Abstract

【課題】高効率にニューロスフェアを形成するニューロスフェア形成剤及び神経障害によって障害が生じた神経機能を効率よく改善する医薬組成物を提供すること。  【解決手段】マウスCD8α陽性樹状細胞、成熟樹状細胞、Notch陽性樹状細胞を分離し、それらを単独に、あるいは複数含有するニューロスフェア形成剤または医薬組成物とする。ニューロスフェア形成剤が含有する樹状細胞を、神経幹細胞と共培養することにより、高効率にニューロスフェアを形成することができる。また、医薬組成物を神経損傷部分に投与することにより、障害が生じた神経機能を効率よく改善することができる。
