Abstract

The invention relates to non-return bag and spring clamp for the collection and isolation of animal excrement. The inventive device is characterised in that it comprises a disposable bag (1) and a spring clamp (10) which can be connected to, and separated from one another as desired by the user. According to the invention, the upper edges (2) of the bag (1) are folded inwards and sealed with longitudinal welds (3 and 4) such as to form a longitudinal hole (5) in the upper part of the bag (1). The lateral edges of the bag are sealed with another weld (6) such as to form the body of the bag (1). Moreover, the end part (7) of the upper inwardly-folded edges (2) are sealed with one or more welding points (8) except for at one non-sealed through part (9), such that excrement (14) can enter the body of the bag (1), but cannot leave same. The spring clamp comprises two arms (11) and two guide legs (13), each of the legs (13) extending from one of the arms (11). The guide legs (13), which are introduced into the above-mentioned longitudinal hole (5), come into contact with the excrement collection and isolation bag (1) and are used to handle same. The aforementioned arms (11) are linked together at a connection point (12) in the form of a spring which can be gripped by the user. In addition, the arms (11) can be joined and closed with the application of pressure from the hand against the resistance of the spring (12) and returned to their initial position upon release of said pressure owing to the spring effect provided by the arm connection point (12) which separates the arms. In this way, the bag can be opened or closed by actuating the clamp with the hand such as to open or close same respectively.

Description

Non-return bag and spring clamp device for collecting and isolating animal feces

DESCRIPTION Object of the invention

The present invention has as its object a device that allows the collection of animal droppings that are within reach of the user, and at the same time conferring them an insulation from the outside, without ever entering into contact with the user, in a simple and comfortable way for this one.

Background of the invention

The present invention arises as a response to the need on the part of the user to be able to carry out the collection of solids and at the same time proceed to their isolation, without at any time contacting the user with the collected solid.

It is usual circumstance that, for those people who have a companion animal (dogs or cats, for example), when they go on a walk on the public highway, they must collect the excrement discharged by said companion animals. Such circumstance is typical of the necessary and enforceable citizenship for those people who have pets, and carry out their walk on public roads.

However, the task of collecting and subsequently disposing of waste and excrement originated and discharged by pets is, in addition to obviously unpleasant and unpleasant, sometimes especially cumbersome, and poses a danger to the user of getting dirty when proceeding. to its collection, being necessary to also ensure, after the collection, its adequate isolation.

Another circumstance to a certain extent similar, can occur in the collection of any object that can be considered delicate, and that requires isolation from the outside, so that it remains unchanged after collection (samples for the scientific police, for example). The device of the present invention solves and solves all this problem, since it allows the collection of solid objects within reach of the user, in addition to an immediate isolation after its collection. All this in a simple and comfortable way for the user. Summary of the invention

The non-return and spring-clamp bag device for collecting and isolating animal feces is characterized in that it comprises a disposable bag and a spring-clamp, such that both elements are joined or separated at the user's discretion. The bag has its upper edges folded towards the inside of the bag, with a longitudinal welds such that they form a longitudinal hole in the upper part of the bag, and with another weld on the lateral edges that make up the body of the bag, and being The final part of the upper edges folded towards the inside of the bag with one or more welding points between them, less in a free passage part, so that it allows the excrement to pass inside the body of the bag but not your exit.

The spring clamp comprises two arms and two guide legs, each of the guide legs extending each of the arms, and the guide legs being those that come into contact with the bag for collecting and isolating excrement for handling by introducing by its longitudinal hole, and the arms being joined together by a spring-like nexus and function, and that can be grasped with the user's hand by contacting the user's hand with the arms and the arms can be joined and closed by the action of the latter overcoming the resistance of the spring effect of the connection nexus, returning to its initial open position when the pressure of the user's hand ceases, thanks to the same spring effect of the linkage of the arms that tends to keep them apart, allowing and then causing the bag to open or close, by operating by opening or closing respectively the clamp with the user's hand.

These and other characteristics will be better derived from the detailed description that follows, to facilitate which is accompanied by six sheets of explanatory drawings illustrating a practical case of embodiment that is cited by way of illustration but not limiting the scope of the present invention. Drawings Figure 1 illustrates the general constitutive arrangement of the device bag.

Figure 2 illustrates the constitutive typology of the spring clamp. Figure 3 illustrates the joint arrangement of the device with the bag and the spring clamp. Figures 4, 5 and 6 illustrate the general operation of the device.

Detailed description of a preferred embodiment of the invention

In accordance with the object of the present invention, the animal excrement collection device is designed to allow the collection of excrement within the reach of the user, and also confer an isolation to them from the outside, in a simple and simple way. comfortable for the user.

The device comprises a bag, the general constitution of which appears in Figure 1. Said bag (1) has the upper edges (2) of its opening folded into it, as can be seen in Figure 1, and with a weld in the parts (3) and (4), so that longitudinal guide holes (5) remain.

The lateral edges of the bag (1) also have welds (6), giving shape to the body of the bag (1). The final part (7) of the folded edges (2) also meets a weld (8), less in a central part (9), so that the solids that penetrate inside it cannot carry out the reverse path and out of the bag (1).

The device also comprises a spring clamp (10), whose constitutive typology can be seen in Figure 2. The spring clamp (10) comprises two arms (11) and two guide legs (13), each of the legs being guide (13) extension of each of the arms (11), and the arms (11) being joined together by a link (12) in the manner and function of spring. The spring clamp can be grasped with the user's hand by the arms (11), and be closed by the pressure of the latter overcoming the resistance of the spring effect of the connecting nexus (12), as indicated in the arrow of the figure 2, returning to its initial open position when the pressure of the user's hand ceases, thanks to the same spring effect of the connecting nexus (12), as shown in Figure 2. It also has guide legs (13), for be introduced through the guide holes (5) of the bag (1) (figure 1).

The bag and the spring clip are arranged and placed between them as can be seen in Figure 3. The opening of the bag (1) is oriented downwards (in the direction where the droppings to be collected are located), and the guide legs (13) of the spring clamp are introduced through the guide holes (5) of the bag, with the final arrangement shown in Figure 3.

The operation of the device is indicated in Figures 4, 4 'and 4 ". According to Figure 4, the excrement (14) to be collected through the opening of the bag (1) is covered, with its opening facing down (in the direction in which the excrement (14) to be collected is found), and with the guide legs (13) of the spring clip inserted in the guide holes (5) of the bag, as explained with Figure 3 Once the solid is covered by the bag (1), with the hand gripping the spring clip, it is pressed, as shown in Figure 4 ', then closing the opening of the bag (1), and leaving the excrement (14) inside the bag (1).

Then the whole device is turned around, so that the excrement (14) falls inside the bag (1) through the central part (9) without welding, and going to its final position inside the body of the bag (1), according to the route indicated by an arrow (figure 4 ").

The bag (1), with the excrement (14) inside, is separated after the spring clamp (10), removing the guide legs (13) from the guide holes (5), and placed in the proper place by it user (bins, isolation chamber, etc). The spring clamp (10) can be used again with another new bag, following the same procedure. The device shown may have the most relevant configuration and components for such functions. The components described or any other suitable components can be used to perform the same type of task. The invention, within its essentiality, can be carried out in other embodiments that differ only in detail from that indicated by way of example, which will also achieve the protection sought. This invention can therefore be carried out with the most suitable means, components and accessories, the component elements being able to be replaced by other technically equivalent ones, as all of this falls within the claims.
