详细参数, 结合当前运行参数、 运行环境对此优先级参数进 行评估, 该评估过程可能涉及帐务、 安全、 签约情况等环节。
此时, 在本实施例中, 优选在步骤 401之前, 该方法进一步包括: PoC服务器接收与用户接入优先 «目关的请求, 所述与用户接入优先级 相关的请求中包含用户接入优先级信息; PoC服务器对所述用户接入优 先级信息进行会话规则评估, 如果符合会话规则, 则执行步骤 401。 其 中, 会话规则包括: 帐务规则、 安全规则、 或用户签约情况中的任一种 或多于一种的任意组合。
另外, 与用户接入优先级相关的请求优选为:
由 PoC用户向 PoC服务器发送的、 与用户接入优先级相关的请求; 或
由外部扩展业务向 PoC服务器发送的、 与用户接入优先级相关的请 求; 或
由特殊用户将低接入优先级的用户修改为高接入优先级用户所引发 的、 与用户接入优先级相关的请求; 或
由所述 PoC服务器修改用户预先配置的接入优先级所引发的、 与用 户接入优先级相关的请求。
在这里, 本发明所提出的计费方法既可以适用于离线计费, 还能够 适用于在线计费。
当本发明实施例具体应用于离线计费过程中时, 步骤 401 中的 CF 为具体为计费数据功能( CDF ) , PoC服务器向 CDF发出离线计费请求, 此时 CDF解析所述离线计费请求以获取用户接入优先级信息 ,并根据所 述用户接入优先级信息,对所述 PoC服务器执行与用户接入优先级相对 应的离线计费策略。
当本发明实施例具体应用于在线计费过程中时, 步骤 401 中的 CF 为具体为在线计费系统(OCS ), PoC服务器向 OCS发出在线计费请求, 此时 OCS解析所述在线计费请求以获取用户接入优先级信息,并根据所 述用户接入优先级信息,对所述 PoC服务器执行与用户接入优先级相对 应的在线计费策略。
优选地, 当用户接入优先级发生变化时, 应该根据变化后的用户接 入优先级执行相对应的离线计费策略, 并对计费数据进行更新。
此时, 当本发明实施例具体应用于离线计费时, 如果用户接入优先 级发生变化, PoC服务器首先向 CDF发出离线计费更新请求,所述离线 计费更新请求中包含修改后的用户接入优先级信息; 然后, CDF解析所 述离线计费更新请求以获取修改后的用户接入优先级信息, 并根据所述 修改后的用户接入优先级信息 ,对所述 PoC服务器执行与修改后的用户 接入优先级相对应的离线计费策略。
当本发明实施例具体应用于在线计费时, 如果用户接入优先级发生 变化, PoC服务器首先向 OCS发出在线计费更新请求,所述在线计费更 新请求中包含修改后的用户接入优先级信息; 然后, OCS解析所述在线 计费更新请求以获取修改后的用户接入优先级信息 , 并根据所述修改后 的用户接入优先级信息,对所述 PoC服务器执行与修改后的用户接入优 先级相对应的在线计费策略。
其中 ,可以在现有的 PoC-Information结构中增加对用户接入优先级 信息的描述。 比如, 优选地, 在现有的 PoC-Information 结构中增加 PoC-User- Access-Priority字段, 用以表明用户接入优先级信息的参数 , 该 PoC-User-Access-Priority字段可以包含若干内空, 属于数据集类型的 结构。表 2为在 PoC-Information结构中增力口 PoC-User- Access-Priority字 段的示意表, 其中 PoC-User- Access-Priority为新增的字段。 表 2

PoC-User- Access-Priority是个数据集类型的数据 , 可以包含如下信 息字段: 接入优先级级别 ID, 可以设置为 Unsigned32类型; 接入优先 级有效期限, 可以设置为 TIME 类型; 接入优先级描述, 可以设置为 UTF8String类型; 接入优先级是否可修改, 可以设置为布尔 (Boolean ) 类型。 下面更加详细地具体描述本发明的示范性实施例。

步骤 501 : PoC服务器接收与用户接入优先级相关的请求, 所述与 用户接入优先级相关的请求中包含用户接入优先级信息;

步骤 503 ~ 504: PoC服务器向 CDF发出 INVITE请求, CDF向 PoC 服务器返回 200 OK响应。
步骤 505 ~ 507: PoC服务器发起离线计费请求 ACR,该离线计费请 求中携带有用户接入优先级信息 , CDF根据该用户接入优先级信息对用 户执行计费, 并向 PoC服务器返回离线计费响应 ACA。
步骤 508: 会话继续。
至此, 完成了 PoC离线计费的过程。 当^舌过程中的用户接入优先 级信息发生了变化时, 接着触发计费更新事件。
步骤 509 ~ 512: 当用户接入优先级信息发生变化时, PoC服务器向 CDF发出离线计费更新请求,所述离线计费更新请求中包含修改后的用 户接入优先级信息; 然后, CDF解析所述离线计费更新请求以获取修改 后的用户接入优先级信息 , 并根据所述修改后的用户接入优先级信息 , 对所述 PoC服务器执行与修改后的用户接入优先级相对应的离线计费 策略。

对于在线计费,在接受用户接入优先级相关请求后, 需要到 OCS上 进行资源预分配, 如果分配成功, 则该用户接入优先级请求可以接受, 并进行后续处理, 但如果分配失败, 意味着资源不足, 不可以进行该用 户接入优先级的接入请求。
步骤 605: OCS向 PoC服务器返回计费响应 CCA,其中具有配额信 步骤 606: PoC服务器向 OCS发出 INVITE请求;
步骤 607 ~ 608: OCS向 PoC服务器返回 200 OK信息, PoC服务器 向用户接入请求发起方返回 200 OK信息;
步骤 609 ~ 611 : PoC服务器在成功预分配资源后, 接受了用户的接 入请求, 并对该接入执行相应的在线计费策略, 这些在线计费策略可以 包括费率选择、 生成该接入事件计费数据记录等。
步骤 612: 会话继续。
至此, 完成了在线计费的过程。 当会话过程中的用户接入优先级信 息发生了变化时, 此时触发计费更新事件。
步骤 613 ~步骤 617: PoC服务器向 OCS发出在线计费更新请求, 所述在线计费更新请求中包含修改后的用户接入优先级信息; OCS解析 所述在线计费更新请求以获取修改后的用户接入优先级信息, 并根据所 述修改后的用户接入优先级信息 ,对所述 PoC服务器执行与修改后的用 户接入优先级相对应的在线计费策略。 此时, OCS根据请求中的已使用 资源情况, 更新当前资源分配, 并更新当前计费数据。
本发明实施例还公开了一种 PoC系统中的计费系统。 图 7为根据本 发明实施例的计费系统示范性结构示意图。
如图 7所示, 该系统 700包括 PoC服务器 701和 CF 702, 其中
PoC服务器 701, 用于向计费功能 CF 702发出计费请求, 所述计费 请求中包含用户接入优先级信息;
CF 702, 用于解析所述计费请求以获取用户接入优先级信息, 并根 据所述用户接入优先级信息,对所述 PoC服务器 701执行与用户接入优 先级相对应的计费策略。
其中, 所述 CF可以为计费数据功能 CDF, 所述计费请求可以为离 线计费请求, 此时 CDF用于对 PoC服务器执行与用户接入优先 目对 应的离线计费策略。
另外, 当用户接入优先级修改时, PoC服务器 701向 CDF发出离线 计费更新请求, 所述离线计费更新请求中包含修改后的用户接入优先级 信息;
CDF可以解析所述离线计费更新请求以获取修改后的用户接入优先 级信息, 并根据所述修改后的用户接入优先级信息, 对所述 PoC服务器 执行与修改后的用户接入优先级相对应的离线计费策略。
CF还可以为在线计费系统 OCS, 所述计费请求为在线计费请求, 此时 OCS用于对所述 PoC服务器执行与用户接入优先级相对应的在线 计费策略。 此时:
当用户接入优先级修改时, PoC服务器向 OCS发出在线计费更新请 求, 所述在线计费更新请求中包含修改后的用户接入优先级信息;
OCS可以解析所述在线计费更新请求以获取修改后的用户接入优先 级信息, 并根据所述修改后的用户接入优先级信息, 对所述 PoC服务器 执行与修改后的用户接入优先级相对应的在线计费策略

如图 9所示,该 CF包括计费请求接收单元 901、计费请求解析单元 902和计费策略执行单元 903, 其中:
计费请求接收单元 901, 用于从 PoC服务器获取计费请求, 所述计 费请求中包含用户接入优先级信息;
计费请求解析单元 902, 用于解析该计费请求以获取用户接入优先 级信息;
计费策略执行单元 903 , 用于根据解析出的用户接入优先级信息, 对所述 PoC服务器执行与用户接入优先级相对应的计费策略。 综上所述, 本发明实施例基于接入优先级, 收集和处理详细的关于 用户接入优先级变化的信息, 供运营商在收费 (Charging ) 或记帐 ( Billing )部分提取所需数据, 执行差异化的计费方法, 便于运营商提 供差异化服务。
另外, 本发明实施例通过修改很少的字段, 达到对按不同接入优先 级触发事件的监控, 并上报上层系统, 应用起来也非常方便。

CF解析所述计费请求以获取用户接入优先级信息,并根据所述用户 接入优先级信息,对所述 PoC服务器执行与用户接入优先级相对应的计 费策略。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的 PoC系统中的计费方法, 其特征在于, 该方法进一步包括:
PoC服务器接收与用户接入优先 «目关的请求, 所述与用户接入优 先级相关的请求中包含用户接入优先级信息;
PoC服务器对所述用户接入优先级信息进行会话规则评估, 并当符 合会话规则时, PoC服务器向计费功能 CF发出所述计费请求。

由 PoC用户向 PoC服务器发送的、 与用户接入优先级相关的请求; 或

由特殊用户将低接入优先级的用户修改为高接入优先级用户所引发 的、 与用户接入优先级相关的请求; 或 由所述 PoC服务器修改用户预先配置的接入优先级所引发的、与用 户接入优先级相关的请求。

所述 CF对 PoC服务器执行计费策略为: CDF对所述 PoC服务器执 行与用户接入优先级相对应的离线计费策略。
6、 根据权利要求 1-4中任一项所述的 PoC系统中的计费方法, 其 特征在于, 所述 CF为在线计费系统 OCS, 所述计费请求为在线计费请 求;
所述 CF对 PoC服务器执行计费策略为: OCS对所述 PoC服务器执 行与用户接入优先级相对应的在线计费策略。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的 PoC系统中的计费方法, 其特征在于, 该方法进一步包括:
当用户接入优先级修改时 , CDF收到 PoC服务器发出的离线计费更 新请求, 所述离线计费更新请求中包含修改后的用户接入优先级信息;
CDF解析所述离线计费更新请求以获取修改后的用户接入优先级 信息, 并根据所述修改后的用户接入优先级信息, 对所述 PoC服务器执 行与修改后的用户接入优先级相对应的离线计费策略。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的 PoC系统中的计费方法, 其特征在于, 该方法进一步包括:
PoC服务器在 OCS上进行资源预分配,并当资源预分配成功时 PoC 服务器向计费功能 CF发出所述计费请求。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的 PoC系统中的计费方法, 其特征在于, 该方法进一步包括: 当用户接入优先级修改时, PoC服务器向 OCS发出在线计费更新请 求, 所述在线计费更新请求中包含修改后的用户接入优先级信息;

11、 根据权利要求 10所述的 PoC系统中的计费方法, 其特征在于, 所述表示用户接入优先级信息的字段包括: 接入优先级级别标识 ID信 息字段、 接入优先级有效期限信息字段、 接入优先级描述信息字段、 或 接入优先级别是否可修改信息字段中的任一个或多于一个的任意组合。
12、一种 PoC系统中的计费系统,其特征在于,该计费系统包括 PoC 服务器和 CF, 其中
PoC服务器, 用于向计费功能 CF发出计费请求, 所述计费请求中 包含用户接入优先级信息;
CF, 用于解析所述计费请求以获取用户接入优先级信息, 并根据所 述用户接入优先级信息,对所述 PoC服务器执行与用户接入优先级相对 应的计费策略。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的 PoC系统中的计费系统, 其特征在于, 所述 CF为计费数据功能 CDF, 所述计费请求为离线计费请求;
所述 CF对 PoC服务器执行与用户接入优先级相对应的计费策略为: 所述计费数据功能 CDF对 PoC服务器执行的与用户接入优先级相对应 的离线计费策略。
14、 根据权利要求 12所述的 PoC系统中的计费系统, 其特征在于, 所述 CF为在线计费系统 OCS, 所述计费请求为在线计费请求; 所述 CF对 PoC服务器执行与用户接入优先级相对应的计费策略为: 所述在线计费系统 OCS对 PoC服务器执行的与用户接入优先级相对应 的在线计费策略。
15、 一种 PoC服务器, 其特征在于, 该 PoC服务器包括计费请求设 置单元和计费请求发送单元, 其中:
计费请求设置单元,用于生成包含用户接入优先级信息的计费请求; 计费请求发送单元, 用于向计费功能 CF发送由计费请求设置单元 所生成的计费请求。
16、 一种 CF, 其特征在于, 该 CF包括计费请求接收单元、 计费请 求解析单元和计费策略执行单元, 其中:
计费请求接收单元, 用于从 PoC服务器获取计费请求, 所述计费请 求中包含用户接入优先级信息;
计费请求解析单元, 用于解析该计费请求以获取用户接入优先级信 计费策略执行单元, 用于根据解析出的用户接入优先级信息, 对所 述 PoC服务器执行与用户接入优先级相对应的计费策略。
