Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à des procédés permettant d'estimer automatiquement divers objets de valeur par l'intermédiaire de moyens de communication électroniques modernes, et peut servir en particulier à l'estimation d'objets de collection. L'objectif principal de ladite estimation est d'augmenter l'objectivité de l'estimation initiale et de l'estimation en cours, en tenant compte de facteurs supplémentaires caractérisant la valeur réelle desdits objets estimés. Le procédé selon l'invention consiste : à définir une pluralité de critères généralisés qui caractérisent le prix d'un objet de collection quelconque ; à diviser chaque critère en une pluralité de sous-critères, auxquels sont associés de manière biunivoque une pluralité de chiffres numériques ; à calculer le prix de base d'un objet rare sur la base d'informations caractérisant sa survenance ; à examiner ensuite la correspondance de chaque critère avec un sous-critère concret, ce qui permet de déterminer la valeur numérique des sous-critères ; à obtenir la valeur du prix actuel de l'objet rare en cours d'estimation, en multipliant successivement la valeur du prix de base par toutes les valeurs numériques des sous-critères.
