Description
Description
AIR PERMEABLE SHOE
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to an air permeable shoe, and more particularly to such an air permeable shoe, which comprises a sole divided into a front sole and a rear sole, and a ventilating section formed on the bottom surface of the shoe between the front and rear soles and having a plurality of vent holes formed thereon, so that it can have a light weight and an excellent air permeability inside the shoe, thereby allowing a wearer to feel a comfort. Background Art
[2] Generally, a conventional air permeable shoe is constructed such that a sole 20 in which the front portion and the rear portion thereof are integrally formed with each other is bonded to a bottom surface of a main body of the shoe, as shown in FlG. 1. In case of an air permeable shoe manufactured by improving such a conventional shoe, the sole 20 includes a plurality of vent holes 40 and an air chamber 30 formed inside the sole 20 in such a manner that the plurality of vent holes 40 communicate with the air chamber 30 perpendicularly to each other, so that the outside air flown into the air chamber 30 can be flown to the interior of the shoe.
[3] However, such conventional air permeable shoe has several problems in that since the sole 20 is a full sole integrally formed so as to be bonded to the entire bottom surface of the shoe, the weight of the shoe is heavy, in that since inlet openings of the vent holes 40, which are formed on the bottom surface of the sole 20 so as to allow air to be flown in therethrough, come into contact with the ground, dust of the ground or foreign substances are flown in and deposited in the air chamber 30 through the vent holes 40, or directly clog the vent holes, thereby deteriorating the air permeability, and in that water is introduced into the shoe in a rainy day through the vent holes 40.
[4] The conventional air permeable shoe as mentioned above has a further problem in that since inner and outer sides of an insole have an equal height, the outer side of the sole is worn much more than the inner side thereof if a wearer walks for a long period of time, so that a wearer may walk with his or her knees pointing outwardly, thereby producing a false gait. Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[5] Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the conventional art, and it is a primary object of the present invention to provide an air permeable shoe, which comprises a sole divided into a front
sole and a rear sole, and a ventilating section formed on the bottom surface of the shoe between the front and rear soles and having a plurality of vent holes formed thereon, so that it can have a light weight and an excellent air permeability inside the shoe, thereby allowing a wearer to fee a comfort.
[6] A further object of the present invention is to provide an air permeable shoe, in which a ventilating section having a plurality of vent holes formed thereon is interrupted by a waterproof plate having snap buttons mounted thereto, so that rainy water can be prevented from being introduced into the shoe in a rainy day.
[7] Still another object of the present invention is to provide an air permeable shoe, in which a height of an outer side(B) of an insole inserted into the inside of the shoe is slightly higher than that of an inner side(A) thereof, so that a wearer can walk with his or her both knees pointing inwardly, thereby correcting a walking habit of a wearer walking with his or her both knees pointing outwardly.
[8] Yet another object of the present invention is to provide an air permeable shoe, in which an antibacterial mesh fabric member is adhered on an insole, so that propagating power of bacteria inside the shoe can be restrained, thereby improving a sanitary condition of the shoe.
Technical Solution
[9] To achieve the above object, according to the invention, there is provided an air permeable shoe allowing air to be flown into the inside of the shoe, which comprises: a sole divided into a front sole and a rear sole, and a ventilating section formed on the bottom surface of the shoe between the front and rear soles and having a plurality of vent holes 4 formed thereon in such a manner as to be spaced apart from one another by predetermined intervals. Advantageous Effects
[10] As described above, according to the air permeable shoe, a sole of the shoe is divided into the front and rear soles, and a ventilating section having a plurality of vent holes formed thereon is formed between the front and rear soles in such a manner as to be spaced apart from the ground by a predetermined distance, so that the shoe can have its light weight as well as have a structure allowing air to be smoothly flown in through the ventilating section. Also, the ventilating section having vent holes formed thereon is interrupted by the waterproof plate having snap buttons mounted thereto, so that water can be prevented from being introduced into the shoe even in a rainy day.
[11] Further, according to the air permeable shoe, a height of the outer side(B) of the insole is slightly higher than that of the inner side(A) thereof, so that a wearer can walk with his or her both knees pointing inwardly, thereby correcting a walking habit of a wearer walking with his or her both knees pointing outwardly, as well as an an-
tibacterial mesh fabric member is adhered on an insole, so that propagating power of bacteria inside the shoe can be restrained, thereby improving a sanitary condition of the shoe.

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention [23] Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the invention will be described in detail with reference to the appended drawings of FIGs. 2 through 4. [24] An air permeable shoe according to a preferred embodiment of the invention features that it comprises a sole divided into a front sole 2, a rear sole 3, and a ventilating section 5 formed on the bottom surface of the shoe between the front and rear soles 2 and 3 and having a plurality of vent holes 4 formed thereon by predetermined intervals. [25] The sole of the air permeable shoe 1 according to the invention is divided into the
front sole 2 and the rear sole 3. Preferably, outsole portions of the front and rear soles 2 and 3 are made of synthetic rubber, and midsole portions thereof are made of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA)-foaming agent. Thus, since the air permeable shoe 1 of the invention has a relatively light weight compared with the conventional air permeable shoe whose outsole portion is integrally formed, so that fatigue of a wearer s feet can be alleviated during a walk, thereby allowing for easy walking.
[26] Further, the ventilating section 5 having the vent holes formed thereon 4 by predetermined intervals is formed on the bottom surface of the shoe between the divided front and rear soles 2 and 3 in such a manner as to be spaced apart from the ground by a predetermined distance, so that the shoe can have a structure allowing air to be smoothly flown in through the ventilating section 5, thereby allowing a user to feel a comfort at all times. Also, the ventilating section 5 is preferably made of a material such as natural leather or synthetic leather, whose outer surface is not easily damaged.
[27] Hereinafter, as shown in FIGs. 5 to 6, a structure in which a waterproof plate is coupled to an air permeable shoe according to the present invention will be described in detail.
[28] The air permeable shoe according to a preferred embodiment of the invention further comprises a pair of snap buttons 7 of a concave type mounted to the left and right side surfaces of an upper of the shoe, which is adhered on the upper portion of the ventilating section 5, respectively; and a waterproof plate 8 including a pair of snap buttons 7 of a convex type mounted to both end portions thereof, respectively, so that the respective pair of snap buttons 7 are fastened to corresponding pair of snap buttons 7 of a concave type.
[29] Thus, according to the air permeable shoe 1 of the invention, the waterproof plate 8 may be fastened to the shoe 1 for a walk in a rainy day in order to prevent rainy water and the like from being introduced into the shoe through the vent holes 4, or otherwise, it may be removed from the shoe 1 in a sunny day. Further, the pair of snap buttons 7, 7 of the concave and convex types can be used for the purpose of promotion of a company by imprinting the company s logo and the like on the outer surface thereof.
[30] Hereinafter, as shown in FIGs. 7 to 8, an insole 9, which is inserted into the inside of the air permeable shoe 1 of the invention, will be described in detail.
[31] The air permeable shoe according to a preferred embodiment of the invention further comprises an insole 9 mounted on the inner bottom of the shoe 1, the insole 9 including a front portion 12, a rear portion 13 and a ventilating portion 6 formed between the front and rear portions 12 and 13 and having a ventilating mesh; and an antibacterial mesh fabric member 10 adhered on the insole 9.
[32] The ventilating portion 6 of the insole 9 is formed in such a manner as to be placed at a position abutting against the ventilating section 5 formed between the front sole 2
and rear sole 3. Here, the insole 9 is preferably made of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA)-foaming agent.
[33] Therefore, air is smoothly flown into the shoe 1 through the ventilating portion 6 of the insole 9 formed at a position abutting against the ventilating section 5 formed between the front and rear soles 2 and 3, and propagation of bacteria inside the shoe 1 is restrained by means of the antibacterial mesh fabric member 9 adhered on the insole 9, thereby improving a sanitary condition of the shoe 1.
[34] Meanwhile, FlG. 9 is a perspective view showing an insole of an air permeable shoe according to another embodiment of the present invention. The front and rear portions 12 and 13 of the insole 9 have embossed patterns 11 formed thereon by predetermined intervals, respectively. Thus, the air permeable shoe 1 according to the invention allows a wearer to have an acupressure effect during a walk by means of the embossed patterns 11 formed on the upper surface of the insole 9, thereby reducing fatigue of his or her feet.
[35] Further, FlG. 10 is a rear view of the insole of the air permeable shoe according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. The insole 9 of the air permeable shoe 1 according to the invention is formed such that a height h2 of an outer side (B) of the insole 9 is slightly higher than a height hi of an inner side (A) of the insole 9. In other words, the outer sides (B) of insoles 9 of a pair of right and left air permeable shoes 1 have a slightly higher height than the inner sides (A) thereof so that a wearer can walk with his or her both knees pointing inwardly, thereby correcting a walking habit of a wearer walking with his or her both knees pointing outwardly. At this time, a difference between the heights hi and h2 of the insole 9 can be properly adjusted in response to request or necessity of consumers.
[36] Accordingly, in accordance with a process of air circulation passage of the air permeable shoe according to the invention, the air permeable shoe 1 is constructed such that air is smoothly flown in from the outside through the plurality of vent holes 4 formed on the ventilating section 5 and the ventilating mesh formed on the ventilating portion 6 of the insole 9 at the time of walk, since the ventilating section 5 is formed between the front and rear soles 2 and 3 bonded to the bottom surface of the shoe. Mode for the Invention
[37] In order to accomplish the above objects, according to the features of the present invention, there is provided an air permeable shoe capable of allowing air to be flown into the inside of the shoe, which comprises a sole divided into a front sole 2, a rear sole 3, and a ventilating section 5 formed on the bottom surface of the shoe between the front and rear soles 2 and 3 and having a plurality of vent holes 4 formed thereon by predetermined intervals.
[38] The air permeable shoe according to a preferred embodiment of the invention further comprises a pair of snap buttons 7 of a concave type mounted to the left and right side surfaces of an upper of the shoe, which is adhered on the upper portion of the ventilating section 5, respectively; and a waterproof plate 8 including a pair of snap buttons 7 of a convex type mounted to both end portions thereof, respectively, so that the respective pair of snap buttons 7 are fastened to corresponding pair of snap buttons 7 of a concave type.
[39] According to the air permeable shoe of the invention, the ventilating section 5 is preferably made of a material such as natural leather or synthetic leather, whose outer surface is not easily damaged.
[40] The air permeable shoe according to a preferred embodiment of the invention further comprises an insole 9 mounted on the inner bottom of the shoe 1, which includes a front portion 12, a rear portion 13 and a ventilating portion 6 formed between the front and rear portions 12 and 13 and having a ventilating mesh. Further, an antibacterial mesh fabric member 10 is adhered on the insole 9.
[41] According to the air permeable shoe of the invention, the ventilating portion 6 of the insole 9, which has the ventilating mesh formed thereon, is formed in such a manner as to be placed at a position abutting against the ventilating section 5 formed between the front sole 2 and rear sole 3.
[42] According to the air permeable shoe of the invention, the front and rear portions 12 and 13 of the insole 9 have embossed patterns 11 formed thereon by predetermined intervals, respectively.
[43] According to the air permeable shoe of the invention, the insole 9 is constructed such that a height h2 of an outer side(B) of the insole 9 is slightly higher than a height hi of an inner side(A) of the insole 9.
Industrial Applicability
[44] As described above, according to the air permeable shoe, a sole of the shoe is divided into the front and rear soles, and a ventilating section having a plurality of vent holes formed thereon is formed between the front and rear soles in such a manner as to be spaced apart from the ground by a predetermined distance, so that the shoe can have its light weight as well as have a structure to allow air to be smoothly flown in through the ventilating section. Also, the ventilating section having vent holes formed thereon is interrupted by the waterproof plate having snap buttons mounted thereto, so that water can be prevented from being introduced into the shoe even in a rainy day.
[45] Further, according to the air permeable shoe, a height of the outer side (B) of the insole is slightly higher than that of the inner side (A) thereof, so that a wearer can walk with his or her both knees pointing inwardly, thereby correcting a walking habit
of a wearer walking with his or her both knees pointing outwardly, as well as an antibacterial mesh fabric member is adhered on an insole, so that propagating power of bacteria inside the shoe can be restrained, thereby improving a sanitary condition of the shoe.
[46] While the present invention has been described with reference to the particular illustrative embodiments, it is not to be restricted by the embodiments but only by the appended claims. It is to be appreciated that those skilled in the art can change or modify the embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the present invention.
