Description

该方案详见 2004年 6月出版的公开文献《3GPP 23801-100》第 6版( 3rd Generat ion Par tnership Project; Techni ca l Specif i ca t i on Group Servi ces and Sys tem Aspect s; Potent ial Mechani sms for CS Doma in Video and Voice Service Improvement s (Re lease 6) ) 的第五章节。
当主叫的第一终端发起多媒体呼叫后, 如果被叫的第二终端不支持或 不能接受多媒体呼叫, 则网络侧设备指示第一终端释放该多媒体呼叫, 并 向第一和第二终端分别发起语音呼叫;
