Description

DOLL
TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
This invention refers to a doll meant for children or adults as a way of active relaxing, having an educational, creativity stimulator or therapeutic purpose.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
There are a few kinds of dolls made of textiles, rubber, wood, plastic, etc., in one or more fixed or articulated pieces, dressed or undressed. All these dolls have one big disadvantage because they have a fixed expression; they have the shapes of a boy or of a girl and the hair, eyes, ears, lips etc. and also the same clothes which were made in the factory. People having intellectual capacity, no matter what their age is, would often like to change the image of the dolls and for this purpose they usually try for themselves to make new clothes, they brake them or they buy new dolls having other expression.
There is known another doll having a basic body to which there can be attached a head and limbs in a complete form and the result we get is a doll which can take the shape of various animals as it is known from USA License no. 5897420. The invention has the disadvantage that, although we can obtain dolls representing various animals, they all have the same body. By changing only the head and limbs will not give the doll a congruous shape for all animals which, they will obviously have specific head and limbs, but they will all have the same body which is not adaptable to the relative animal. Another disadvantage to be noticed to this invention is that for each doll in part, the general appearance of the animal can not be changed.
There is also known a doll which head has a thin face made of a washable surface material, on which by the guidance of some localization patterns and some stamps, face features as eyebrows, eyes and mouth can be drawn with ink on that washable surface in the locations guided by the mask pattern. This invention is known as USA License no. 6558221. The hair has the shape of a wig and it can be attached to the head with a Velcro fastener. But this doll cannot change its physical characteristics, age and sex. There is also known the invention having the FR License n. 2855765, in which the body of the doll has on its belly a Velcro fastener with which the doll's pantyhose can be fixed. It is to be noticed that, although the pantyhose can be changed, the body and head shape, including face features, remain unchanged.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
The disadvantages of the dolls from background of the invention as they were previously presented are left behind by this invention because this doll has interchangeable expressions as it is made of three distinct parts:
- a basic human shaped impersonalized doll which has no characteristic expression regarding its body, sex, race, age, etc., composed of head, body, articulated and non-removable or removable limbs, made of one or more textiles, rubber, wood, plastic or other similar materials, having some removable pair dismountable devices for guiding and fixing as staples, Velcro fasteners, magnets or other equivalent removable fixing devices, placed everywhere the doll has particular anatomic characteristics attached or where it has the head, body or limbs.
- groups of removable and interchangeable pieces representing characteristic anatomic parts of the doll, depending on sex, race, age, dimensions, mood:
• hair, mustache, eyebrow, etc.;
• ears, nose, eyes, eyelashes, lips, glasses, etc.;
• typically masculine look: chest, back, butt, muscles, belly, shoulders, etc, or typically feminine look: breasts, hips, thighs, buttocks, etc.;
• head, limbs, body, etc.;
- pieces of cloths and shoes according to each case: sex, race, age, models and fashion, etc.;
so that both the groups of removable and interchangeable pieces and the groups of cloths and shoes to be of common use or elegant, for common people or celebrities.
This invention has the following advantages: - the aspect of the doll can be changed as you wish by replacing totally or partially the groups of appearances: sex (feminjne or masculine), race (white, black, yellow, etc.), age (young, adu|t, aged, etc.), mood (happy, sad, gloomy, absent-minded, amazed, etc.), dimensions (tall, short, thin, fat, short and stout, etc.);
- turns to your knowledge of anatomy, characters' psychology, clothes, general knowledge, good taste, etc., having educational and creative consequences;
- Playing with these dolls, which have interchangeable appearances, can be a therapeutic treatment for psychical diseases, expression, communication and somatic difficulties.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS
Here follows an example of performing the invention regarding the figures 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 which represent characteristic parts of the doll according to the invention: Figure 1 - side and front view of the basic, impersonalized doll; Figure 2 - groups of removable and interchangeable pieces for a boy; Figure 3 - groups of removable and interchangeable pieces for a girl; Figure 4 - groups of eyes; Figure 5 - groups of lips, mouths; Figure 6 - groups of heads, faces.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERED EMBODIMENTS
The impersonalized basic doll is built of a supports system each representing the head (1), body trunk (2), upper limbs (3) and lower limbs (4), initially known, between which dismountable articulations (5) are provided. Each support in part can have fixed or dismountable guiding devices (6) on both sides, which allow the correct positioning of the removable and interchangeable pieces when this is required. The sets of removable or interchangeable pieces are either detail pieces as: hair (7), eyes (8), mouth (9), beard (11), lips (10), etc.; or whole pieces: head (12), chest (13), limbs (14) etc. When you want to correct the positioning of these pieces you can use guiding pins (6) so that, all pieces have corresponding holes for introducing these guiding devices (6). The fixing devices of the sets of removable and interchangeable pieces having numbers between 7 and 14, inclusive, can be attached to the supports system of the impersonalized basic doll (1 - 5) by means of some removable pairs attaching devices as staples, Velcro fasteners, magnets or any other equivalent removable fixing devices, placed everywhere the doll has particular anatomic characteristics attached or on its head, body and limbs.
Clothes and shoes details, naturally known, will be picked according to everyone's wish from the range of clothes with which the doll has been delivered.
