Abstract
L'invention concerne des modes de réalisation de capteurs nanoélectroniques, y compris des capteurs destinés à détecter des analytes tels que le CO2, le NO, les gaz anesthésiants et analogues dans l'haleine humaine. Un système de surveillance multivalent intégré permet de mesurer deux ou plusieurs analytes dans l'haleine, notamment en vue de la surveillance d'affections pulmonaires telles que l'asthme. Ce système de surveillance peut être conçu pour être compact, léger et peu coûteux, et pour comprendre un microprocesseur destiné à analyser les mesures pour déterminer l'état du patient et à stocker un historique des mesures. Des modes de réalisation sans fil permettent d'obtenir des améliorations telles que la surveillance à distance.
