本发明实施例针对现有技术中在本地网络的 SMSC设置短消息过滤机制 只能对本地用户发往本地用户的短消息、 及其本地用户发往外地用户的短消 息进行过滤处理, 而对于外地用户发往本地用户的短消息、 及其外地用户发 往漫游到本地的用户的短消息不能执行有效过滤处理的问题, 从而提出一种 技术方案以实现对外地用户发往本地用户的短消息及外地用户发往漫游到本 地的用户的短消息都执行过滤处理, 以此来扩展现有短消息过滤机制的局限 性。
下面将结合各个附图对本发明技术方案的实现原理、 具体实施方式及其 对应能够达到的有益效果进行详细的阐述。
本发明实施例是对本地网络中的 SMSC 和信令处理系统(SPS, Signal Process System )分别进行改进, 以使二者进行协同处理从而实现本地网络的 SMSC对消息发起方为外地用户, 消息接收方为本地用户或者漫游到本地的 外地用户的 MT消息进行短消息过滤处理。

步骤 10, 将外地网络发往本地网络的消息路由至本地网络的 SPS, 其中 可以通过对信令网结构中的上层信令转接点的全局码 (GT, Global Title )翻 译数据进行设置来实现将外地网络发往本地网络的消息路由至本地网络的 以一个采用三级结构的信令网为例, 其中第一级是信令网的最高级, 称 为高级信令转接点 (HSTP, High-level Signaling Transfer Point ), 第二級称为 低级信令转接点 (LSTP, Low-level Signaling Transfer Point ), 第三级为信令 点 (SP, Signaling Point ), 其中各个信令点 SP具体由各种交换局和特种服务 中心组成, 其具体的信令网等级结构请参照图 2。
为了实现将外地网络发往本地网络的短消息同样拦截到本地网络中的 SMSC进行过滤处理, 可以通过对信令网结构中的 HSTP或 LSTP的 GT翻译 数据设置进行相关修改, 以把本应发送到本地 MSC的消息均翻译路由至本地 网络的 SPS进行处理。
步骤 20 , 本地网络的 SPS将接收消息中的 MT短消息 (包括由外地用户 发往本地用户的短消息, 或由外地用户发往漫游到本地的外地用户的短消息) 转发至本地网络的 SMS;
其中本地网络的 SPS 可以通过对接收消息进行解析以获取其中包含的 MT短消息, SPS在对接收消息进行解析过程中还可以获取其中包含的非 MT 短消息,这样 SPS可以根据获取的非 MT短消息中包含的目的 MSC号码将该 非 MT短消息转发至对应的 MSC处理。 即本地网络的 SPS接收到 HSTP或 LSTP转发来的以本地网络的 MSC为接收地址的信令消息后, 对其进行解析 处理,将解析出的 MT消息通过本地网络的信令转接点( STP , Signaling Transfer Point )转发至本地网络的 SMSC进行处理; 而将解析出的非 MT消息根据其 包含的目的 MSC号码直接翻译路由至相应的 MSC进行正常处理。 步骤 30, 本地网络的 SMSC对 SPS转发来的 MT短消息进行过滤处理, 其中对 MT短消息进行过滤处理是指通过匹配短消息内容中是否含有某些敏 感字眼来确定 MT短消息是否为合法 MT短消息, 还是为垃圾 MT短消息, 其中所要求匹配的具体敏感字眼可以由运营商来确定; 的目的 MSC号码将其发送到对应的 MSC处理,然后由该 MSC进而根据接收 到的 MT短消息中包含的接收方 IMSI信息,将接收 MT短消息下发给对应的 接收方用户。
后续下发 MT短消息的 MSC还可以进而将下发 MT短消息的下发结果信 息上报给本地网络的 SMSC, 本地网络的 SMSC进而将接收到的下发结果信 息反馈给对应发出消息的外地网络 SMSC;
若本地网络的 SMSC对 SPS转发来的 MT短消息进行过滤处理时发现 MT短消息为垃圾短消息, 则还应向发出消息的外地网络 SMSC反馈短消息 下发失败消息。
上述步骤 30和步骤 40的处理过程即为: 如果本地网络的 SMSC对本地 网络 SPS转发来的 MT短消息进行过滤处理时发现为垃圾 MT短消息, 则将 模拟 MT短消息所要发送到的目的 MSC向发出消息的外地网络 SMSC返回下 发失败消息, 该下发失败消息值可预先配置。 如果本地网络的 SMSC对本地 网络 SPS转发来的 MT短消息进行过滤处理时发现为合法 MT短消息, 由于 该合法 MT短消息已经包含了短消息接收方的 IMSI号码和目的 MSC号码, 因此就直接通过本地网络的 STP将合法 MT短消息直接下发至目的 MSC, 而 不用先向位置归属寄存器(HLR, Home Location Register ) 取路由信息, 再 由目的 MSC根据所取得的路由信息将 MT短消息下发至短消息接收用户 ( MS ); 目的 MSC在下发 MT短消息后还可以进而通过本地网络的 STP向本 地网络的 SMSC回复 MT短消息的下发结果信息, 本地网络的 SMSC再将接 收到的下发结果信息回复至对应发出消息的外地网络 SMSC。
请参照图 3 , 该图是本发明方法的具体实施处理过程示意图, 其具体实施 过程如下:
A. 外地网络的 SMSC向本地用户或漫游至本地的用户发送 MT消息;
B. HSTP或 LSTP发现有消息以本地网络的 MSC号码进行寻址, 则根 据预先配置的路由数据(GT翻译数据)将该消息 GT翻译路由至本地网络的 SPS进行处理;
C. 本地网络的 SPS解析该接收到的消息, 如果确认为该消息为外地用户 发往本地用户或发往漫游到本地的用户的 MT消息, 则直接将该消息转发给 本地 SMSC处理;
D. 本地网络的 SMSC对本地网络的 SPS转发来的 MT短消息进行过滤处 理, 如果经过过滤处理发现 MT短消息为垃圾短消息, 则将模拟该垃圾短消 息要发送到的目的 MSC向发出消息的外地网络 SMSC返馈短消息下发失败消 台 .
E. 本地网络的 SMSC对本地网络的 SPS转发来的 MT短消息进行过滤处 理, 如果经过过滤处理发现 MT短消息为合法短消息, 则根据该合法 MT短 消息中包含的目的 MSC号码通过本地网络的 STP将该合法 MT短消息发送至 目的 MSC, 再由目的 MSC根据该 MT短消息中包含的短消息接收方用户的 IMSI信息, 将该 MT短消息下发至对应的接收方用户 (MS );
F. 目的 MSC 下发 MT短消息后, 通过本地网络的 STP向本地网络的 SMSC反馈 MT短消息的下发结果信息;
G.本地网络的 SMSC将接收到的短消息下发结果信息反馈给发出消息的 外地网络的 SMSC。
其中本地网络中的 SMSC在完成对本地网络中的 SPS转发来的 MT短消 息进行过滤处理及其向发出消息的外地网络的 SMSC反馈短消息下发结果信 息之外, 还可以进而完成下述工作:
1. 对本地网络中的 SPS转发来的每条 MT短消息都分别写 MO话单,其 中 MO话单是本地网络中的 SMSC记录它接收到的每条短消息的详细内容, 包括发送方和接收方的号码, 消息内容等。 如果本地网络中的 SMSC在过滤 短消息过程中发生错误, 则在 MO话单中相应记录错误原因; 如果完成短消 息的过滤处理, 则在 MO话单中记录过滤结果; 其中 MO话单中保存原始的 MT短消息的接收方 IMSI号码和外地发起方的 SMSC号码等信息。
2、 收到目的 MSC返回的下发结果消息(下发成功或下发失败应答消息) 后, SMSC负责将该下发结果消息转发给发出消息的外地 SMSC。在这个过程 中若因为接口断连等原因所导致的该下发结果信息下发失败, 或者超时没有 接收到目的 MSC反馈的下发结果消息,则本地网络的 SMSC将模拟目的 MSC 向发出消息的外地 SMSC返回一个应答消息以指示有错误发生。
3、本地网络的 SMSC在转发外地 SMSC给本地用户发来的的多发消息过 程中不允许其它外地的 SMSC再给该本地用户发送消息, 即如果 SMSC A正 在给接收方用户 C发送多发消息, SMSC B在 SMSC A指示多发消息结束之 前也给接收方用户 C发送消息, 本地 SMSC将模拟目的 MSC向 SMSC B返 回错误码, 错误原因为接收方用户忙。 其中多发消息是指在一个下发流程中 下发多条消息, 例如: 当 SMSC中多条消息的接收方为同一个用户时, 则可 以在一个下发流程中向该用户下发这些消息, 只需在第一条消息下发时取路 由信息, 后续的消息直接使用第一条消息下发时取到的路由信息进行下发处 理。
4、本地网络的 SMSC发生内部错误导致 MT短消息不能正常下发时, 或 短消息过滤失败或者超时时,本地网络的 SMSC将模拟目的 MSC向发出消息 的外地 SMSC返回错误应答消息。
如果在上述处理过程中本地网络不对外地网络发来的取路由消息 ( SRI, Send Routing Information )进行拦截, 则当本地用户漫游到外地时, 其他外地 用户向该本地用户发送 MT短消息时, 则会产生由于 MT短消息无法经过本 地网络的 SPS而到达本地网络的 SMSC, 因此就达不到对 MT短消息进行过 滤的目的。 为了解决这个问题, 本发明实施例中规定若本地网络的 SMSC接 收到外地网络发来的用于获取本地用户当前具体位置信息的 SRI消息时, 不 管要获取的该本地用户是否处于归属地还是漫游到其他外地网络, 都构造该 本地用户的 IMSI号码并填入 SRI应答消息中 (其中 SMSC构造本地用户的 IMSI号码是现有的公知技术, 这里不再过多赘述), 此外 SMSC将自身的号 码信息作为该本地用户当前所处位置的 MSC号码也填入到该 SRI应答消息 中; 本地网络的 SMSC中心将上述填充处理后的 SRI应答消息反馈给该发出 SRI消息的外地网络,这样当外地用户向该本地用户发送 MT短消息时,无论 该本地用户是否在归属地还是在其他漫游地, 外地用户向该本地用户发送的 MT短消息都将直接发送到本地网络的 SMSC,进而由本地网络的 SMSC对其 进行过滤处理。 而不会直接发送到该本地用户的当前漫游地, 由此可能导致 本地用户的当前漫游地不能对该短消息进行过滤。
综上可见,本发明实施例通过对信令网结构中的 HSTP或 LSTP的 GT翻 译数据进行修改,从而实现把所有目的地址为本地网络 MSC的消息均翻译路 由至本地网络的 SPS, 本地网络的 SPS对接收到的消息进行分析, 若分析出 为非 MT短消息,则 SPS将根据其包含的目的 MSC号码直接将其翻译路由至 相应的目的 MSC进行正常处理; 若分析出为 MT短消息则通过本地网路的 STP全部转发至本地网络的 SMSC进行短消息过滤处理, 从而实现了本地网 络对消息发起方为外地用户, 消息接收方为本地用户或漫游到本地的外地用 户的 MT短消息也能够进行短消息过滤处理, 因此较好的扩展了现有短消息 过滤机制的局限性。
相应于本发明实施例上述提出的短消息过滤方法, 这里还进而提出了一 种信令处理系统 SPS, 如图 4所示, 为本发明提出的信令处理系统的实施例 组成结构框图, 包括消息接收单元 100、 消息解析判别单元 110、 移动台终止 短消息转发单元 120和非移动台终止短消息转发单元 130,其中各个组成单元 的具体作用如下:
消息接收单元 100, 用于接收外地网络发往本地网络的消息;
消息解析判别单元 110,用于通过对上述消息接收单元 100接收到的消息 进行解析, 以判别接收到的消息是否为 MT短消息;
移动台终止短消息转发单元 120,用于在上述消息解析判别单元 110判别 出接收到的消息为 MT短消息时, 将 MT短消息转发到本地网络的 SMSC; 非移动台终止短消息转发单元 130,用于在上述消息解析判别单元 110判 别出消息接收单元 100接收到的消息为非 MT短消息时, 根据该非 MT短消 息中包含的目的 MSC号码信息将该非 MT短消息转发至对应的 MSC。
相应于本发明实施例上述提出的短消息过滤方法, 这里还进而提出了一 种短消息业务中心 SMSC, 如图 5所示, 为本发明提出的短消息业务中心的 实施例組成结构框图, 包括移动台终止短消息接收单元 200、短消息过滤单元
210、 短消息转发单元 220和下发失败消息反馈单元 230, 其中各个组成单元 的具体作用如下:
移动台终止短消息接收单元 200,用于接收本地网络的信令处理系统 SPS 转发来的 MT短消息;
短消息过滤单元 210,用于对上述移动台终止短消息接收单元 200接收到 的 MT短消息进行过滤处理;
短消息转发单元 220, 用于将上述短消息过滤单元 210过滤出的合法 MT 短消息根据其包含的目的 MSC号码信息将其转发到对应的目的 MSC;
下发失败消息反馈单元 230,用于在上述短消息过滤单元 210过滤到垃圾 MT短消息时, 向对应发出消息的外地网络 SMSC反馈相应的短消息下发失 败消息。
请参照图 6,该图是本发明提出的短消息业务中心增加对取路由消息处理 能力后的实施例组成结构框图, 其在上述图 5 的组成结构基础上, 还进而包 括取路由消息接收单元 240、 用户号码构造单元 250、 取路由应答消息填充单 元 260和取路由应答消息反馈单元 270, 其中:
取路由消息接收单元 240,用于接收外地网络发来的用于获取本地用户当 前具体位置信息的 SRI消息;
用户号码构造单元 250,用于在取路由消息接收单元 240接收到 SRI消息 时, 构造该本地用户的 IMSI号码;
取路由应答消息填充单元 260,用于将用户号码构造单元 250构造的 IMSI 号码填入对应的 SRI应答消息中, 并将 SMSC号码作为该本地用户当前所处 位置的 MSC号码也填入该对应的 SRI应答消息中;
取路由应答消息反馈单元 270,用于将取路由应答消息填充单元 260填充 处理后的对应 SRI应答消息反馈给发出 SRI消息的外地网络。
其中本发明实施例这里提出的 SPS和 SMSC的其他相关技术实现细节请 参照本发明实施例上述方法中的相关扶术实现细节描述, 这里不再给以过多 赘述。
显然, 本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本 发明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要 求及其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种短消息过滤方法, 其特征在于, 包括步骤:
将外地网络发往本地网絡的消息路由至本地网络的信令处理系统; 本地网络的信令处理系统将接收消息中的移动台终止短消息转发至本地 网络的短消息业务中心;
本地网絡的短消息业务中心对接收到的移动台终止短消息进行过滤; 并 将过滤出的合法移动台终止短消息发送到对应的移动交换中心, 由所述 移动交换中心将接收到的移动台终止短消息下发给短消息接收方。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 通过对信令网结构中的上层 信令转接点的全局码翻译数据进行设置实现将外地网络发往本地网络的消息 路由至本地网络的信令处理系统。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 本地网络的信令处理系统通 过对接收消息进行解析获取其中包含的移动台终止短消息。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括步骤:
本地网络的信令处理系统通过对接收消息进行解析还获取其中包含的非 移动台终止短消息; 以及
根据获取的非移动台终止短消息中包含的目的移动交换中心号码将所述 非移动台终止短消息转发至对应的移动交换中心,处理。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 本地网络的短消息业务中心 才艮据合法移动台终止短消息中包含的目的移动交换中心号码将合法移动台终 止短消息发送到对应的移动交换中心; 以及
所述移动交换中心根据接收到的移动台终止短消息中包含的接收方国际 移动台识别码将移动台终止短消息下发给对应的短消息接收方。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括步骤:
所述移动交换中心将移动台终止短消息的下发结果信息上报给本地网络 的短消息业务中心; 以及 本地网络的短消息业务中心将接收到的下发结果信息反馈给对应发出消 息的外地网絡短消息业务中心。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括步骤:
本地网絡的短消息业务中心过滤到垃圾移动台终止短消息时, 向对应发 出消息的外地网络短消息业务中心反馈短消息下发失败消息。
8、 如权利要求 1所迷的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括步骤:
本地网络的短消息业务中心接收到外地网络发来的用于获取本地用户当 前具体位置信息的取路由消息时, 构造所述本地用户的国际移动台识别码填 入取路由应答消息中; 以及
将自身号码信息作为所述本地用户当前所处位置的移动交换中心号码填 入取路由应答消息中;
本地网络的短消息业务中心将填充处理后的取路由应答消息反馈给发出 取路由消息的外地网络。
9、 一种信令处理系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
消息接收单元, 用于接收外地网络发往本地网络的消息;
消息解析判别单元, 用于通过对消息接收单元接收到的消息进行解析判 别接收到的消息是否为移动台终止短消息;
移动台终止短消息转发单元, 用于在消息解析判别单元判别出接收到的 消息为移动台终止短消息时, 将移动台终止短消息转发到本地网络的短消息 业务中心。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征在于, 还包括非移动台终止短消 息转发单元, 用于在消息解析判别单元判别出消息接收单元接收到的消息为 非移动台终止短消息时, 根据非移动台终止短消息中包含的目的移动交换中 心号码将非移动台终止短消息转发至对应的移动交换中心。
11、 一种短消息业务中心, 其特征在于, 包括:
移动台终止短消息接收单元, 用于接收信令处理系统发来的移动台终止 短消息; 短消息过滤单元, 用于对移动台终止短消息接收单元接收到的移动台终 止短消息进行过滤处理;
短消息转发单元, 用于将短消息过滤单元过滤出的合法移动台终止短消 息转发到对应的移动交换中心。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的短消息业务中心, 其特征在于, 还包括下发失 败消息反馈单元, 用于在短消息过滤单元过滤到垃圾移动台终止短消息时, 向对应发出消息的外地网络短消息业务中心反馈短消息下发失败消息。
13、 如权利要求 11所述的短消息业务中心, 其特征在于, 还包括: 取路由消息接收单元, 用于接收外地网络发来的用于获取本地用户当前 具体位置信息的取路由消息;
用户号码构造单元, 用于在取路由消息接收单元接收到取路由消息时, 构造所述本地用户的国际移动台识别码;
取路由应答消息填充单元, 用于将用户号码构造单元构造的国际移动台 识别码填入取路由应答消息, 并将短消息业务中心号码作为所述本地用户当 前所处位置的移动交换中心号码填入取路由应答消息;
取路由应答消息反馈单元, 用于将取路由应答消息填充单元填充处理后 的取路由应答消息反馈给发出取路由消息的外地网络。
