Description

Descriptive report of Patent of Invention EXHAUSTER OF GASES FOR SANITARY VASE.
To present invention it has for objective an equipment whose purpose is the a exhauster of gases for sanitary vase, with their three models basic and more three optimized models and simplified, without having the pretension of draining the possibilities of models whose existence of products with such purposes is either ignored equipments similar and so efficient in the market.
Exhauster of gases is not known for toilets in sanitary vases, what exists more neighbor is a common extractor fan installed in the toilet. This known model is not used, for not presenting efficiency in the retreat of the fetor when the toilet is used, for not impeding that the gases escape of the sanitary vase to the toilet. This fact is taken practically unviable to remove the fetor of the toilet in a short space of time, or even to impede that the fetor invades other ambient the house, causing a very big discomfort. That is a problem that reaches the whole modern society since the moment in that the man was urbanized and it was forced to confine in a small space to defecate.
The inhalation of daily doses of the called gaseous composition H2S, produced by the human physiology. The inhalation of daily doses of the called gaseous composition H2S, produced by the human physiology, that they are gases methylated, in other words, produced by the action of bacteria in the intestine, composed among other gases, of the gas sulphidric, highly poisonous, scientifically proven as abortive in dose concentrated or frequent. The physical constitution of the human body was exists there are 2 million years, when the confinement didn't exist in small spaces to defecate and consequently it didn't inhale the poisonous gases produced by the own organism.
Because of these problems and with the objective of solving, the exhauster of gases was developed for toilets and it is object of the patent present. The exhauster consists of an aero-electric equipment, in operation if totally efficient in the retreat of the gaseous composition H2S in the interior of toilet and removed for outside, impeded that the gases escape inside of the toilet and go for others ambient of home, causing discomfort and diseases.
To present invention it will be comprehends better through the illustrations enclosed, whose details proceed below where each figure represents a model of the gases exhauster for sanitary vase in toilets, were:
Figure 1 represent the exhauster separately and it operation way.
Figure 1-A represent one of the optimized models and simplified of the exhaust. Figure 2 represent one portable model, created to be carried and to be installed in a home, and in this model it is presented without the cover of the vase for better visualization.
Figure 2-A represent another model optimized and simplified of the exhauster for to be installed on the lining or flagstone of the house.
Figure 3 represent a internal model of the exhauster.
Figure 3-A represent another model, optimized and simplified of the exhauster to be installed inside of the toilet, being installed outside only the pipes of ventilation and exit of gases.
Figure 4 represent a model of exhauster it was especially developed for bus, trailer, small boats and aircraft (of low altitude).
To make possible a better understanding we will start to explain each figure in a detailed way, where: In the figure 1 the exhauster is composed basically for 4 parts: suction camera (1 ), transport hose (2), air pump (3) pipes for ventilation exit (4) and the arrows display that of the 100% of the gases expelled by the exit pipe, 80% are gases of the vase, sucked by the suction camera and 20% is air that enters for the ventilation pipe. In the figure 1-A, the exhauster is with the air pump installed outside of the toilet and is without the vase cover for better visualization and it exists the sanitary vase (1) the suction camera (2) with a single lateral hole in it base to receive the connector 90°, the suction camera shown by the front (3) and totally open, in the detail holes of suction of gases in the border interns beside low. This allows the exit of the gases that are sucked of the vase by the suction camera (2). The activation is through a button on-off (4) that connect the equipment, whenever the cover of the vase to lose contact with the seat. In this case in this case with the suction camera, in other words, when opening the cover it connect, when lowering the cover it disconnect, with the cover open to suspending the suction camera (seat) it disconnect. When the vase be closed, it can suspend the seat together with the cover that the exhauster won't be connected, but, if the seat and the cover be opened, when lowering the seat the exhauster it is connected. In that way the cover (5) of the vase and the connector 90° (6) its drive the gases of the suction camera (2) for the conduction pipe (7) sucked by the air pump (10), making a curve of 90th, and for the same road the cable of energy of the air pump is until the button on-off (4). The fixation of these equipments is made by fixatives in form the clamp (8), it firm the conduction pipe (7) in the wall in this case on the external side of the house. The protection of the air pump is possible for the protection cabinet (9) in acrylic with removable cover in roof form, avoiding the damages caused by the sun and the rain. The air pump in this position can have varied measures in the height and in the width and in size, could still be of several models and potencies, these air pump (10), its also known as electric-inflate, obviously that in parts the dimensions of the cabinet (9) its smaller than the air pump (10) because the beaks of suck (11) and of exhauster (12) its outside of the cabinet (9) for connection with conduction pipe (7) and pipe of exit of gases (13) through where the gases are thrown outside of the ambience of the coexistence by the function of the air pump (10), with beak in curves down to protect the interior of the cabinet (9) of the rain and ventilation pipe (14) through where enters the air that ventilates the cabinet (9) and the air pump (10). Observe that in the base of the cabinet (15) a central hole exists to receive a piece of the conduction pipe (16) of the type corrugated pipe, that should be to 2 centimeters inside of the cabinet to receive the beak of suction of the air pump, such, the fitting of the air pump in this pipe will be under pressure, what dispense the shock- absorbing of vibration of the figure 2 (describe below). This way the supply of electric power will be through the cable (17).
In the figure 2, the exhauster is presented in a portable model, could be easily installed where for example: In few minutes where the sanitary vase (1 ) the suction chamber (2) that in this model was granted starting from the adaptation of a seat perforated in a horizontal position in its base for to receive the hollow pin of conduction. Repair that the suction camera is shown of front (3), totally open, in the detail holes of suction of gases in the border interns, more larger than the internal border of the vase, through where the gases are sucked of the vase (1) by the suction camera (2). When the vase be closed, it can suspend the seat together with the cover that the exhauster won't be connected, but, if the seat and the cover be opened, when lowering the seat it is made the activation of the hollow pin (5) that has double perforations and besides firm the suction camera (in this figure the seat) it also transport the gases of the suction camera until the conduction pipes. While the screws (6) with hole to receive the said hollow pin and its nuts, the connector 90° (7) it connects the hollow pin to the conduction pipe. The gases are driven by flexible pipes(8), going from the connector to the connection in "Y" (9) that connects the two pipes to the adapter (10) of the beak of suction of the air pump in the cover of the cabinet (11 ). Important look the orifices of ventilation (12) and the cape of energy 10 mm, orifice of exit (13) of the beak of suction of the air pump (16), rubber of shock-absorbing of vibration (14) for the air pump (16) and its cabinet (15). This the air pump, also can have varied measures in the height and in the width and in size, could still be of several models and potencies, however it must have the peak of right entrance of gases lateral and exit vertical line and superior, such beaks are external to the cabinet to facilitate the installation. In this figure have two arrows represent the direction of entrance and outlet of gases. In this figure it can still be view flexible pipe of exit and ventilation (17) the flexible cable for energy entrance (18), rigid pipes (19) of entrance for lesser or greater ventilation and exit of gases, with minimum distance between its protective connector (20), to also prevent rain and the protective screen against insects, hydraulic tubing (21) for discharge of the sanitary vase, regulable supports (22) to fix the cabinet of the electro-bomb in the vase, adapting rubber (23) for adapt the cabinet in the vase.
In the figure 2-A the exhauster is presented in a model for to be installed on the lining or flagstone of the house with a total viability of installation as solution for places, in that a perforation in the wall of the toilet not give access to the external side of the house, constituted by the following devices: sanitary vase (1 ), suction chamber (2) connector 90° (3) air pump (4) electric power cable (5) in this installation model the system on-off it is similar to the item four of the figure 1 -A. In the manual of installation the minimum distance of the beak of the conduction pipe will be observed for any wall, and the bigger size of the beak of the conduction pipe from where it be fastened, in this case the own flagstone of the lining. As the support of the air pump is the own conduction pipe, then it is important to observe the size of 5 cm maximum, for to avoid the air pump hangs for one on the sides. This installation model on the lining dispense the use of the protection cabinet against rain and sun, also serving as damper of the noise of the air pump, and of the exit tubes and of ventilation, this way the gases are hurled out of the ambience of coexistence daily in the lining. Researches exist in the sense of using poisonous gases as the carbon gas, in the combat to the termites of the woodwork.
In the figure 3 the exhauster is presented in a model not apparent in other words, a internal model with an only pipe of lateral conduction and button on-off manual, constituted by the following devices: Sanitary vase (1) cover of the vase (2) suction chamber (3) adapted starting from a hollow seat, a lateral hollow pin (4) for support and conduction of gases, screw and its nut of setting (5) with increased orifice to fix the hollow pin, other screw (6) with normal thread, without modification of the diameter, a knee 90° (7), flexible pipe of conduction (8), complete cabinet with an air pump (9) inside, ventilation pipe (10) for exit of gases with connector 90° for protection against rain and insects. Could be used in local totally open or also use with exit option for the lining, in cases of the sanitary vase distant of external local, through the ventilation pipes (11 ) and exit of gases. In this case the protecting connector (12) is used with protection screen against insects, with a minimum distance amongst themselves of 30cm. The electric connected is made through an internal tube with cable of energy (13) a key on-off (14) that can come manual or automatic. To observe that the stippled arrows (15) it represent the direction of the gas, since the suction camera on the vase. In this case the arrows indicate the ascending sense of the gas when leaving the exit pipe (16) of the own seat to the exit pipes. In this image we have the seen sanitary vase of front with cover and seat (17), open and suction camera (18) connected, being developed to be connected with glue or it stares clinging double-face in the border interns of concave seats not hollow, with exit for a only lateral pipe of conduction.
In the figure 3-A the exhauster is presented a model to be installed inside of the toilet, being installed outside only the pipes of ventilation and exit of gases. Ideal for house that is not possible to install it outside or on the lining, for example in the apartments, therefore it is constituted by the following devices: sanitary vase (1) cover (2) of vase, suction chamber (3), button on-off (4) connector 90° (5), conduction pipe (6) fixation (7) air pump (8) cabinet (9) that in this in case it functions as suppressing and protection against humidity, pipes of exits of gases (10) pipe of ventilation (11 ) cable of energy electric (12).
In the figure 4 represent a model of exhauster it was especially developed for bus, trailer, small boats and aircraft (of low altitude), it is constituted by the following devices: sanitary vase (1) with border it interns round and external in form of "D", seat (2) with the same form of vase, however, with the internal border more larger than the internal border of the vase. This seat has rectangular perforation in the straight part for the fitting of the conduction pipe, This model of exhauster, also counts with a suction camera in form of "D" fixing in the seat, with orifice of suction circulating the internal border (3), suction camera (4) seen separately with its conduction pipe. Have a flexible conduction pipe (5), rectangular in begin and tubular in the end, for transmit the gases of the suction camera until beak of suction of the air pump. In this figure the cabinet (8) this occult, appears only with the cover (7) and its screws with hole of 1 mm for exit of the beak of suction of the electric air pump (9) with adapted rubber (10) for shock- absorbing. Exist to pipe (12) of exit of gases. Exist the protector (14) for rains with screens against insects, tube with cable force (15) that comes from the automatic system of the sanitary vase (1 ). This electric system, will connect the exhauster when the sanitary vase be used, with option of manual key on-off (16). This model contain a sink of the sanitary (17) a discharge pedal (18) of the vase. Observe that the arrows symbolize the roads traveled by the gases of the vase to the exit tube not going by the motor, preclude the combustion possibility. As if note for the attached Figures, the air electro-bomb has an indicated proper characteristic for this application, its electric engine is cooled by the air that enters for the ventilation pipe, after having refrigerated the motor, on average of 20% of that air, is with the gases that it comes from the suction camera and an average of 80% which are expelled by the exit tube in 100% of the total. According with the arrows of direction of the figure 1 , this process impedes that the gases H2S goes by the electric motor avoiding the combustion risk.
The explosion possibility becomes more and more distant as of the total of gases sucked by the suction camera only 15% of this air, they are really physiologic gases (H2S) the remaining is sucked air of the interior of toilet, for the obligatory opening among the user's legs, this gives to the equipment total efficiency as for not allowing the physiologic gases escape of the sanitary vase.
It is important also to observe that in the figures 1 -A, 2-A and 3-A, are presented three models whose particularity is of to optimize and to simplify the said exhauster. So that these models are formed for 4 main parts, where: suction camera, transport hose, air pump and eventually exit tubes and of ventilation and the same model of operation.
A existence of new model of sanitary seat (that after adapted with perforation, we call suction chamber), accept to directly bind the pipe of conduction in it, through a connector 90° that dispense the complex procedure to adapt the base of the seat with parts as hollow bolt, two pipes of 20mm, connection in "Y" of figure 2.
Clearly that this system of Exhauster of gases for sanitary vases could be confectioned with electro-bomb of diverse powers and also to be easily installed in any types of sanitary, obeying all the models of sanitary vases.
