Abstract
The invention refers to an arrangement for inserting caffeine into a mouth cavity of a caffeine user. The caffeine, which is located in a caffeine carrier, is enclosed in a moisture permeable packing material, such as e.g. a cloth material, a foil having small openings, net cloth, filter cloth or the like, in creating a caffeine receptacle having the enclosed caffeine therein. During the insertion of the caffeine receptacle into the mouth cavity, moisture from the cavity in the form of saliva or existing moisture enclosed in the caffeine carrier, causes the caffeine to contact moisture in creating a caffeine solution, which can be taken up by body fluids in the mouth cavity.
Description
A product for administrating caffeine into the oral cavity .
The present invention refers to an arrangement for inserting caffeine into a mouth, cavity of a caffeine user, so that the caffeine, which being placed in a caffeine carrier, preferably refined processed parts of plant from plants with caffeine, as e.g. milled roasted coffee-beans, but also chemically produced caffeine in a neutral carrier, is enclosed in an inner, moisture permeable packing material in creating a caffeine receptacle having the enclosed caffeine, which during the insertion into the mouth cavity is contacting saliva in forming a caffeine solution, which can be taken up by body fluids in mouth and throat.
In structures used today on the market of the type described, caffeine is taken up in a caffeine users body by that the person in question drinks coffee or drinks containing caffeine i.e. milled roasted coffee-beans or other caffeine carrier, which contains caffeine, is dissolved by liquid, preferable water, which then is served into a vessel or glass for insertion into the mouth cavity. The caffeine gives a stimulating, positive effect, which the caffeine users frequently have a need of. Often a cup of coffee is available. But there are opportunities when the extra equipment is lacking, such as a thermos with coffee or a served cup of coffee or when it is not possible to buy drinks with caffeine. This fact is a big problem, which means that the caffeine user must be without caffeine, which in turn causes bad mood, irritation, concentration difficulties and other abstinence during these occasions.
The object of the present invention is to eliminate the drawbacks mentioned above by that the caffeine now is packed in easily accessible packages for a direct inserting into a mouth cavity in taking up the caffeine. The characterizing features of the invention are described in the following claims.
Thanks to the invention an arrangement has been provided in creating a caffeine receptacle containing caffeine, which during the insertion into the mouth cavity, will contact saliva in creating a caffeine solution, which in turn is taken up by body fluids in the mouth cavity. The insertion can take place whenever without the need of an additional equipment such as a thermos with coffee and a cup. Thanks to the invention many activities are made easier when both hands of an user need to be used. According to the invention refined processed part of plants from plants having caffeine, milled roasted coffee-beans, cola nuts, guarana seed, yerba mate, black tee or the like, which are heated in a liquid to extract the caffeine which is mixed
with other materials, preferably biological substances such as milled fibres from foodstuffs, any kind of corn or the like and which being caffeine carrier. Chemically produced caffeine in a chemically neutral carrier can also be used. Combinations of different flavourings and added ingredients can be made in order to increase the taste sensation.
According to a preferred embodiment example of the invention the caffeine carrier is enclosed in an inner, moisture permeable packing material, such as e.g. a cloth, foil having small openings, net cloth, filter cloth or the like, in creating a caffeine receptacle having the enclosed caffeine therein. The caffeine receptacle in turn can be enclosed in a quality maintaining space in order to be able to maintain the freshness and its good qualities, such as e.g. aroma, moisture, caffeine quantity and so on in the caffeine carrier during a longer time. The quality maintaining space then presents a moisture tight, surrounding wall consisting of e.g. plastic foil, plastic cloth, rubber cloth or the like in a rigid or flexible material. The surrounding wall presents at least one opening function in the form of e.g. a cover, a hot weld closing device or other enclosure device. During the insertion of caffeine carriers the caffeine can contact the moisture thanks to that fluid from the mouth cavity in the form of saliva or moisture enclosed in the caffeine receptacle gives rise to a caffeine solution, which is taken up by body fluids and the circulation of blood in walls in the mouth cavity, throat and digestive organs. The caffeine carrier consists of a mixture of moisture/liquid and the caffeine but also other ingredients and taste additions can exist.
Another preferable embodiment example of the invention is that the caffeine is situated in a caffeine carrier, which consists of parts of a plant from plants having caffeine such as e.g. milled, roasted coffee beans but also chemically manufactured caffeine in a neutral carrier, such as chemically clean cotton or the like fibres, enclosed in a moisture permeable packing material. After that a caffeine user has taken a caffeine receptacle into his mouth cavity moisture in the form of saliva from the mouth cavity and existing, in the caffeine receptacle enclosed moisture, create a caffeine solution in the mouth cavity. The caffeine receptacle is here enclosed in a moisture tight surrounding wall in creating a quality maintaining space having an opening function in the form of a cover.
Claims
1. An arrangement for inserting caffeine into a mouth cavity of a caffeine user, characterized in that caffeine from preferably refined, processed milled plants having caffeine, such as e.g. roasted coffee-beans, cola nuts, guarana seed, yerba mate, black tee or the like, forms a caffeine carrier, which is enclosed in a packing material, which is at least in some extent moisture permeable, such as e.g. a cloth material, a foil having small openings, net cloth, filter cloth or the like, in creating a caffeine receptacle having the enclosed caffeine therein, whereby during the insertion of the caffeine receptacle into the mouth cavity, moisture from the cavity in the form of saliva and/or existing moisture enclosed in the caffeine carrier, causes the caffeine to contact moisture in creating a caffeine solution, which can be taken up by body fluids and circulation of the blood preferably in/at walls in the mouth cavity, throat and digestive organs of the caffeine user.
2. An arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that the caffeine is an extract from parts of plant having caffeine or is synthetically or chemically manufactured.
3. An arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that the caffeine exists in a chemically neutral carrier, such as chemically pure cotton or similar fibres.
4. An arrangement according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the caffeine is mixed with other substances, such e.g. milled fibres from e.g. food stuffs, e.g. variety of corn, tea leaf or the like food stuff in order to form a caffeine carrier.
5. An arrangement according any of claims 1 - 3, characterized in that the caffeine carrier in the caffeine receptacle is an optimum mixture of a number of ingredients, from which some of them create the moisture and the caffeine.
6. An arrangement according any of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one caffeine receptacle is enclosed in at least one quality maintaining space in order to maintain the freshness and its good qualities such as e.g. aroma, moisture, caffeine quantity and so on in the caffeine carrier during a longer time.
7. An arrangement according to claim 6, characterized in that the quality maintaining space presents at least one mainly moisture tight, surrounding wall consisting of e.g. plastic foil, plastic cloth, rubber cloth or the like in a rigid and/or flexible material.
8. An arrangement according to claim 6, characterized in that the surrounding wall presents at least one opening function in the form of e.g. a cover.
