Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Ionomerpartikel mit einem inneren Bereich und einem äußeren Bereich, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der äußere Bereich eine oxidische Matrix mit Kationen aufweist, deren Auswahl den folgenden Bedingungen gehorcht: es dürfen nur zwei verschiedene Arten von Kationen vorhanden sein, die zu einer der nachfolgenden Gruppen (a) bis (d) gehören, diese beiden Kationen-Arten müssen aus zwei verschiedenen der nachfolgenden Gruppen (a) bis (d) ausgewählt werden: (a) Ionen der Elemente der zweiten Hauptgruppe sowie zweiwertige Ionen der Übergangselemente und der Lanthaniden (b) Ionen der Elemente der dritten Hauptgruppe mit Ausnahme von Bor sowie dreiwertige Ionen der Übergangselemente und der Lanthaniden (c) Ionen der Elemente der vierten Hauptgruppe mit Ausnahme von Kohlenstoff sowie vierwertige Ionen der Übergangselemente und der Lanthaniden (d) Ionen der Elemente der fünften Hauptgruppe, ausgewählt unter Ionen von Antimon und Wismut sowie fünfwertigen Ionen der Übergangselemente. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner Verfahren zur Herstellung dieser Ionomerpartikel, Kits zur Herstellung von medizinisch oder zahnmedizinisch einsetzbaren Zementen, die erfindungsgemäße lonomerpartikel und getrennt davon eine aushärtbare Polymermatrix enthalten, sowie daraus hergestellte Zemente und Verwendungen der lonomerpartikel und Kits.
