Description

Bags made of paper or plastic

The invention relates to a bag of paper, plastic or plastic / paper laminate according to the preamble of claim 1.

Bags or sacks of the above-mentioned type have been known for years in many designs. They are used to take food and other products, and they can be closed after the first opening by the consumer again. Many of the known bags also have an indicator for a first opening, which the consumer indicating whether the bag has already been opened once or not. The means for indicating the first opening are mostly expensive to manufacture and / or they often interfere with the aesthetic appearance of the bag.

An object of the present invention is to provide a cost-attachable bag with a reclosable fastener and a means for indicating initial opening of the bag.

This object is achieved by a bag according to the features of claim 1. Particularly advantageous embodiments of the invention are described in the dependent claims.

The compound of the fastening tabs of the closure with the front and rear pouch wall allows a continuously extending clothing, the bag with the shutters. The bags may, arranged side by side on a transport means lying, are uninterruptedly connected to the parallel supplied thereto, initially non-cut to the length closures. The shutters can be fully integrated into the bag and are not or only in the groove area visible from the outside. The full integration of the closures in the bag inside they are insensitive acting from the inside of the filling pressures.

By turning over the longer bag wall of the closure until the first opening can be completely covered and against damage and naturally protected from inadvertent initial opening. In addition, the appearance of a bag with concealed closure is substantially better than in visible closure. The hidden fastener is also protected from pollution.

On the basis of illustrated embodiments of the invention will be explained in more detail. Show it

In the first embodiment of the invention according to Figures 1 to 3 is denoted by reference numeral 1, the whole of a pouch or bag comprising a front bag wall 3, a rear bag wall 5, the two bag walls 3,5 intermediate connecting walls 7 and a bottom. 9 At the upper edges 3 'and 5' of the two bag walls 3 and 5, which are opposed to the bottom 9, a shutter 11 is arranged in the form of a known extruded grooved closure. The connection between the two bag walls 3,5 and the two attached to the grooved closure 11 fastening tabs IIa and IIb is carried out on the inner sides of the bag walls 3,5 along the edges 3 ', 5'. The connection may be by an adhesive applied on the closure 11 prior to assembling the liquid adhesive, a preapplizierten hotmelt adhesive or by a welding / sealing. About the two cooperating each other to grip certain parts of the grooved closure 11, a slider may be slidably fitted. 13 This facilitates the opening and closing of the bag 1. The two bag walls 3,5 are laterally in the transition to the intermediate walls 7, where they exist, cut along the edges over a length a (see Figure 3). This allows the endless feeding of the closures 11 (see Figures 7 to 9) and inserting the fasteners 11 between the edges 3 ', 5'. The above to lie next rear bag wall 5 and whose edge 5 'is slightly lifted by suitable means. After insertion of the fastener 11, the two bag walls are 3.5 outside the ends of the

Fastening tabs IIa, IIb bonded in the regions 15 together. In order to obtain a sufficient bonding area, the length L of the fixing sheets IIa, IIb is smaller than the width B of the bag walls 3.5. Of the groove bearing part of the lock grooves 11 has a length which corresponds at least to the width B of the bag walls 3.5. To enable a continuous assembly, the endlessly supplied closure 11 or on its attachment tabs IIa, IIb-outs 12 are mounted. In the areas that lie laterally outside the fastening tabs IIa, IIb, ie in the region of the punched-out 12, which come to lie laterally of the fastening tabs IIa IIb, the Schweissungeh (ultrasound, adhesive, etc.) are mounted, of which the two bag walls 3, 5 inseparably together. Also, the connecting elements of the closure 11 carrying members are connected at the ends to one another non-detachably. This prevents that the slider 13 the grooved closure 11 can leave the side. The ends of the fastener 11 can remain open, ie they are not connected together.

As tamper evidence can between the two fastener tabs IIa, a film may be attached to or integrally formed IIb ie 17 whose edges are connected to the fastener tabs IIa, IIb. When the shutter open groove 11 thus is the contents of the bag 1 only accessible if with a knife, or, if a perforation is present, the film is broken through 17 by pressing.

Applying and connecting the fastening tabs IIa, IIb with the upper ends 3 ', 5' of the side walls 3,5 can be carried out fully automatically with simple means. At the endlessly supplied profile closures 11, an endlessly produced extrusion product, the punched are first performed 12 to to shorten the fastening tabs IIa IIb with respect to the length of the grooved closure 11 and to allow the prepared / prefabricated closure 1 between the intervals L bag walls 3.5 insert. Thereafter, in known manner, the welding / bonding of the closure 11 to the bag walls 3,5 and connecting the outside of the fastening tabs IIa, IIb located portions of the bag walls may be made 3.5.

Figure 7 shows on a table or conveyor belt 19 adjacent bag l, the folds in the region of the edges 3 ', 5' are cut away. Parallel to the upper ends of the bags l and between the edges 3 ', 5' of the shutter 11 is continuously fed (see also Figure 8). By gently lifting the edge 3 'by any suitable means, the closure 11 can be easily positioned exactly between the side walls 3.5. After insertion of the closure between the edges 3 ', S' with a compound device, such as a Ultraschal1-welding device 21, a gluing / welding of the fastening tabs IIa and Hb with the inner surfaces of the edges 3 ', S' made (see Figure 9 ). Using the same welding device 21 or other suitable heat generating apparatus, the areas of the bag walls 3,5, located outside the ends of the fastening tabs IIa IIb are welded / glued to each other. For bonding the fastening tabs can IIa, IIb applied hot melt adhesive or liquid adhesive may be used. Alternatively, 3.5 coatings may be applied to the bag walls which permit adhesive bonding / welding of the pouch walls 3,5 with the closure. 11

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention according to Figures 4 to 6, a bag with a front bag wall 103 and a rear bag wall 105 and intermediate walls 107 is shown schematically with reference numeral 101 in turn. The front bag wall 103 has in the illustrated bag 101 to a greater height than the rear bag wall 105 so that its upper portion 119 extends beyond the upper end of the rear bag wall 105 by the amount h. The upper end 105 'of the rear bag wall 105 is either on the outside of the bag wall 105 or the inside of the bag wall 105 (see Figure 6 in broken lines) mounted on the fastening tabs 111b. The second fastening tabs purple the grooved closure 111 is in the distance h from the upper end of the front bag wall 103 attached to the inside thereof. The connection between the locking groove 111 and the bag walls 103,105 is analogous to that as in the first embodiment according to Figures 1 to 3 will be described. On the grooved closure 111, in turn, a slider may be placed 113th

The length L of the fixing sheets purple, 111b is in turn smaller than the width B of the bag walls 103,105. In this embodiment, the length of the groove-bearing part of the groove shutter 111 may be slightly smaller than the width B of the bag walls 103,105 for aesthetic reasons. The outside of the fastening tabs 111b regions located purple, 115 of the two bag walls 103, 105 are bonded in this section with each other undetachably. For manufacturing reasons, however, it is advantageous to make the length of the groove-carrying portion of the closure, as in the first embodiment. This allows the endless feeding of the closures 111 and after their connection to the bag 101 of the shutter 111 between two successive pouches 111 may be separated.

In the upper portion 119 of the front bag wall 103, a Sollbruσhbereich 121 is formed, which is constituted for example by two parallel lines of perforations 123rd Alternatively, or in addition to the perforation 123, a peelable protective film from the bag 125 can be applied to the frangible portion (see FIG. 6). Inserting and connecting the shutter 111 to the bag 101 is carried out as in the first embodiment according to Figures 7 to 9. The rear pouch wall 105 superior portion 119 interferes with the assembly not (see Figure 8 and 9).

Of the shutter 111 via protruding upper portion 119 of the front bag wall 103 after fixing the shutter 111, that is connecting the shutter 111, to the bag walls 103,105 folded over and glued at its end 127 to the rear pouch wall 105 (Figure 6). After folding of the upper portion 119 of the upper opening of the bag 101 is completely closed on the one hand and also the grooved closure 111 covered. The breaking area is located about above the closure 111. Of course, called the upper portion 119, and lobes, alternatively, be attached to the rear pouch wall 105th Analogously to the first embodiment may additionally comprise a film 117 as a first opening guarantee attached to the fastening tabs purple, 111b of the closure lll also in the second embodiment, provided that both fastening tabs purple and 111b are respectively fixed to the inside of the bag walls 103,105.

The opening of the bag 101 according to the invention according to Figures 4 to 6 is carried out by tearing open of the frangible portion 121 along the perforation 123 or by peeling off the protective film 125, which exposes the breaking area 121st Thereafter, the lock grooves 111 is freely accessible and, if as a first opening guarantee a foil is present in addition 117, this must be broken yet, to access the contents of the bag.
