Abstract

 試薬を収容した微細流路と、前記微細流路の上流側に設けられた上流側開口と、前記微細流路の下流側に設けられた下流側開口と、少なくとも片面に貼着されており、使用する迄は前記上流側開口と下流側開口とをそれぞれ封止する1枚または2枚以上の薄厚のシール部材と、を有す(1)第1のチップと、試薬と検体とを合流させて反応させ該反応を検出する微細流路と、前記微細流路の上流側に設けられた開口と、を有す(2)第2のチップ、とを含む検査チップであって、使用時に第1のチップと第2のチップとを重ね合わせることにより第1のチップの前記下流側開口と第2のチップの前記開口とが位置合わせされることを特徴とする検査チップ。
