Abstract
L'invention concerne une composition de pigmenation, une pièce de couleur obtenue à partir de la composition et son procédé de préparation. Ladite composition comprend en poids entre 995-1005 parties d'un liant de formation de film; entre 2,85-3,05 parties de PY42 dont la teneur en pigment est de 60 %; entre 0,34-0,36 parties de PR101 dont la teneur en pigment est de 65 %; et 0,04 parties de PBK7 dont la teneur en pigment est de 9 %. La plupart des composants de formation de film sont constitués d'un copolymère acrylique et de TiO2, la teneur en copolymère acrylique étant comprise entre 30 et 40 % et celle de TiO2 entre 8 et 12 %. Le TiO2 utilisé comme pigment blanc est de type ISO 591 R2 et son degré de pureté = 95 %, son absorption d'huile < 20 g/100 g, le nombre de Reynold en rapport à sa puissance lumineuse étant de 1800. Le rapport de contraste du liant de formation de film est compris entre 0,78 et 0,82, et la viscosité Stormer est comprise entre 90 et 100 KU. Lorsque l'angle d'incidence est de 85°, la brillance est de 5 à 10°. La résistance aux intempéries et la stabilité de la composition de cette invention sont élevées et sa reproducibilité est bonne. La matière et le procédé utilisés satisfont aux exigences et aux normes de protection de l'environnement en raison d'une faible teneur en composés organiques volatils ou de leur absence. Par rapport à la valeur habituelle du modèle théorique selon le 'système de couleur chinois', l'abberation chromatique de la pièce de couleur obtenue est très insignifiante et le degré de précision de couleur est excellent, ce qui augmente la précision et en améliore l'utilisation.
