Abstract

In communication for a mobile body, it is possible to provide a method for continuing communication for a mobile terminal which cannot communicate directly with a base station, without modifying the IP address. Moreover, when the mobile terminals belong to the same sub-network, it is possible to perform communication between the mobile terminals by multi-hop communication. When allocating a C/O address belonging to the sub-network to be connected, the mobile terminal which has received a router advertisement transmits the same router advertisement, thereby allocating a C/O address to the mobile terminal which cannot communicate directly with the base station. The mobile terminals constitute an ad-hoc network and realizes communication via the base station. Moreover, by routing the home address of the mobile terminal by the ad-hoc network, it is possible to realize communication between the mobile terminals in the same sub-network.
