步骤 106: H-SLP判断 SUPL开始消息包含的位置标 "i只对应的目标 SET位置信息是否满足 QoP要求, 若是, 执行步骤 110; 否则, 执行步 骤 107。 若 H-SLP 包括: H-SLC和 H-SPC, 则该步骤中的 H-SLP具体指 H-SLC。
步骤 107: H-SLP向目标 SET返回 SUPL响应 ( Response ) 消息。 SUPL响应消息包含对话标识, 但不包含 H-SLP地址, 以指示目标 SET不能再建立新的连接。
SUPL响应消息还包含 H-SLP支持的定位方法,该定位方法是 H-SLP 根据 SUPL开始消息包舍的定位方法确定的。
若 H-SLP包括: H-SLC和 H-SPC,则该步驟中向目标 SET返回 SUPL 响应消息的具体指 H-SLC,且 SUPL响应消息包含的 H-SLP支持的定位 方法具体指 H-SPC 支持的定位方法, 且 SUPL 响应消息进一步携带 H-SPC地址信息。
步骤 108: 目标 SET收到 SUPL响应消息后, 给 H-SLP发送 SUPL 定位初始化(POS INIT ) 消息。
SUPL定位初始化消息至少包含对话标识、 位置标识和 SET能力。 SET能力包括: 目标 SET支持的定位方法, 如: SET辅助的 A-GPS定 位方法、基于 SET的 A-GPS定位方法等;以及相关定位协议,如: R LP、 RRC协议、 TIA-801协议等。
目标 SET 可能会提供与当前所用无线技术相关的网络测量报告 ( NMR, Network Measurement Report )参数,如:对于 GSM网络, NMR 参数是时间提前量 (TA, Time Advance )、 接收信号强度(RXLEV, Received signal LEVel )。
若目标 SET和 H-SLP都支持, 目标 SET可能还会提供自身的位置 信息。该位置信息是目标 SET保存的曽经计算出或获取到的自身位置信 息, 目标 SET可能会向 H-SLP提供该位置信息, H-SLP收到后可把该 位置信息作为参考位置信息, 也可以不理会该位置信息。 目标 SET还可能在 SUPL定位初始化消息中包舍 SUPL定位( POS ) 过程中 SET和 H-SLP交互的第一条参数, 目标 SET也可能在 SUPL定 位初始化消息中设置自身所需辅助数据 ( Requested Assistance Data )参 数, 该参数指明了 SET在 SUPL定位过程中需要的辅助数据。
若 H-SLP 包括: H-SLC和 H-SPC, 则该步骤中的 H-SLP具体指 H-SPC。
步骤 109: H-SLP收到 SUPL定位初始化消息, 根据该消息包含的 目标 SET支持的定位方法, 确定最终采用的定位方法, 并开始 SUPL定 位过程, 定位完毕, 得到目标 SET位置信息。
H-SLP最终确定的定位方法是 H-SLP和目标 SET都支持的。
在 SUPL定位过程中,目标 SET和 H-SLP之间可能会连续交换一些 中间定位过程信息。 可由 H-SLP根据目标 SET发送的位置测量信息计 算出目标 SET的位置信息如: SET辅助的 A-GPS定位,也可由目标 SET 根据 H-SLP提供的辅助数据计算出自身位置信息如:基于 SET的 A-GPS 定位。
若 H-SLP 包括: H-SLC和 H-SPC, 则该步骤中的 H-SLP具体指 H-SPC。
步骤 110: H-SLP向目标 SET发送 SUPL结束消息,以通知目标 SET 定位会话已完成。
若 H-SLP需要给目标 SET返回自身保存的、 以前定位过程中得到 的目标 SET的位置信息,或返回根据 SUPL开始消息携带的位置标识得 到的目标 SET的位置信息,则就将该位置信息携带在 SUPL结束消息中; 若进行了 SUPL定位过程,则 H-SLP就根据采用的定位方法和定位协议, 确定是否将目标 SET的位置信息加入 SUPL结束消息。 H-SLP在发送 SUPL结束消息的同时, 释放安全 IP连接并释放所有与本次会话相关的 资源。 目标 SET收到 SUPL结束消息后, 也会释放所有与本次会话相关 的资源。
若 H-SLP 包括: H-SLC和 H-SPC, 则该步骤中的 H-SLP具体指 H-SPC。
图 1给出的是 SET始发的基于 H-SLP定位的 SUPL的消息流程时序 图, 在目标 SET进行了漫游的情况下, 也可由目标 SET漫游后所在的 访问 SLP ( V-SLP, Visitor-SLP )和目标 SET共同实现 SUPL定位过程, 图 2给出了目标 SET进行了漫游后 SET始发的基于 V-SLP定位的 SUPL 的消息流程时序图, 如图 2所示, 其具体步骤如下:
步骤 201与步驟 101相同。
步骤 202: H-SLP判断自身保存的、以前定位过程中得到的目标 SET 位置信息是否满足 QoP要求,若是,执行步骤 212;否则,执行步骤 203。
步骤 203: H-SLP检测到目标 SET进行了漫游。
步骤 204: H-SLP将携带 SUPL开始消息包含的位置标识的 SSRLIR 消息发送给目标 SET漫游后所在的 V-SLP,以通知 V-SLP将该位置标识 转换成要求的位置信息如: 经纬度信息等。
具体地, SSRLIR消息会携带 SUPL开始消息包含的全部内容。 步骤 205: V-SLP判断 SUPL开始消息包含的位置标识对应的目标 SET位置信息是否满足 QoP要求, 若是, 通过 SSRLIA消息将 SUPL结 束信息返回给 H-SLP, 然后执行步驟 212; 否则, 执行步骤 206。
SUPL结束信息包含目标 SET位置信息。
V-SLP收到 SSRLIR消息后, 还会判断自身是否支持此定位等。 步骤 206: V-SLP通过 SSRLIA消息将 SUPL响应信息返回给 H-SLP。
SUPL响应信息至少包含了对话标识、 V-SLP支持的定位方法参数, 该定位方法是 V-SLP根据 SSRLIR消息中包含的 SUPL开始消息中携带 的定位方法确定的。
步骤 207: H-SLP收到 SSRLIA消息后, 给目标 SET返回 SUPL响 应 ( Response ) 消息。
SUPL响应消息包含对话标识、 V-SLP支持的定位方法等。
步骤 208: 目标 SET收到 SUPL响应消息后, 给 H-SLP发送 SUPL 定位初始化(POS INIT ) 消息。
SUPL定位初始化消息至少包含对话标识、 位置标识和 SET能力。 SET能力包括: 目标 SET支持的定位方法等。
步骤 209: H-SLP收到 SUPL定位初始化消息后,将该 SUPL定位初始 化消息转发给 V-SLP。
步骤 210: V-SLP收到该 SUPL定位初始化消息后, 根据该 SUPL 定位初始化消息包含的目标 SET支持的定位方法,确定最终采用的定位 方法,并开始 SUPL定位过程,定位过程完毕,得到目标 SET位置信息。
V-SLP最终确定的定位方法是 V-SLP和目标 SET都支持的。
在 SUPL定位过程中, 目标 SET和 V-SLP之间可能会连续交换一些 中间定位过程信息, 这些中间定位过程信息要经过 H-SLP的转发。 可由 V-SLP根据目标 SET发送的位置测量信息计算出目标 SET的位置信息 如: SET辅助的 A-GPS定位, 也可由目标 SET根据 V-SLP提供的辅助 数据计算出自身位置信息如: 基于 SET的 A-GPS定位。
步骤 211 : V-SLP向 H-SLP发送目标 SET位置信息, 同时 V-SLP释 放自身资源。
步骤 212与步骤 110相同。
在实际应用中, V-SLP可包括: V-SLC和 V-SPC,其中,在目标 SET 进行了漫游后, 具体地可由 V-SPC和目标 SET共同实现 SUPL定位过 程, 图 3给出了目标 SET进行了漫游后 SET始发的基于 V-SPC定位的 SUPL的消息流程时序图, 如图 3所示, 其具体步 如下: 步骤 301与步驟 101相同。
步驟 302: H-SLP判断自身保存的、以前定位过程中得到的目标 SET 位置信息是否满足 QoP要求, 若是, H-SLP向目标 SET发送携带目标 SE丁位置信息的 SUPL结束消息, 本流程结束; 否则, 执行步骤 303。
步骤 303: H-SLP检测到目标 SET进行了漫游。
步骤 304: H-SLP将携带 SUPL开始消息包含的位置标识的 SSRLIR 消息发送给目标 SET漫游后所在的 V-SLP中的 V-SLC, 以通知 V-SLC 将该位置标识转换成要求的位置信息如: 经纬度信息等。
具体地, SSRLIR消息会携带 SUPL开始消息包含的全部内容。 步骤 305: V-SLC判断 SUPL开始消息包含的位置标识对应的目标 SET位置信息是否满足 QoP要求, 若是, 通过 SSRLIA消息将 SUPL结 束信息返回给 H-SLP, 并执行步骤 311; 否则, 执行步骤 306。
V-SLP收到 SSRLIR消息后, 还会判断自身是否支持此定位等。 步骤 306: V-SLC通过 SSRLIA消息将 SUPL响应信息返回给 H-SLP。
SUPL 响应信息至少包含了对话标识、 V-SPC支持的定位方法参数 和 V-SPC地址信息, 该定位方法是 V-SLC根据 SSRLIR消息中包含的 SUPL开始消息中携带的定位方法, 与 V-SPC交互后确定的。
步骤 307: H-SLP收到 SSRLIA消息后, 给目标 SET返回 SUPL响 应 ( Response ) 消息。
SUPL响应消息包含对话标识、 V-SPC支持的定位方法和 V-SPC地 址^ [言息等。
步骤 308: 目标 SET收到 SUPL响应消息后 , 向 V-SPC发送 SUPL 定位初始 消息。
步骤 309: V-SPC收到 SUPL定位初始化消息后, 根据该消息包含 的目标 SET支持的定位方法, 确定最终采用的定位方法, 并开始 SUPL 定位过程, 定位过程完毕, 得到目标 SET位置信息。
V-SPC最终确定的定位方法是 V-SPC和目标 SET都支持的。

步骤 310: SUPL定位过程完毕, V-SPC通过 V-SLC向 H-SLP发送 目标 SET位置信息。
步骤 311: 与步骤 110类似, 只是将步骤 110 中的 "H-SLP"替换为 "V-SPC"即可。
上述图 1〜3给出的是 SET始发的 SUPL流程, 以下给出网络始发的 SUPL流程。
图 4是一个典型的网络始发的基于 H-SLP定位的 SUPL的消息流程 时序图, 如图 4所示, 其主要包括以下步骤:
步骤 401: 网络侧与目标 SET归属的 H-SLP相关联的 SUPL代理向 H-SLP发送移动定位¼、议 ( MLP, Mobile Location Protocol )立即定位请 求 ( SLIR, Standard Location Immediate Request ) 消息, 该 MLP SLIR 消息携带发起方客户端标识(Client-ID )和目标 SET标识( MS-ID )。
本文所述客户端包括: SET、 服务提供商 (SP, Service Provider ) 等实体。
若 H-SLP 包括: H-SLC和 H-SPC, 则该步骤中的 H-SLP具体指 H-SLC。
步骤 402: H-SLP收到 MLP SLIR消息后, 判断自身保存的、 在以 前的定位过程中得到的目标 SET的位置信息是否满足 QoP要求, 若是, 执行步骤 403; 否则, 执行步骤 408。
这里, H-SLP收到 MLP SLIR消息后, 要对 SUPL代理进行鉴权, 并根据发起方客户端标识检查 SUPL代理是否有权使用其请求的服务, 且基于目标 SET标识, H-SLP还要对发起方客户端进行隐私鉴权。
若 H-SLP 包括: H-SLC和 H-SPC, 则该步骤中的 H-SLP具体指 H-SLC。
步骤 403: H-SLP判断目标 SET的隐私信息中是否包含要求目标 SET 对自身的定位过程进行通知和 /或确认的信息, 若是, 执行步驟 404; 否 则, 执行步驟 417。
目标 SET的隐私信息保存在隐私检查实体( PCE, Privacy Checking Entity ) 中, H-SLP需要首先向 PCE获取到目标 SET的隐私信息, 然后 在该隐私信息中查找要求目标 SET对自身的定位过程进行通知和 /或硝 认的信息。
若 H-SLP 包括: H-SLC和 H-SPC, 则该步骤中的 H-SLP具体指
H-S1 。
步骤 404: H-SLP检测目标 SET是否进行了漫游。
这里, H-SLP可能还要判断目标 SET是否支持 SUPL协议, 若是, 执行步骤 405; 否则, 直接给 SUPL代理返回携带定位失败信息的 MLP 立即定位响应 ( SLIA, Standard Location Immediate Answer )消息, 本流 程结束。
若 H-SLP 包括: H-SLC和 H- SPC, 则该步骤中的 H-SLP具体指 步骤 405: H-SLP向目标 SET发送 SUPL初始化消息, 该消息携带 通知( Notification )参数和值为"无需定位 ( no position ) "的定位方法参 数, 通知参数用于指定目标 SET返回确认结果的方式。
SUPL初始化消息包括对话标识, 还可能包括 QoP、 H-SLP的地址 信息、 密钥标识( Key ID )和消息鉴别码( MAC, Message Authentication Code )。
基于安全, 在 H-SLP发送 SUPL初始化消息前, 要根据 SUPL协议 规定的算法,计算该 SUPL初始化消息的哈希值(Hash ),然后将该 Hash 放入 SUPL初始化消息的验证字段参数中发送给目标 SET; 目标 SET在 收到 SUPL初始化消息后,同样根据 SUPL协议规定的算法,计算该 SUPL 初始化消息的 Hash, 然后将该 Hash与 H-SLP发送来的 Hash进行匹配, 若匹配成功, 就接受 H-SLP发送的 SUPL初始化消息; 若匹配失败, 则 忽略 H-SLP发送的 SUPL初始化消息, H-SLP在等待 SUPL初始化消息 响应超时后, 向 SUPL代理发送携带定位失败参数的 MLP SLIA消息。
SUPL初始化消息可由无线应用协议推送(WAP PUSH )方式承载, 也可由短消息业务( SMS, Short Message Service ) 方式承载。
若 H-SLP 包括: H-SLC和 H-SPC, 则该步骤中的 H-SLP具体指
H-SLC。
步骤 406: 目标 SET收到 SUPL初始化消息后, 居该消息携带的 通知参数, 向 H-SLP发送 SUPL结束消息。
若通知参数要求目标 SET对定位过程进行确认, 那么, SUPL结束 消息需要携带确认结果: 访问允许或访问拒绝。
若 SUPL初始化消息携带密钥标识和 MAC, 则目标 SET可根据该 密钥标识和 MAC判断 SUPL初始化消息是否可信,若可信,则对该 SUPL 初始化消息进行处理;若不可信,则不理会该 SUPL初始化消息, H-SLP 在等待响应消息超时后, 给 SUPL代理返回携带定位失败参数的 MLP SLIA消息, 本流程结束。 π 若目标 SET在收到 SUPL初始化消息时, 还没有绑定在分组数据网 上, 则目标 SET将把自身绑定到分组数据网上; 或者建立一个电路交换 数据连接, 以通过该连接将自身绑定到分组数据网上。
一般, 目标 SET可使用由自身归属网络提供的 H-SLP的地址, 与 H-SLP建立安全 IP连接,也可以使用 SUPL初始化消息中携带的 H-SLP 地址,与 H-SLP建立安全 IP连接;若 SUPL初始化消息中没有携带 H-SLP 地址, 则目标 SET使用自身配置的 H-SLP的默认地址, 与 H-SLP建立 安全 IP连接。
若 H-SLP 包括: H-SLC和 H-SPC, 则该步骤中的 H-SLP具体指 H-S :。
步骤 407: H-SLP收到 SUPL结束消息, 判断该 SUPL结束消息是 否携带访问拒绝参数, 若是, 向 SUPL 代理发送携带定位失败参数的 MLP SLIA消息, 本流程结束; 否则, 向 SUPL代理发送携带目标 SET 位置信息的 MLP SLIA消息, 本流程结束。
若 H-SLP 包括: H-SLC和 H-SPC, 则该步驟中的 H-SLP具体指
H-S 。
步骤 408: H-SLP检测目标 SET当前是否进行了漫游, 并保存该检 测结果。
这里, H-SLP可能还要判断目标 SET是否支持 SUPL协议, 若是, 执行步骤 409; 否则, 直接给 SUPL代理返回携带定位失败参数的 MLP SLIA消息, 本流程结束。
若 H-SLP 包括: H-SLC和 H-SPC, 则该步骤中的 H-SLP具体指 H-SI ;。
步骤 409: H-SLP向目标 SET发送 SUPL初始化消息, 该 SUPL初 始化消息携带发起方客户端标识。 SUPL初始化消息包括对话标识和定位方法参数,还可能包括 QoP, H-SLP的地址信息, 密钥标识和 MAC。
若目标 SET的隐私信息中包含要求目标 SET对自身的定位过程进 行通知和 /或确认的信息, 则 SUPL初始化消息还需携带通知参数, 该通 知参数用于指定目标 SET返回确认结果的方式。
若 H-SLP包括: H-SLC和 H-SPC,则该步骤中向目标 SET发送 SUPL 初始化消息的具体指 H-SLC,且 SUPL初始化消息包括的 H-SLP的地址 信息具体指 H-SPC的地址信息。
步驟 410: 目标 SET收到 SUPL初始化消息后, 判断该 SUPL初始 化消息是否携带通知参数, 若是, 执行步骤 411; 否则, 执行步驟 413。
步骤 411 : 目标 SET根据 SUPL初始化消息携带的发起方客户端标 识, 判断是否允许对自身进行定位, 若是, 执行步骤 413; 否则, 执行 步骤 412。
步骤 412: 目标 SET给 H-SLP返回携带拒绝定位信息的 SUPL结束 消息, H-SLP收到该 SUPL结束消息后, 给 SUPL代理返回携带定位失 败参数的 MLP SLIA消息, 本流程结束。
若 H-SLP 包括: H-SLC和 H-SPC, 则该步骤中的 H-SLP具体指 H-SLC。
步骤 413: 目标 SET向 H-SLP发送 SUPL定位初始化消息。
本步骤中的 SUPL定位初始化消息与图 1所示步骤 108中的 SUPL 定位初始化消息相同。

步骤 414: H-SLP收到 SUPL定位初始化消息, 判断 SUPL定位初 始化消息包含的位置标识对应的目标 SET位置信息是否满足 QoP要求, 若是, 执行步骤 416; 否则, 执行步骤 415。
若目标 SET进行了漫游,那么 H-SLP在收到 SUPL定位初始化消息 后, 需要先将 SUPL定位初始化消息包含的位置标识通过标准 SUPL漫 游定位 ( SSRP, Standard SUPL Roaming Position ) 消息发送给 V-SLP, 由 V-SLP将该位置标识转换成要求的目标 SET位置信息后通过 SSRP消 息返回给目标 SET; 若目标 SET未进行漫游, 则由 H-SLP 自身将该位 置标识转换成目标 SET位置信息。
若 H-SLP 包括: H-SLC和 H-SPC, 则该步驟中的 H-SLP具体指 H-SPC; 若 V-SLP包括: V-SLC和 V-SPC, 则该步驟中的 V-SLP具体指 V-SLC。
步骤 415: H-SLP根据 SUPL定位初始化消息包含的目标 SET支持 的定位方法, 确定最终采用的定位方法, 并开始 SUPL定位过程, 定位 过程完毕, 得到目标 SET的位置信息。
若 H-SLP 包括: H-SLC和 H-SPC, 则该步驟中的 H-SLP具体指 H-SPC。
可看出, 本步骤与图 1所示的步骤 109相同。
步驟 416: H-SLP向目标 SET发送 SUPL结束消息。
若 SUPL定位初始化消息中携带的位置标识对应的目标 SET位置信 息满足 QoP要求, 则 H-SLP在 SUPL结束消息中携带该目标 SET的位 置信息。若 H-SLP进行了 SUPL定位过程,则 H-SLP根据 SUPL定位过 程中采用的定位方法和定位协议,确定是否将目标 SET的位置信息加入 SUPL结束消息。 目标 SET收到 SUPL结束消息后, 幹放所有与本次会 话相关的资源。
若 H-SLP 包括: H-SLC和 H-SPC, 则该步骤中的 H-SLP具体指 H-SPC。 步骤 417: H-SLP向 SUPL代理发送 MLP SLIA消息, 该消息携带 目标 SET的位置信息。
MLP SLIA消息携带的目标 SET位置信息是 H-SLP先前计算得到的 目标 SET的位置信息,或者 SUPL定位初始化消息中携带的位置标识对 应的目标 SET位置信息, 或者 SUPL定位过程中得到的目标 SET的位 置信息。
H-SLP发送 MLP SLIA消息的同时, 释放所有与本次会话相关的资 源。
若 H-SLP 包括: H-SLC和 H-SPC, 则该步骤中的 H-SLP具体指 H-SPC。
图 4给出的是网络始发的基于 H-SLP定位的 SUPL的消息流程时序 图, 与 SET始发的 SUPL流程相同, 在目标 SET进行了漫游的情况下, 也可由目标 SET漫游后所在的 V-SLP和目标 SET共同实现网络始发的 SUPL定位过程, 图 5给出了目标 SET进行了漫游后网络始发的基于 V-SLP定位的 SUPL的消息流程时序图, 如图 5所示, 其具体步骤如下: 步骤 501与步骤 401相同。
步骤 502: 与步骤 402类似, 只是将步骤 402中的"若是, 执行步骤 403; 否则, 执行步骤 408"替换为"若是, 执行步骤 503; 否则, 执行步 骤 508"即可。

步驟 515: 与步骤 415类似, 只是将步骤 415 中的 "H-SLP"替换为 "V-SLP", 同时, 在 V-SLP得到目标 SET位置信息后, V-SLP向 H-SLP 发送目标 SET位置信息, 同时 V-SLP幹放自身资源。
在 SUPL定位过程中, 目标 SET和 V-SLP之间可能会连续交换一些 中间定位过程信息, 这些中间定位过程信息要经过 H-SLP的转发。

由以上可以看出, 无论是 SET始发的 SUPL过程还是网络始发的 SUPL过程,被定位的目标 SET位置信息只有发起定位请求的 SET或发 起方客户端才能够获得, 当然, 在 SET允许的情况下, SLP如: H-SLP、 V-SLP等也可以获得。 但是, 随着通信技术的发展, 位置业务的应用要 求越来越丰富了。 在某些定位过程中, 除了发起定位请求的 SET或发起 方客户端外, 可能还希望第三方客户端能够获取被定位 SET 的位置信 息, 例如: SET1可发起紧急定位请求, SET2是 SET1的监护人, 在紧 急情况下, SET1启动紧急定位功能, 向 H-SLP发起自定位请求, 定位 成功后需要将 SET1的当前位置信息通知到 SET2。 更具体地, 例如: 在 追捕逃犯时, 警察局的某个移动终端作为发起方客户端通过 SUPL代理 向 H-SLP发起对逃犯的定位请求, H-SLP在得到逃犯的位置信息后, 不 仅需要通知发起方客户端, 也需要通知其它所有跟本次追捕行动相关的 警察的客户端。 目前的 SUPL协议还没有与此相关的规定。 发明内容
本发明提供 SUPL方法和系统, 以满足 SUPL流程中需要将定位结 果通知第三方客户端的需求, 进一步扩大 SUPL协议的应用范围。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种基于安全的用户平面移动定位方法, 该方法包括:
A、 目标 SET归属的 H-SLP接收 SUPL代理发送来的对目标 SET 的定位请求消息, 之后对目标 SET进行定位, 得到目标 SET位置信息;
B、 H-SLP根据获取到的第三方客户端信息, 向第三方客户端发送 携带目标 SET位置信息的位置通知消息。
步驟 A所述定位请求消息中携带第三方客户端信息 ,
步骤 B所述第三方客户端信息通过以下步骤获取到: H-SLP从接收 到的所述定位请求消息中获取。
所述方法进一步包括: 目标 SET和 /或步骤 A所述定位请求消息的 发起方客户端在自身归属的 H-SLP进行注册时, 登记第三方客户端信 息, 且 H-SLP将第三方客户端信息对应保存在目标 SET和 /或所述发起 方客户端的注册信息中,
步驟 B所述第三方客户端信息通过以下步驟获取到: H-SLP从自身 保存的目标 SET和 /或所述发起方客户端的注册信息中获取。
所述方法进一步包括: 目标 SET和 /或步骤 A所述定位请求消息的 发起方客户端在登记位置业务时, 向隐私检查实体 ( PCE )上报第三方 客户端信息, 且 PCE将第三方客户端信息对应保存在目标 SET和 /或所 述发起方客户端的隐私信息中, 步骤 B所述第三方客户端信息通过以下步骤获取到: H-SLP向 PCE 获取目标 SET和 /或所述发起方客户端的隐私信息, 并在获取到的目标 SET和 /或所述发起方客户端的隐私信息中查找到目标 SET和 /或所述发 起方客户端对应的第三方客户端信息。
步骤 A所述定位请求消息中携带定位业务类型信息;
所述方法进一步包括: H-SLP预先保存定位业务类型信息与第三方 客户端信息的对应关系;
步骤 B所述第三方客户端信息通过以下步骤获取到: H-SLP根据定 位请求消息携带的定位业务类型信息在自身保存的所述对应关系中查 找到第三方客户端信息。
所述第三方客户端信息包括需要目标 SET进 4亍通知确认的信息, 步骤 B所述 H-SLP向第三方客户端发送位置通知消息之前进一步包 括:
H-SLP检测到第三方客户端信息包括需要目标 SET进行通知确认的 信息, 向目标 SET发送携带第三方客户端标识的通知确认请求消息, 之 后收到目标 SET返回的携带允许通知的第三方客户端标识的通知确认 响应消息;
且步骤 B所述 H-SLP向第三方客户端发送位置通知消息为: H-SLP 向所述目标 SET返回的允许通知的第三方客户端标识对应的第三方客 户端发送。
步骤 B所述 H-SLP发送位置通知消息的同时进一步包括: H-SLP 发送鉴权信息给第三方客户端,
且,所述第三方客户端收到该鉴权信息后,对该鉴权信息进行验证, 若验证通过, 则接受该位置通知消息; 若验证未通过, 则拒绝该位置通 知消息。 所述步驟 B之后进一步包括: H-SLP没收到该第三方客户端返回的 位置通知响应消息, 然后重复给该笫三方客户端发送位置通知消息。
所述步骤 B之后, 进一步包括:
第三方客户端收到位置通知消息后, 检测到当前自身未绑定到分组 数据网上, 则直接将自身绑定到分组数据网上; 或者, 先建立电路交换 数据连接, 然后通过该连接将自己绑定到分组数据网上。
步骤 B所述位置通知消息通过无线应用协议推送方式发送, 或通过 短消息业务方式发送。
所述第三方客户端的个数为至少一个。
步骤 A所述定位请求消息携带要求返回位置通知结果的信息; 步骤 B所述位置通知消息携带要求返回位置通知响应的信息; 所述步骤 B之后进一步包括: H-SLP根据笫三方客户端返回的位置通知 响应消息, 向 SUPL代理返回位置通知结果信息。
步骤 A所述定位请求消息携带目标 SET位置标识, 且步驟 A所述 对目标 SET进行定位具体包括:
Al l , H-SLP判断自身保存的、 以前定位过程中得到的目标 SET位 置信息是否满足 QoP要求, 若是, 将该位置信息作为目标 SET位置信 息; 否则, 执行步骤 A12;
A12、 H-SLP判断目标 SET位置标识对应的目标 SET位置信息是否 满足 QoP要求, 若是, 将该位置信息作为目标 SET位置信息; 否则, 执行步骤 A13;
A13、 H-SLP给目标 SET返回 SUPL响应消息, 目标 SET »]t到该 SUPL响应消息后给 H-SLP返回携带定位方法的 SUPL定位初始化消息, H-SLP收到该 SUPL定位初始化消息后, 根据该 SUPL定位初始化消息 携带的定位方法, 确定最终采用的定位方法, 然后开始对目标 SET进行 SUPL定位, 得到目标 SET位置信息。

A22、 H-SLP将目标 SET位置标识发送至目标 SET漫游后所在的 V-SLP, V-SLP判断该目标 SET位置标识对应的目标 SET位置信息是否 满足 QoP要求, 若是, 将该位置信息作为目标 SET位置信息, 并将该 位置信息返回给 H-SLP; 否则, 执行步骤 A23;
A23、 V-SLP通过 H-SLP给目标 SET返回 SUPL响应消息, 目标 SET收到该 SUPL响应消息后通过 H-SLP向 V-SLP发送携带定位方法的 SUPL定位初始化消息, V-SLP收到该 SUPL定位初始化消息后, 根据 该 SUPL定位初始化消息携带的定位方法, 确定最终采用的定位方法, 然后开始对目标 SET进行 SUPL定位, 得到目标 SET位置信息, 并将 该目标 SET位置信息发送给 H-SLP。

A32、 H-SLP将目标 SET位置标识发送至目标 SET漫游后所在的 V-SLP中的访问 SUPL定位中心 SLC, 访问 SLC判断该目标 SET位置 标识对应的目标 SET位置信息是否满足 QoP要求, 若是, 将该位置信 息作为目标 SET位置信息, 并将该位置信息返回给 H-SLP; 否则, 执行 步骤 A33;
A33、 访问 SLC通过 H-SLP给目标 SET返回携带访问 SUPL位置 计算中心 SPC地址信息的 SUPL响应消息,目标 SET收到该 SUPL响应 消息后向访问 SPC发送携带定位方法的 SUPL定位初始化消息, 访问 SPC收到该 SUPL定位初始化消息后, 根据该 SUPL定位初始化消息携 带的定位方法, 确定最终采用的定位方法, 然后开始对目标 SET进行 SUPL定位, 得到目标 SET位置信息, 并将该目标 SET位置信息发送给 H-SLP。
步骤 A所述对目标 SET进行定位具体包括:
A41、 H-SLP判断自身保存的、 以前定位过程中得到的目标 SET位 置信息是否满足 QoP要求, 若是,执行步骤 A42; 否则,执行步骤 A43;
A42、 H-SLP将该位置信息作为目标 SET位置信息, 并判断是否需 要将该目标 SET位置信息发送给目标 SET进行通知和 /或确认, 若是, 将值为无需定位的定位方法参数携带在 SUPL初始化消息中, 并执行步 骤 A43; 否则, 直接执行步骤 B;
A43、 H-SLP向目标 SET发送 SUPL初始化消息, 目标 SET收到 SUPL初始化消息后, 判断该 SUPL初始化消息是否包含值为无需定位 的定位方法参数, 若是, 给 H-SLP返回 SUPL结束消息, 然后执行步骤 B; 否则, 给 H-SLP返回携带有定位方法和位置标识的 SUPL定位初始 化消息;
A44、 H-SLP收到 SUPL定位初始化消息后, 判断该 SUPL定位初 始化消息携带的位置标识对应的目标 SET位置信息是否满足 QoP要求, 若是, 将该位置标识对应的目标 SET位置信息作为目标 SET位置信息; 否则, 执行步骤 A45;
A45、 H-SLP根据 SUPL定位初始化消息携带的定位方法, 确定最 终采用的定位方法, 然后开始对目标 SET进行 SUPL定位。
所述步骤 A43之前进一步包括: H-SLP获取第三方客户端信息, 且 检测到第三方客户端信息包含需要目标 SET进行通知确认的信息,

A51、 H-SLP判断自身保存的、 以前定位过程中得到的目标 SET的 位置信息是否满足 QoP要求, 若是, 执行步骤 A52; 否则, 执行步骤 A53;
A52、 H-SLP将该位置信息作为目标 SET位置信息, 并判断是否需 要将将该目标 SET位置信息发送给目标 SET进行通知和 /或确认,若是, 将值为无需定位的定位方法参数携带在 SUPL初始化消息中, 并执行步 骤 A53; 否则, 直接执行步骤 B;
A53、 H-SLP向目标 SET发送 SUPL初始化消息, 目标 SET收到 SUPL初始化消息后, 判断该 SUPL初始化消息是否包含值为无需定位 的定位方法参数, 若是, 给 H-SLP返回 SUPL结束消息, 然后执行步骤 B; 否则,通过 H-SLP向目标 SET漫游后所在的 V-SLP返回携带有定位 方法和位置标识的 SUPL定位初始化消息; A54 V-SLP收到 SUPL定位初始化消息后, 判断该 SUPL定位初 始化消息携带的位置标识对应的目标 SET位置信息是否满足 QoP要求, 若是, 将该位置标识对应的目标 SET位置信息作为目标 SET位置信息, 并向 H-SLP发送该目标 SET位置信息, 然后执行步驟 B; 否则, 执行 步驟 A55;
A55、 V-SLP才艮据 SUPL定位初始化消息携带的定位方法, 确定最 终采用的定位方法, 然后开始对目标 SET进行 SUPL定位, 得到目标 SET位置信息, 并将该目标 SET位置信息发送给 H-SLP。
所述步骤 A53之前进一步包括: H-SLP获取第三方客户端信息, 且 检测到第三方客户端信息包含需要目标 SET进行通知确认的信息,
步骤 A53所述 SUPL初始化消息携带需要目标 SET进行通知确认的 第三方客户端标识, 所述 SUPL结束消息和 SUPL定位初始化消息携带 允许通知的笫三方客户端标识;

A62、 H-SLP将该位置信息作为目标 SET位置信息, 并判断是否需 要将将该目标 SET位置信息发送给目标 SET进行通知和 /或确认,若是, 将值为无需定位的定位方法参数携带在 SUPL初始化消息中, 并执行步 骤 A63; 否则, 直接执行步骤 A63; A63、 H-SLP向目标 SET发送 SUPL初始化消息, 目标 SET收到 SUPL初始化消息后, 判断该 SUPL初始化消息是否包含值为无需定位 的定位方法参数, 若是, 给 H-SLP返回 SUPL结束消息, 然后执行步骤 B; 否则, 向目标 SET漫游后所在的 V-SLP中的访问 SPC返回携带有定 位方法和位置标识的 SUPL定位初始化消息;
A64、 访问 SPC收到 SUPL定位初始化消息后, 判断该 SUPL定位 初始化消息携带的位置标识对应的目标 SET位置信息是否满足 QoP要 求, 若是, 将该位置标识对应的目标 SET位置信息作为目标 SET位置 信息, 并向 H-SLP发送该目标 SET位置信息, 然后执行步骤 B; 否贝 'J , 执行步骤 A65;
A65、 访问 SPC根据 SUPL定位初始化消息携带的定位方法, 确定 最终采用的定位方法, 然后开始对目标 SET进行 SUPL定位, 得到目标 SET位置信息, 并将该目标 SET位置信息发送给 H-SLP。

该系统进一步包括: PCE, 用于保存第三方客户端信息, 并根据 H-SLP的请求, 将第三方客户端信息发送给 H-SLP。
与现有技术相比, 本发明通过在 H-SLP收到 SUPL代理发送来的对 目标 SET的定位请求消息后, 开始对目标 SET进行定位, 定位完毕得 到目标 SET位置信息, 并根据荻取到的第三方客户端信息, 将该目标 SET位置信息发送给第三方客户端,满足了需要将目标 SET位置信息通 知第三方客户端的需求, 进一步扩大了 SUPL协议的应用范围。 附图简要说明

下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明再作进一步详细的说明。
图 7是本发明提供的 SUPL的流程图, 如图 7所示, 其具体步骤如 下:
步骤 701: 目标 SET归属的 H-SLP收到 SUPL代理发送来的对目标 SET的定位请求消息后, 对该目标 SET进行定位, 定位完毕, 得到目标 SET位置信息。
若对目标 SET的定位请求是目标 SET通过位于自身的 SUPL代理发 起的自定位请求, 则定位请求消息只携带目标 SET标识; 若对目标 SET 的定位请求是网络侧与 H-SLP相关联的 SUPL代理发起的发起方客户端 对目标 SET的定位请求, 则定位请求消息携带目标 SET标识和发起方 客户端标识。
步骤 702: H-SLP判断是否获取到第三方客户端信息, 若是, 执行 步骤 703; 否则, 本流程结束。
第三方客户端信息包括: 第三方客户端标识、 第三方客户端注册的 业务信息等。
H-SLP可通过以下途径获取到第三方客户端信息:
途径一、在对目标 SET的定位请求消息中获取到第三方客户端信息; 定位请求消息中可携带第三方客户端信息,对 SET始发的 SUPL流 程来说, 定位请求消息指的是 SUPL开始消息, 对网络始发的 SUPL流 程来说, 定位请求消息指的是 MLP SLIR消息。
途径二、 在目标 SET和 /或发起方客户端归属的 H-SLP保存的目标 SET和 /或发起方客户端的注册信息中查找到第三方客户端信息;
目标 SET和 /或发起方客户端可在向自身归属的 H-SLP进行注册时, 登记第三方客户端信息,然后 H-SLP将第三方客户端信息对应保存在目 标 SET和 /或发起方客户端的注册信息中。
途径三、 在从隐私检查实体(PCE, Privacy Checking Entity )获取 到的目标 SET和 /或发起方客户端上报的隐私信息中查找到第三方客户 端信息。
目标 SET和 /或发起方客户端在登记位置业务时, 可向 PCE上报第 三方客户端信息, 然后 PCE将第三方客户端信息对应保存在目标 SET 和 /或发起方客户端的隐私信息中。
途径四、根据 SUPL代理发来的定位请求携带的定位业务类型信息, 以及自身保存的定位业务类型信息与第三方客户端信息的对应关系获 取到第三方客户端信息。
H-SLP 预先保存定位业务类型信息与第三方客户端信息的对应关 系, 在 SUPL代理向 H-SLP发送定位请求时, 在该定位请求中携带目标 SET的定位业务类型信息, H-SLP收到该定位请求后, 根据该定位请求 携带的定位业务类型信息, 在自身保存的定位业务类型信息与第三方客 户端信息的对应关系中, 查找到第三方客户端信息。
需要指出的是, 目标 SET在向自身归属的 H- SLP或 PCE上报第三 方客户端信息时,可同时上报该第三方客户端是否需要目标 SET进行通 知确认的信息。 在网络始发的 SUPL流程中, 若 H-SLP获取的第三方客 户端信息中包括需要目标 SET进行通知确认的信息, 则 H-SLP在向该 第三方客户端发送目标 SET位置信息前, 需要先向目标 SET发送携带 该第三方客户端标识的通知确认请求消息,在收到目标 SET返回的携带 允许通知的第三方客户端标识的通知确认响应消息后, 向该允许通知的 第三方客户端标识对应的第三方客户端发送目标 SET位置信息。 具体 地, 目标 SET收到通知确认请求消息后, 可将该通知确认请求消息携带 的第三方客户端标识显示给用户, 以供用户选择允许通知的第三方客户 端标识, 待用户选定后, 将用户选定的允许通知的第三方客户端标识通 过通知确认响应消息发送给 H-SLP。
这里, 第三方客户端可能是一个, 也可能多于一个。
步骤 703: H-SLP将目标 SET位置信息发送给第三方客户端。
在实际应用中, 目标 SET位置信息可携带在位置通知消息中, 该位 置通知消息同时还携带目标 SET ID。
位置通知消息可由无线应用协议推送或 SMS触发方式承载。
基于安全, H-SLP还可在位置通知消息中携带密钥标识和 MAC, 第三方客户端收到该位置通知消息后, 对该密钥和 MAC进行验证, 若 验证通过, 则接受该位置通知消息; 若验证未通过, 则忽略该位置通知 消息。
若第三方客户端多于一个,则 H-SLP同时给它们发送位置通知消息。 第三方客户端收到位置通知消息后,可不作任何处理;也可向 H-SLP 返回位置通知响应, 表示已成功收到该位置通知消息, 同时, 第三方客 户端幹放相关资源。 具体地, SUPL代理可在定位请求消息中携带是否 要求第三方客户端返回位置通知响应的信息, H-SLP在得到目标 SET位 置信息之后、将目标 SET位置信息通过位置通知消息发送给第三方客户 端之前, 判断 SUPL代理发来的定位请求消息是否携带要求第三方客户 端返回位置通知响应信息, 若是, 在位置通知消息中同时携带要求返回 位置通知响应的信息, 第三方客户端收到位置通知消息后, 若检测到该 消息携带要求返回位置通知响应的信息,则向 H-SLP返回位置通知响应 消息。
若 H-SLP要求第三方客户端返回位置通知响应 ,基于安全,在 H-SLP 发送位置通知消息前, 要根据 SUPL协议规定的算法, 计算并保存该位 置通知消息的 Hash, 第三方客户端收到该位置通知消息后, 同样根据 SUPL 协议规定的算法, 计算得到该位置通知消息的 Hash, 然后将该 Hash携带在位置通知响应消息的验证字段参数中发送给 H-SLP, H-SLP 收到该位置通知响应消息后, 将该位置通知响应消息中的 Hash和自身 保存的 Hash进行匹配, 若匹配成功, 则接受该位置通知响应消息; 若 匹配失败, 则忽略该位置通知响应消息。
这里, H-SLP和第三方客户端之间的安全机制完全采用 SUPL协议 中规定的安全机制。 在 SUPL协议中, 按照规定算法对消息码流进行计 算, 会得到一个关于该消息的 Hash。 采用该安全机制的 SUPL实体, 发 送某个消息之前或收到某个消息之后, 根据 SUPL协议的安全机制中规 定的算法对该消息进行计算, 就可得到一个关于该消息的 Hash。
另外, H-SLP可预设一等待位置通知响应时长, 从向某第三方客户 端发送位置通知消息时刻起, 若该时长未过且没收到第三方客户端的位 置通知响应, 认为该第三方客户端没有收到位置通知消息, 则可重复给 该第三方客户端发送该位置通知消息; 若该时长已过, 但 H-SLP仍没收 到第三方客户端的位置通知响应, 那么, H-SLP会在发送给 SUPL代理 的位置通知响应消息或 SLIA 消息中标识对该第三方客户端的通知失 败。
当第三方客户端的个数大于 1时, H-SLP也可以在位置通知响应消 息或 SLIA消息中给出所有通知成功的第三方客户端标识。 若对所有第 三方客户端的通知都失败,就在位置通知响应消息或 SLIA消息中标识: 本次定位通 p失败。
在第三方客户端给 H-SLP返回位置通知响应消息时, 一般, 第三方 客户端使用自身归属网络提供的 H-SLP地址与 H-SLP建立安全 IP连接, 也可使用 SUPL通知消息携带的 H-SLP地址, 与 H-SLP建立安全 IP连 接; 若 SUPL通知消息不带有 H-SLP地址, 则使用自身配置的 H-SLP 的默认地址与 H-SLP建立安全 IP连接。 这里, 若第三方客户端需要通 过 IP链接与 H-SLP通信, 那么在收到 SUPL通知消息后, 若第三方客 户端发现自身没绑定到分组数据网上, 就直接将自身绑定到分組数据网 上; 或通过建立电路交换数据连接, 将自身绑定到分組数据网上。
H-SLP在得到目标 SET位置信息之后、可不立即向发起定位请求的 SUPL代理返回定位结束消息如: SUPL结束消息或 SLIA消息, 而在收 到第三方客户端返回的位置通知响应消息或等待位置通知响应消息超 时之后, 向发起定位请求的 SUPL代理发送携带第三方客户端是否收到 目标 SET位置信息的通知结果信息的定位结束消息; 也可在得到目标 SET位置信息之后, 立即向发起定位请求的 SUPL代理发送定位结束消 息, 并在收到第三方客户端返回的位置通知响应消息或等待位置通知响 应消息超时之后, 向发起定位请求的 SUPL代理发送携带第三方客户端 是否收到目标 SET位置信息的通知结果信息的位置通知响应消息。
图 8为本发明提供的 SET始发的基于 H-SLP定位的 SUPL的消息流 程时序图, 如图 8所示, 图 8所示流程与图 1所示流程的区别如下: 在步驟 109与步骤 110之间增加步骤 110-1和步骤 110-2, 其中: 步骤 110-1与步骤 702相同,只需将"若是,执行步骤 703"替换为 "若 是, 执行步骤 110-2"; 步骤 110-2与步據 703相同;
同时, 将步骤 102中的"若是, 执行步骤 110"替换为"若是, 执行步 骤 110-1"。
进一步地, 步骤 110中的 SUPL结束消息还可携带第三方客户端是 否接收到目标 SET位置信息的通知结果信息。
若 H-SLP包括: H-SLC和 H-SPC,则步骤 110-1和 110-2中的 H-SLP 具体指 H-SLC, 且步骤 109中进一步包括: H-SPC将目标 SET位置信 息通知 H-SLC, 同时, 步骤 110-2和步骤 110之间可进一步包括步骤 110-3: H-SLC将第三方客户端是否接收到目标 SET位置信息的通知结 果信息发送给 H-SPC。
需要指出的是,也可以在步骤 110之后执行步骤 110-1和步骤 110-2, 且, 进一步地, 在步骤 110-2之后可包括步驟 110-3: H-SLP将第三方客 户端是否收到目标 SET位置信息的通知结果信息发送给目标 SET。
图 9为目标 SET进行了漫游后 SET始发的基于 V-SLP定位的 SUPL 的消息流程时序图, 如图 9所示, 图 9所示流程与图 2所示流程的区别 如下:
在步骤 211与步骤 212之间增加步骤 212-1和步骤 212-2, 其中: 步骤 212-1与步骤 702相同 ,只需将"若是,执行步骤 703"替换为 "若 是, 执行步骤 212-2";

在步骤 302中 H-SLP判定以前定位过程中得到的目标 SET位置信 息满足 QoP要求之后、 向目标 SET发送 SUPL结束消息之前, 以及步 骤 310与步骤 311之间增加步骤 311-1和 311-2, 其中:
步骤 311-1与步驟 702相同,只需将"若是,执行步骤 703"替换为 "若 是, 执行步驟 311-2";

图 11为本发明提供的网络始发的基于 H-SLP定位的 SUPL的消息 流程时序图,如图 11所示, 图 11所示流程与图 4所示流程的区别如下: 在步骤 406和步骤 407之间增加步骤 407-1和步骤 407-2, 其中: 步骤 407-1与步骤 702相同,只需将"若是,执行步骤 703"替换为 "若 是, 执行步驟 407-2";

图 14为本发明实施例提供的 SUPL的系统组成图, 如图 4所示,其 主要包括: SUPL代理 141、 H-SLP142和第三方客户端 143, 其中:
SUPL代理 141 :用于向 H-SLP142发送携带目标 SET标识的定位请 求消息。
进一步地, SUPL代理 141用于,接收 H-SLP142发来的位置通知结 果信息, 并将该位置通知结果信息转发给目标 SET。
H-SLP142: 用于在收到 SUPL代理 141发来的定位请求消息后, 对 该消息携带的目标 SET标识对应的目标 SET进行定位,在得到目标 SET 位置信息后,将该目标 SET位置信息携带在位置通知消息中发送给第三 方客户端 143。
进一步地, H-SLP142用于,接收第三方客户端 143发来的位置通知 响应消息, 并根据该位置通知响应消息, 向 SUPL代理返回位置通知结 果信息。
第三方客户端 143: 用于接收 H-SLP142发来的携带目标 SET位置 信息的位置通知消息。
进一步地, 第三方客户端 143用于, 向 H-SLP142返回位置通知响 应消息。
进一步地, 该系统包括: 目标 SET, 用于接收 H-SLP142发来的携 带第三方客户端标识的通知确认请求消息, 并向 H-SLP142返回携带允 许通知的第三方客户端标识的通知确认响应消息。 之后, H-SLP142根 据目标 SET返回的通知确认响应消息, 向该消息指示的第三方客户端 143发送携带目标 SET位置信息的位置通知消息。 进一步地, 该系统包括: PCE, 用于保存第三方客户端信息, 并在 收到 H-SLP142发来的获取第三方客户端请求消息后, 将自身保存的第 三方客户端信息发送给 H-SLP142。 H-SLP142根据 PCE发来的第三方客 户端信息,将携带目标 SET位置信息的位置通知消息发送给所述第三方 客户端信息指示的第三方客户端 143。

1、 一种基于安全的用户平面移动定位 SUPL方法, 其特征在于, 该 方法包括:
A、 目标 SUPL终端归属的 SUPL平台 H-SLP接收 SUPL代理发送 来的对目标 SUPL终端的定位请求消息, 之后对目标 SUPL终端进行定 位, 得到目标 SUPL终端位置信息;
B、 H-SLP 根据获取到的第三方客户端信息, 向第三方客户端发送 携带目标 SUPL终端位置信息的位置通知消息。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 A所述定位请求 消息中携带第三方客户端信息,
步骤 B所述第三方客户端信息通过以下步骤获取到: H-SLP从接收 到的所述定位请求消息中获取。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法进一步包括: 目标 SUPL终端和 /或步骤 A所述定位请求消息的发起方客户端在自身归 属的 H-SLP进行注册时, 登记第三方客户端信息, 且 H-SLP将第三方 客户端信息对应保存在目标 SUPL终端和 /或所述发起方客户端的注册 信息中,
步骤 B所述第三方客户端信息通过以下步骤获取到: H-SLP从自身

H-SLP检测到第三方客户端信息包括需要目标 SUPL终端进行通知 确认的信息, 向目标 SUPL终端发送携带第三方客户端标识的通知确认 请求消息, 之后收到目标 SUPL终端返回的携带允许通知的第三方客户 端标识的通知确认响应消息;
且步骤 B所述 H-SLP向第三方客户端发送位置通知消息为: H-SLP 向所述目标 SUPL终端返回的允许通知的第三方客户端标识对应的第三 方客户端发送。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 B所述 H-SLP发 送位置通知消息的同时进一步包括: H-SLP发送鉴权信息给第三方客户 端, 且,所述第三方客户端收到该鉴权信息后,对该鉴权信息进行验证, 若验证通过, 则接受该位置通知消息; 若验证未通过, 则拒绝该位置通 知消息。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 B之后进一 步包括: H-SLP没收到该第三方客户端返回的位置通知响应消息, 然后 重复给该第三方客户端发送位置通知消息。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 B之后, 进 一步包括:
第三方客户端收到位置通知消息后, 检测到当前自身未绑定到分组 数据网上, 则直接将自身绑定到分组数据网上; 或者, 先建立电路交换 数据连接, 然后通过该连接将自己绑定到分组数据网上。
10、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 B所述位置通知 消息通过无线应用协议推送方式发送, 或通过短消息业务方式发送。
11、 如权利要求 1至 10中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 第三方客户端的个数为至少一个。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 A所述定位请 求消息携带要求返回位置通知结果的信息;
步骤 B所述位置通知消息携带要求返回位置通知响应的信息; 所述步骤 B之后进一步包括: H-SLP根据第三方客户端返回的位置通知 响应消息, 向 SUPL代理返回位置通知结果信息。
13、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 A所述定位请求 消息携带目标 SUPL终端位置标识, 且步骤 A所述对目标 SUPL终端进 行定位具体包括:
Al l、 H-SLP 判断自身保存的、 以前定位过程中得到的目标 SUPL 终端位置信息是否满足定位质量 QoP要求, 若是, 将该位置信息作为目 标 SUPL终端位置信息; 否则, 执行步骤 A12;
A12、 H-SLP判断目标 SUPL终端位置标识对应的目标 SUPL终端 位置信息是否满足 QoP要求, 若是, 将该位置信息作为目标 SUPL终端 位置信息; 否则, 执行步骤 A13;
A13、 H-SLP给目标 SUPL终端返回 SUPL响应消息, 目标 SUPL 终端收到该 SUPL响应消息后给 H-SLP返回携带定位方法的 SUPL定位 初始化消息, H-SLP收到该 SUPL定位初始化消息后, 根据该 SUPL定 位初始化消息携带的定位方法, 确定最终采用的定位方法, 然后开始对 目标 SUPL终端进行 SUPL定位, 得到目标 SUPL终端位置信息。
14、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述目标 SUPL终端 进行了漫游,且步骤 A所述定位请求消息携带目标 SUPL终端位置标识, 步骤 A所述对目标 SUPL终端进行定位具体包括:
A21、 H-SLP判断自身保存的、 以前定位过程中得到的目标 SUPL 终端位置信息是否满足 QoP要求, 若是, 将该位置信息作为目标 SUPL 终端位置信息; 否则, 执行步骤 A22;
A22、 H-SLP将目标 SUPL终端位置标识发送至目标 SUPL终端漫 游后所在的访问 SLP,访问 SLP判断该目标 SUPL终端位置标识对应的 目标 SUPL终端位置信息是否满足 QoP要求, 若是, 将该位置信息作为 目标 SUPL终端位置信息, 并将该位置信息返回给 H-SLP; 否则, 执行 步骤 A23;
A23、访问 SLP通过 H-SLP给目标 SUPL终端返回 SUPL响应消息, 目标 SUPL终端收到该 SUPL响应消息后通过 H-SLP向访问 SLP发送携 带定位方法的 SUPL定位初始化消息, 访问 SLP收到该 SUPL定位初始 化消息后, ^^据该 SUPL定位初始化消息携带的定位方法, 确定最终采 用的定位方法, 然后开始对目标 SUPL终端进行 SUPL定位, 得到目标 SUPL终端位置信息, 并将该目标 SUPL终端位置信息发送给 H-SLP。
15、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述目标 SUPL终端 进行了漫游,且步骤 A所述定位请求消息携带目标 SUPL终端位置标识, 步驟 A所述对目标 SUPL终端进行定位具体包括:
A31、 H-SLP 判断自身保存的、 以前定位过程中得到的目标 SUPL 终端位置信息是否满足 QoP要求, 若是, 将该位置信息作为目标 SUPL 终端位置信息; 否则, 执行步骤 A32;
A32、 H-SLP将目标 SUPL终端位置标识发送至目标 SUPL终端漫 游后所在的访问 SLP中的访问 SUPL定位中心 SLC, 访问 SLC判断该 目标 SUPL终端位置标识对应的目标 SUPL终端位置信息是否满足 QoP 要求, 若是, 将该位置信息作为目标 SUPL终端位置信息, 并将该位置 信息返回给 H-SLP; 否则, 执行步骤 A33;
A33、 访问 SLC通过 H-SLP给目标 SUPL终端返回携带访问 SUPL 位置计算中心 SPC地址信息的 SUPL响应消息, 目标 SUPL终端收到该 SUPL响应消息后向访问 SPC发送携带定位方法的 SUPL定位初始化消 息, 访问 SPC收到该 SUPL定位初始化消息后, 根据该 SUPL定位初始 化消息携带的定位方法, 确定最终采用的定位方法, 然后开始对目标 SUPL终端进行 SUPL定位, 得到目标 SUPL终端位置信息, 并将该目 标 SUPL终端位置信息发送给 H-SLP。
16、 如权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步驟 A所述对目标 SUPL终端进行定位具体包括:
A41、 H-SLP 判断自身保存的、 以前定位过程中得到的目标 SUPL 终端位置信息是否满足 QoP要求, 若是, 执行步骤 A42; 否则, 执行步 骤 A43;
A42、 H-SLP将该位置信息作为目标 SUPL终端位置信息, 并判断 是否需要将该目标 SUPL终端位置信息发送给目标 SUPL终端进行通知 和 /或确认, 若是, 将值为无需定位的定位方法参数携带在 SUPL初始化 消息中, 并执行步骤 A43; 否则, 直接执行步骤 B;
A43、 H-SLP向目标 SUPL终端发送 SUPL初始化消息, 目标 SUPL 终端收到 SUPL初始化消息后, 判断该 SUPL初始化消息是否包含值为 无需定位的定位方法参数, 若是, 给 H-SLP返回 SUPL结束消息, 然后 执行步骤 B; 否则, 给 H-SLP返回携带有定位方法和位置标识的 SUPL 定位初始化消息;
A44、 H-SLP收到 SUPL定位初始化消息后, 判断该 SUPL定位初 始化消息携带的位置标识对应的目标 SUPL终端位置信息是否满足 QoP 要求, 若是, 将该位置标识对应的目标 SUPL 终端位置信息作为目标 SUPL终端位置信息; 否则, 执行步骤 A45;
A45、 H-SLP根据 SUPL定位初始化消息携带的定位方法, 确定最 终采用的定位方法, 然后开始对目标 SUPL终端进行 SUPL定位。
17、 如权利要求 16所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 A43之前 进一步包括: H-SLP获取第三方客户端信息, 且检测到第三方客户端信 息包含需要目标 SET进行通知确认的信息,
步骤 A43所述 SUPL初始化消息携带需要目标 SET进行通知确认的 第三方客户端标识, 所述 SUPL结束消息和 SUPL定位初始化消息携带 允许通知的第三方客户端标识;
且步骤 B所述 H-SLP向第三方客户端发送位置通知消息为: H-SLP 向所述 SUPL结束消息或 SUPL定位初始化消息携带的允许通知的第三 方客户端标识对应的第三方客户端发送。
18、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述目标 SUPL终端 进行了漫游, 且步骤 A所述对目标 SUPL终端进行定位具体包括: A51、 H-SLP 判断自身保存的、 以前定位过程中得到的目标 SUPL 终端的位置信息是否满足 QoP要求, 若是, 执行步驟 A52; 否则, 执行 步骤 A53;
A52、 H-SLP将该位置信息作为目标 SUPL终端位置信息, 并判断 是否需要将将该目标 SUPL终端位置信息发送给目标 SUPL终端进行通 知和 /或确认, 若是, 将值为无需定位的定位方法参数携带在 SUPL初始 化消息中, 并执行步骤 A53; 否则, 直接执行步骤 B;
A53、 H-SLP向目标 SUPL终端发送 SUPL初始化消息, 目标 SUPL 终端收到 SUPL初始化消息后, 判断该 SUPL初始化消息是否包含值为 无需定位的定位方法参数, 若是, 给 H-SLP返回 SUPL结束消息, 然后 执行步骤 B;否则,通过 H-SLP向目标 SUPL终端漫游后所在的访问 SLP 返回携带有定位方法和位置标识的 SUPL定位初始化消息;
A54、 访问 SLP收到 SUPL定位初始化消息后, 判断该 SUPL定位 初始化消息携带的位置标识对应的目标 SUPL 终端位置信息是否满足 QoP要求, 若是, 将该位置标识对应的目标 SUPL终端位置信息作为目 标 SUPL终端位置信息, 并向 H-SLP发送该目标 SUPL终端位置信息, 然后执行步骤 B; 否则, 执行步骤 A55;
A55、 访问 SLP根据 SUPL定位初始化消息携带的定位方法, 确定 最终采用的定位方法, 然后开始对目标 SUPL终端进行 SUPL定位, 得 到目标 SET位置信息, 并将该目标 SET位置信息发送给 H-SLP。
19、 如权利要求 18所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 A53之前 进一步包括: H-SLP获取第三方客户端信息, 且检测到第三方客户端信 息包含需要目标 SET进行通知确认的信息,
步骤 A53所述 SUPL初始化消息携带需要目标 SET进行通知确认的 第三方客户端标识, 所述 SUPL结束消息和 SUPL定位初始化消息携带 允许通知的第三方客户端标识;
且步骤 B所述 H-SLP向第三方客户端发送位置通知消息为: H-SLP 向所述 SUPL结束消息或 SUPL定位初始化消息携带的允许通知的第三 方客户端标识对应的第三方客户端发送。
20、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述目标 SUPL终端 进行了漫游 , 且步骤 A所述对目标 SUPL终端进行定位具体包括:
A6 H-SLP 判断自身保存的、 以前定位过程中得到的目标 SUPL 终端的位置信息是否满足 QoP要求, 若是, 执行步骤 A62; 否则, 执行 步驟 A63;
A62、 H-SLP将该位置信息作为目标 SUPL终端位置信息, 并判断 是否需要将将该目标 SUPL终端位置信息发送给目标 SUPL终端进行通 知和 /或确认, 若是, 将值为无需定位的定位方法参数携带在 SUPL初始 化消息中, 并执行步骤 A63; 否则, 直接执行步骤 A63;
A63、 H-SLP向目标 SUPL终端发送 SUPL初始化消息, 目标 SUPL 终端收到 SUPL初始化消息后, 判断该 SUPL初始化消息是否包含值为 无需定位的定位方法参数, 若是, 给 H-SLP返回 SUPL结束消息, 然后 执行步骤 B; 否则, 向目标 SUPL终端漫游后所在的访问 SLP中的访问 SPC返回携带有定位方法和位置标识的 SUPL定位初始化消息;
A64、 访问 SPC收到 SUPL定位初始化消息后, 判断该 SUPL定位 初始化消息携带的位置标识对应的目标 SUPL 终端位置信息是否满足 QoP要求, 若是, 将该位置标识对应的目标 SUPL终端位置信息作为目 标 SUPL终端位置信息, 并向 H-SLP发送该目标 SUPL终端位置信息, 然后执行步驟 B; 否则, 执行步骤 A65;
A65、 访问 SPC根据 SUPL定位初始化消息携带的定位方法, 确定 最终采用的定位方法, 然后开始对目标 SUPL终端进行 SUPL定位, 得 到目标 SET位置信息, 并将该目标 SET位置信息发送给 H-SLP。
21、 如权利要求 20所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步驟 A63之前 进一步包括: H-SLP获取第三方客户端信息, 且检测到第三方客户端信 息包含需要目标 SET进行通知确认的信息,
步骤 A63所述 SUPL初始化消息携带需要目标 SET进行通知确认的 第三方客户端标识, 所述 SUPL结束消息和 SUPL定位初始化消息携带 允许通知的第三方客户端标识;
步骤 A64所述访问 SPC向 H-SLP发送目标 SET位置信息的同时进 一步包括: 向 H-SLP发送允许通知的第三方客户端标识;
步骤 A65所述访问 SPC向 H-SLP发送目标 SET位置信息的同时进 一步包括: 向 H-SLP发送允许通知的第三方客户端标识;
且步骤 B所述 H-SLP向第三方客户端发送位置通知消息为: H-SLP 向所述 SUPL结束消息携带的允许通知的第三方客户端标识对应的第三 方客户端,或者向所述与目标 SET位置信息一起发送来的允许通知的笫 三方客户端标识对应的第三方客户端发送。
22、 如权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 A所述 H-SLP 包括 H-SLC和 H-SPC, 步骤 A所述定位请求消息携带目标 SUPL终端 位置标识, 且步骤 A所述对目标 SUPL终端进行定位具体包括:
A71、 H-SLC收到所述定位请求消息后, 判断自身保存的、 以前定 位过程中得到的目标 SUPL终端位置信息是否满足定位质量 QoP要求, 若是,将该位置信息作为目标 SUPL终端位置信息;否则 ,执行步骤 A72;
A72、 H-SLC判断目标 SUPL终端位置标识对应的目标 SUPL终端 位置信息是否满足 QoP要求, 若是, 将该位置信息作为目标 SUPL终端 位置信息; 否则, 执行步骤 A73;
A73、 H-SLC给目标 SUPL终端返回携带 H-SPC地址信息的 SUPL 响应消息, 目标 SUPL终端收到该 SUPL响应消息后向 H-SPC发送携带 定位方法的 SUPL定位初始化消息, H-SPC收到该 SUPL定位初始化消 息后, 才 据该 SUPL定位初始化消息携带的定位方法, 确定最终采用的 定位方法,然后开始对目标 SUPL终端进行 SUPL定位,得到目标 SUPL 终端位置信息, 并将该位置信息通知 H-SLC;
且步骤 B 所述 H-SLP 向第三方客户端发送位置通知消息为: 由 H-SLP中的 H-SLC向第三方客户端发送位置通知消息。
23、 如权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 A所述 H-SLP 包括 H-SLC和 H-SPC, 步骤 A所述对目标 SUPL终端进行定位具体包 括:
A81、 H-SLC收到所述定位请求消息后, 判断自身保存的、 以前定 位过程中得到的目标 SUPL终端位置信息是否满足 QoP要求, 若是, 执 行步骤 A82; 否则, 执行步驟 A83;
A82、 H-SLC将该位置信息作为目标 SUPL终端位置信息, 并判断 是否需要将该目标 SUPL终端位置信息发送给目标 SUPL终端进行通知 和 /或确认, 若是, 将值为无需定位的定位方法参数携带在 SUPL初始化 消息中, 并执行步骤 A83; 否则, 直接执行步骤 B;
A83、 H-SLC向目标 SUPL终端发送携带 H-SPC地址信息的 SUPL 初始化消息, 目标 SUPL终端收到 SUPL初始化消息后, 判断该 SUPL 初始化消息是否包含值为无需定位的定位方法参数,若是,给 H-SLC返 回 SUPL结束消息, 然后执行步骤 B; 否则, 向 H-SPC发送携带有定位 方法和位置标识的 SUPL定位初始化消息;
A84、 H-SPC收到 SUPL定位初始化消息后, 判断该 SUPL定位初 始化消息携带的位置标识对应的目标 SUPL终端位置信息是否满足 QoP 要求, 若是, 将该位置标识对应的目标 SUPL 终端位置信息作为目标 SUPL终端位置信息,并将该位置信息通知 H-SLC;否则,执行步骤 A85;
A85、 H-SPC根据 SUPL定位初始化消息携带的定位方法, 确定最 终采用的定位方法, 然后开始对目标 SUPL终端进行 SUPL定位, 得到 目标 SUPL终端位置信息, 并将该位置信息通知 H-SLC;
且步骤 B 所述 H-SLP 向第三方客户端发送位置通知消息为: 由 H-SLP中的 H-SLC向笫三方客户端发送位置通知消息。
24、 如权利要求 23所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 A83之前 进一步包括: H-SLC获取第三方客户端信息, 且检测到第三方客户端信 息包含需要目标 SET进行通知确认的信息,
步骤 A83所述 SUPL初始化消息携带需要目标 SET进行通知确认的 第三方客户端标识, 所述 SUPL结束消息和 SUPL定位初始化消息携带 允许通知的第三方客户端标识,
且 H-SPC收到 SUPL定位初始化消息之后进一步包括: 将该 SUPL 定位初始化消息携带的第三方客户端标识发送给 H-SLC;
且步骤 B所述 H-SLC向第三方客户端发送位置通知消息为: H-SLC 向所述 SUPL结束消息或 SUPL定位初始化消息携带的允许通知的第三 方客户端标识对应的第三方客户端发送。
25、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 A与步骤 B 之间进一步包括: H-SLP向 SUPL代理发送定位结束消息。
26、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步驟 B之后进一 步包括: H-SLP向 SUPL代理发送定位结束消息。
27、一种 SUPL系统,其特征在于,该系统包括: SUPL代理、 H-SLP 和第三方客户端, 其中:
SUPL代理, 用于向 H-SLP发送携带目标 SUPL终端标识的定位请 求消息; H-SLP, 用于对 SUPL代理发来的定位请求消息指示的目标 SUPL 终端进行定位, 将定位得到的目标 SUPL终端位置信息发送给第三方客 户端;

所述 SUPL代理进一步用于,将 H-SLP发来的位置通知结果信息转 发给目标 SUPL终端。
29、 如权利要求 27所述的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统进一步包括: 目标 SUPL终端,用于接收 H-SLP发来的携带第三方客户端标识的通知 确认请求消息,并向 H-SLP返回携带允许通知的第三方客户端标识的通 知确认响应消息;
所述 H-SLP进一步用于,根据目标 SUPL终端返回的通知确认响应 消息, 向该消息指示的第三方客户端发送目标 SUPL终端位置信息。
