Garment or band made by threebonded elastic fabric which components are: - Outside: elastic and/or bistretch warp-knitted fabric, - In the middle: closed cell and occlusive material with a high thermal resistance - Inside: bacteriostatic fabric characterized by a structure with close and relief waves, These above components, interacting together, at the same time, exert a thermal action, a mechanic action and an hygienic action able to reduce cellulite and to remodel the female body.

ANTICELLULITE GARMENT WITH THERMAL MECHANICAL AND BACTERIOSTATIC ACTION
DESCRIPTION
This new product concerns a garment, in particular shorts shaped, active from underneath the breast to the underside of the knee and, partly, sheath or band shaped in order to cover any part of the body. Thanks to its special combination of fabrics and employed materials, this garment has an anticellulitis action and a remodelling effect.
Nowdays the market doesn't offer garments having an action of reducing cellulitis and a remodelling function of the female bodysimultaneously. These are, on the contrary, the distinctive features of this new product.
The aim of this item is to reduce cellulitis through the thermal action together with the mechanical one and, at the same time, to be a confortable garment to wear for long periods during the day without exerting an excessive compressive action.
The garment we're carrying out is made of tribonded elastic fabric with the following components:
Outer side: Elastic and/or bielastic antiladder/antiravel fabric.
Central layer: Neoprene (ckloroprene CR 100%) or latex or other synthetic or natural rubbers, PVC, Polyurethane and other polymers as foam or expanded or coated.
Inner side: Bacteriostatic fabric with circular, antiladder or antiravel knitting, characterized by a structure with close and in relief waves.
-The fabric of point 1 (outer side) is antiladder, antiravel, waterwashproof, resistant to the light and bielastic; its weight can vary from 120 to 190 gr per square metre. The effectiveness of this fabric depends on its structural elasticity and solidity.
- The material CRl 00% with a thermic retention of point 2, placed inside the two fabrics of point 1 and 3, thanks to its pureness, it doesn't smell of rubber and it is extremely strong and durable, hypoallergenic, with close cells, bielastic and thermically active in terms of non-conductivity and isolation. It forms an occluding covering that retains the heat of the body, it reduces perspiration and it increases the temperature, eliminating, consequently, the liquids, characteristic of cellulitis. As a matter of fact, a strong water retention, together with a lack in the venous and lymphatic circulation, is peculiar to cellulitis.
-The fabric with the small waves of point 3 is made of rnicrofϊbre of absorbent (hydrophilous), texturized and bacteriostatic polyamide with a small percentage of elastan (5%). The rnicroflbre used is hygroscopic with particles of noble metals inside its polymeric matrix. It continuously releases a great quantity of IONS that create an extraordinary bacteriostatic effect which keeps constant the natural level of the bacteria on the skin, without being agressive to it. This effect is permanent and it forms a barrier against the bacteria
proliferation, getting rid of bad smells consequently. The fabric with waves is therefore anallergic and this is very important because it is worn directly on the skin. The treatment with noble metals was tested to check the antibacterical activity, toxicity and environment impact. It stood dermatological tests obtaining approvals and registrations in the main countries in the world. The "Thermal" activity of neoprene is linked with the extraordinary "Hygienic" activity of microfibre.
The wave in relief is created by special circular jaquard machines through a selection of needles that produce fabric superimposition, determined by the width of the selection itself.
The wave is made elastic by the suitable insertion of elastan fibre in the selection itself. The superimposition of the fabric makes the wave close in texture and it pleasantly compresses the hips, the thighs and every part of the body it touches.The waves fabric exercises therefore a constant undulatory massage that stimulates and restores the surface microcirculation without stressing the body and permitting the elimination of the liquids, together with the expulsion of toxins. More than that, we obtain the reduction of the fatness that flows with the blood and is helped in its metabolism.The massage exerted by the compression, coming from the combination of the fabric at point 1, of the material of point 2 and of the fabric of point 3, offers the following functions:
- Antistress: because it relaxes the muscular fasciae, stretching them and stimulating the blood flux.
- Anticellulitis: because of the reasons above mentioned.
- Antibackache: because, thanks to the fabric with waves inrelief, it produces an automatic, constant and tonic massage on the vertebrae.
- Abdominal massage: because of the fabric with waves in relief, it activates an abdominal, constant and automatic massage, toning up the belly and increasing the elasticity of the skin and of muscular fasciae.
- hygiene: because of the microfibre of point 3 that is bacteriostatic and antismell and thanks to the microparticles of the noble metals contained in the polimeric matrix that are an ostacle to the development of bacteria, keeping the biological balance of the skin and reducing bad smells.
The garment, owing to the combination of the materials and the fabrics above described, therefore exerts, for the first time, a Thermal Action, a Mechanic Action and a Hygienic Action and, at the same time, it reduces the mass of the body and the fatness forming the cellulitis; it also increases the oxygenation of the cutaneous tissues and it exerts a healthy and continuous massage.
Claims
1. This product is made by 3 materials (fig.l) that, interacting together, at the same time, exert a thermic action, a mechanic action and an hygienic action to reduce cellulites and to remodel the female body.
2. the outer side (statement point 1) is made with an elastic and/or bielastic Warp-Knitted fabric.
3. the Warp-Knitted fabric (statement point 1- 2) is washing resistant, resistant to light and the weight can vary from 120gr to 190 gr, per square metre.
4. The central layer (statement point 1) is made by Neoprene (chloroprene Cr 100%) or natural latex or different synthetic or natural rubbers, or foam or expanded polyurethane and PVC.
5. The inner side (statement point 1) is made by a bacteriostatic circular or warp-knitted fabric, characterized by a structure with close and in relief waves.
6. The outer fabric (Fig.l /a) (statement point 1 and 2) is characterized by an elastic modulus (dynamometer HT Housfield Kg) minimum of 115 to selvage to selvage and of 150 in length.
7. the material in the middle (Fig.l/b) (statement point land 4) has closed cells, occlusive and with a high thermal resistance.
8. the inside fabric (fϊg.l/c) (statement point land 5) has a jacquard structure with waves (fig.2) in relief made by a selection of needles and consequent fabric superimposition.
9. The microfϊbre of the internal fabric, (statement point 1-5-8) contains micro particles of noble metals inside its polymeric matrix.
10. The "waves" design (fig-2) of the inner fabric(lining), (statement point 5), is realized by special circular jacquard machines by a selection of needles that produce fabric superimposition, determined by the width of the selection .
11.The '"wave" (statement point 5-10) become stretch by the suitable insertion of elastic fibre in the same selection. The superimposition of the fabric makes the wave compact.
12. The solidity to artificial light ,to dry rubbing, to wet nibbing, to alkali sweat, to acid sweat, to domestic wash, to chlorine water, sea water and the natural water of the fabric (statement pointl) are all superior to 3.
13. The product referred to point 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12 can be used for every kind of garments and for every band that can cover any part of the body.
