Description

Description CONTAINER FOR LIQUID TYPE COSMETIC
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a container for liquid type cosmetic, and more par¬ ticularly, to a container which contains a liquid cosmetic product such that the liquid cosmetic product is easily used.
[2]
Background Art
[3] Women use various kinds of cosmetic products for her own beauty. The cosmetic products are mainly classified into base makeup cosmetic products and point makeup cosmetic products used for eyes, eyebrows, and lips. The base makeup cosmetics products include face powders, foundations, and cheek rouge, and the point makeup cosmetic products include eye shadow, eyeliner, mascara, and lipstick.
[4] Recently, such a cosmetic product has been changed from a solid cosmetic product to a liquid (gel) cosmetic product. Accordingly, since a case for containing and easily using the liquid cosmetic product is required, it is now being developed.
[5] The liquid cosmetic product is typically contained in a tube or a bottle. Con¬ ventionally, women take the liquid cosmetic product out of the tube or the bottle and put the liquid cosmetic product into her hand or a separate vessel and paint then her own face little by little. Accordingly, women must have a puff for painting her own face using the liquid cosmetic product or wash her hand with water after makeup. In addition, since it is difficult to pour the liquid cosmetic product from the bottle or squeeze the liquid cosmetic product from the tube by a needed amount, the liquid cosmetic product remains and thus wastes. Such waste must be solved in view of con¬ servation of resources.
[6]
Disclosure of Invention
Technical Solution
[7] In order to solve the aforementioned problems, the present invention provides a container for liquid type cosmetic, which can directly take the liquid cosmetic product out of the container and use the liquid cosmetic product without using a separate vessel to prevent waste of the cosmetic product and prevent a user's hand from being stained with the cosmetic product.
[8] According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a container for the liquid cosmetic product includes: a containing unit in which a liquid cosmetic product storing space and a cosmetic product discharge port are formed; a discharge cap in which a plurality of perforated holes are formed and which is coupled to the discharge port to form a spread space with the discharge port; and a cover coupled to the upper end of the containing unit having the discharge cap.
[9] Accordingly, the cosmetic product contained in the container is widely discharged to the discharge cap through the spread space. A user can paint the cosmetic product which is widely spread on the discharge cap on her own face using a puff.
[10] Here, a discharge device which discharges the liquid cosmetic product toward the discharge cap may be further comprised.
[11] Furthermore, a puff surrounding the discharge cap may be further comprised.
[12] According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a container for liquid type cosmetic including: a containing unit in which a cosmetic product storing space is formed; a pump unit having a pump body for operating a pump and a discharge hole formed in the upper end of a nozzle and coupled to the containing unit; an auxiliary storing unit in which an inlet communicated with the discharge hole of the pump unit is formed; a cover unit coupled to the pump body to open/close the auxiliary storing unit; and a discharge cap which is mounted in the auxiliary storing unit and in which a plurality of perforated holes are formed.
[13] According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a container for liquid type cosmetic including: a containing unit in which a cosmetic product storing space is formed; a pump unit having a pump body for operating a pump and a discharge hole formed in the upper end of a nozzle and coupled to the containing unit; an auxiliary storing unit in which an inlet communicated with the discharge hole of the pump unit is formed; and a detachably fixing unit which detachably couples the nozzle with the auxiliary storing unit. Here, the detachably fixing unit may communicate the discharge hole of the nozzle with the auxiliary storing unit when the nozzle is coupled to the auxiliary storing unit. Accordingly, a user can carry only the auxiliary storing unit when going out.
[14]
Advantageous Effects
[15] The present invention has the following effects. But, the present invention need not have all the following effects.
[16] Since a discharge cap for uniformly spreading a cosmetic product discharged from the container for the cosmetic product and a sponge or a puff mounted on the discharge cap are included, a user can paint the cosmetic product absorbed in the puff or the sponge on her own face directly or using a separate puff. Accordingly, since a user's hand is not stained with the cosmetic product after the makeup, the user can easily paint her own face. Furthermore, since the cosmetic product does not remain unlike the case of using a separate vessel, the cosmetic product can be saved. [17] Moreover, since the present invention includes an auxiliary storing unit which can be detached, it is advantageous in view of portability. [18]

Mode for the Invention
[50] Now, in order to more specifically explain the present invention, exemplary em¬ bodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. [51] FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a container for liquid type cosmetic according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross- sectional view thereof. [52] A pump type container for liquid type cosmetic according to the present embodiment mainly includes a containing unit 1, a pump unit 2, a cover unit 4, and an auxiliary storing unit 3. [53] The containing unit 1 contains a liquid cosmetic product. A screw thread 12 for coupling with the pump unit 2 is formed at the upper outer end of the containing unit 1. [54] The pump unit 2 is coupled and fixed to the containing unit 1. The auxiliary storing unit 3 is formed on a portion of the pump unit 2, in which a discharge hole 8 of a pump is formed. The auxiliary storing unit 3 includes a cosmetic product auxiliary containing space 13 connected with the discharge hole 8 of the pump. A discharge cap 5 in which a plurality of perforated holes 6 are formed is mounted in the auxiliary containing space 13. A sponge 7 for absorbing the liquid cosmetic product is mounted on the discharge cap 5. A screw thread 10 for coupling with the cover unit 4 is formed on the outer surface of a pump body 11.
[55] The cover unit 4 is threadably coupled to the pump body 11 such that the auxiliary storing unit 3 is opened and closed, and has a mirror 9 formed on the upper surface thereof. By this structure, a user can paint her own face while looking into the mirror 9.
[56] The pump unit 2 may use any one of well-known pumps and the present invention is not limited to a specific kind of pump. The liquid cosmetic product contained in the containing unit 1 is discharged through the pump and the discharged cosmetic product is absorbed into and stored in the sponge 7 of the auxiliary storing unit 3.
[57] The discharge cap 5 is formed such that a spread space 16 is formed. That is, the discharge cap 5 includes a perforated-hole forming plate 5a in which perforated holes are formed and a support portion 5b provided on the lower surface of the perforated- hole forming plate 5a such that the perforated-hole forming plate 5a is not closely adhered to the bottom surface of the auxiliary storing unit 3. Accordingly, when the discharge cap 5 is mounted in the auxiliary containing space 13, the spread space 16 is formed between the perforated-hole forming plate 5 a and the bottom surface of the auxiliary storing unit 3.
[58] When the pump unit 2 is pressed, the liquid cosmetic product contained in the containing unit 1 is injected into the spread space 16 through the discharge hole 8 and then uniformly absorbed into the sponge 7 through the perforated holes of the discharge cap 5. Accordingly, the user can paint her own face using the sponge 7 in which the cosmetic product is uniformly absorbed and or a puff. Accordingly, since the user can paint her own face without staining her hand with the cosmetic product, the user can easily paint her own face. Furthermore, since the user need not take a pre¬ determined amount of the cosmetic product out of the container and then put the cosmetic product into a separate vessel and thus the cosmetic product does not remain after makeup, consumption of the cosmetic product can be reduced.
[59] FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of a container for liquid type cosmetic according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
[60] In the container for the liquid cosmetic product according to the second embodiment, the bottom surface of an auxiliary storing unit 30 is doubly formed without the discharge cap 5 of the first embodiment to form a spread space 16 for spreading the liquid cosmetic product discharged from a discharge hole 8 at the middle portion thereof. A plurality of perforated holes 6 are formed in the upper plate of the auxiliary storing unit 30 located above the spread space 16. The cosmetic product is discharged through the perforated holes 6 to be absorbed into a sponge 7.
[61] Furthermore, a puff mounting unit 18 is formed in the lower side of the containing unit 1 and a cap 14 is covered on the puff mounting unit 18 such that the puff mounting unit 18 is opened and closed. A puff 15 is mounted in the puff mounting unit 18 such that it can be used when necessary.
[62] FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of a container for liquid type cosmetic according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
[63] In the container for the liquid cosmetic product according to the third embodiment, an auxiliary storing unit 130 is formed in a circular plate shape having a concave upper surface, and a sponge 170 surrounds the auxiliary storing unit 130. A porous absorbing material 117 having large pores may be attached to the central lower surface of the sponge 170 such that the liquid cosmetic product is absorbed thereinto well. In the third embodiment, a spread space 160 is defined as a space between the auxiliary storing unit 130 and the sponge 170.
[64] FIG. 6 is a perspective view illustrating a state that the containers for the liquid cosmetic product according to the first through third embodiments of the present invention are assembled.
[65] FIGS. 7 through 11 illustrate a container for liquid type cosmetic according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 7 is an exploded perspective view of the liquid cosmetic product according to the fourth embodiment.
[66] The container for the liquid cosmetic product according to the fourth embodiment is characterized in that an auxiliary storing unit can be detached. The container for the liquid cosmetic product according to the fourth embodiment mainly includes a containing unit 401, a pump unit 402, a cover unit 404, an auxiliary storing unit 403, and a detachably fixing unit 420. The container for the liquid cosmetic product according to the fourth embodiment is characterized in that the detachably fixing unit 20 for detachably fixing the auxiliary storing unit 403 to the pump unit 402 is included. The containing unit 1 and the pump unit 2 the same structure as the aforementioned embodiments and thus their detailed description will be omitted.
[67] A liquid cosmetic product is contained in the containing unit 401.
[68] The pump unit 402 is coupled and fixed to the containing unit 401 and com¬ municated with the auxiliary storing unit 403 through a discharge hole 408 of a pump. An auxiliary storing space 413 connected with the discharge hole 408 of the pump is formed in the auxiliary storing unit 403, a discharge cap 405 in which a plurality of perforated holes 406 are formed is mounted in the auxiliary storing space 413, and a sponge 407 in which the liquid cosmetic product is mounted is laid on the discharge cap 405.
[69] The cover unit 404 is threadably coupled to a pump body 411 such that the auxiliary storing unit 403 is opened and closed, and has a mirror 409 formed on the upper surface thereof. By this structure, a user can conveniently paint her own face while looking into the mirror.
[70] The pump unit 402 may use any one of well-known pumps and the present invention is not limited to a specific kind of pump.
[71] The liquid cosmetic product contained in the containing unit 401 is discharged through the pump and the discharged cosmetic product is absorbed into and stored in the sponge 407 of the auxiliary storing unit 403.
[72] Hereinafter, the detachably fixing unit 420 which detaches the auxiliary storing unit
403 from the pump type container for the liquid cosmetic product will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9. FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a state that the auxiliary storing unit is detached, and FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a state that the auxiliary storing unit is incorporated.
[73] The discharge cap 405 may be made of an elastic material such that the liquid cosmetic product is discharged upward through the perforated holes of the discharge cap 405 when the discharge cap 405 is pressed downward.
[74] An inlet 421 is formed in the central lower surface of the auxiliary storing unit 403, an engagement groove 427 is formed in the wall of the inlet 421, and a screw thread 432 engaged with the engagement groove 427 is formed on the wall end surface of a nozzle 430 of the pump unit 402.
[75] As shown in FIG. 10, a plurality of grooves 431 are formed in the end of the nozzle
430 and may be replaced with a plurality of perforated holes formed in the wall end surface of the nozzle. A pump body is fixed to the end of the nozzle 430. The lengths of the upper end of the pump body and the end of the nozzle 430 are formed longer than the height of the inlet 421 of the auxiliary storing unit 403 such that the end of the nozzle 430 is protruded from the inlet 421 when the nozzle 430 is fixed to the inlet 421. The protruded nozzle 430 pushes an opening/closing unit 422 such that the inlet 421 is opened and the liquid cosmetic product is injected into the auxiliary storing unit 403 through the grooves 431.
[76] A fixing bracket 423 is coupled to the circumference of the inlet 421 formed in the auxiliary storing unit 403. As shown in FIG. 11, the fixing bracket 423 has a spring support portion 429 and one end of a spring 424 is fixed to the lower surface of the spring support portion 429. A plurality of continuous holes 428 are formed in the cir¬ cumference of the fixing bracket 423. The liquid cosmetic product is injected into the auxiliary storing unit 403 through the continuous holes 428.
[77] The other end of the spring 424 is coupled to the opening/closing unit 422. The opening/closing unit 422 closes the inlet 421 by a force of the spring 424 and opens the inlet 421 by pushing the end of the nozzle 430.
[78] The opening/closing unit 422 may be made of an elastic material and is formed to cover the inlet 421. A movement guide 426 for guiding the spring 424 is formed on the upper surface of the opening/closing unit 422. The movement guide 426 is inserted into the spring 424 to prevent the spring 424 from being separated and moves along a fixing hole 425 formed in the central upper surface of the fixing bracket 423.
[79] When the auxiliary storing unit 403 is detached, the force for pushing the spring
424 upward is removed and thus the opening/closing unit 422 is pushed downward by the force of the spring 424 to close the inlet 421. Thus, the liquid cosmetic product can be prevented from flowing out. Accordingly, the user can carry the container when going out by detaching the auxiliary storing unit 403. The container can be easily carried using a portable case, a pouch, or a puff and may be modified in various shapes for convenience s sake.
[80] FIGS. 12 and 13 illustrate a modified example of the detachably fixing unit, where
FIG. 12 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a state that the auxiliary storing unit is detached, and FIG. 13 a cross-sectional view illustrating a state that the auxiliary storing unit is incorporated.
[81] A curved groove on which an opening/closing unit having a ball shape is mounted is formed in the upper end of an inlet 421 and a spring 434 elastically supports the upper surface of the opening/closing unit 433 to close the inlet 421. The other end of the spring 434 is fixed and supported to the lower surface of the fixing bracket 423.
[82] A nozzle 430 is coupled to the inlet 421. When the end of the nozzle 430 pushes the opening/closing unit 433 upward, the inlet 421 is opened and the liquid cosmetic product is injected into the auxiliary storing unit by a pumping operation. Only the auxiliary storing unit having sponge or the auxiliary storing space for storing the liquid cosmetic product can be detached and carried. When the nozzle 430 is detached, the opening/closing unit 433 closes the inlet 421 to prevent the liquid cosmetic product from flowing out.
[83] When the opening/closing unit 433 closes the inlet 421, a seat portion may be formed in the upper circumferential end of the inlet 421 such that the opening/closing unit 433 is seated to the inlet 421. This can be easily inferred from the present invention and thus its detailed description will be omitted.
[84] According to the present embodiment, only the auxiliary storing unit can be easily carried using an auxiliary pouch or an auxiliary case.
[85] The container for the liquid cosmetic product according to the fourth embodiment is advantageous in view of portability, since a predetermined amount of the cosmetic product can be absorbed into the sponge and thus only the auxiliary storing unit can be carried when going out.
[86] FIGS. 14 through 18 illustrate a container for liquid type cosmetic according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention.
[87] The container for the liquid cosmetic product according to the fifth embodiment is different from the aforementioned embodiments in that an elevation type container is used.
[88] The container for the liquid cosmetic product according to the fifth embodiment includes a containing unit 501, an operation knob 510, a conveying plate 520, a discharge cap 530, an internal cover 540, and an external cover 550.
[89] In the containing unit 501, a space for storing a cosmetic product is formed.
Furthermore, an engagement jaw 504 is formed at the upper outer side of the containing unit 501 such that the internal cover 540 is detachably coupled to the engagement jaw 504.
[90] A knob fixing unit 503 is formed at the central lower side of the containing unit 501 and the operation knob 510 is rotatably fixed to the knob fixing unit 503.
[91] A conveying screw 512 is integrally formed above the operation knob 510 with the operation knob 510. The conveying screw 512 has a rod shape. A screw thread is formed on the surface of the conveying screw 512. A circular grip of the operation knob 510 and the conveying screw 521 formed above the operation knob 510 are fixed to each other. When the operation knob 510 is detached from the containing unit 501 and the circular grip rotates, the conveying screw 512 rotates.
[92] A plurality of stop protrusions 511 are formed on the upper surface of the grip of the operation knob 510 and a plurality of stop grooves are formed in the bottom surface of the containing unit 501 to be engaged with the stop protrusions. Ac¬ cordingly, although the operation knob 510 rotates, the operation knob 510 moves by a distance that the stop protrusions 511 are fitted to the stop grooves 502 and thus the cosmetic product can be discharged by a very small amount.
[93] The conveying plate 520 vertically moves along the conveying screw 512. A screw thread engaged with the screw thread of the conveying screw 512 is formed on the inner wall of the hole formed in the center of the conveying plate 520. A fixing groove 521 is formed in the circumferential wall of the conveying plate 520. A sealing member 522 is fixed to the fixing groove 521 and closely adhered to the inner wall of the containing unit 501 such that the liquid cosmetic product 505 contained in the upper side of the conveying plate 520 is prevented from flowing downward. The sealing member 522 is typically made of rubber and has a plurality of screw threads formed on the surface thereof in order to obtain good adhesion with the inner wall of the containing unit 501 and good movability. Accordingly, an adhesion area between the sealing member 522 and the inner wall of the containing unit 501 is reduced and thus the movability of the sealing member 522 increases.
[94] The discharge cap 530 includes a lower plate 531 in which a plurality of perforated holes 534 are formed, a fixing frame 533 in which a puff hole 538 is formed at the center thereof, and a puff 532 inserted therebetween.
[95] The lower plate 531 has a fixing step 539 of which the circumference of the upper side is greater than that of the lower side, and the plurality of performed holes 534 formed in the upper surface thereof. The fixing frame 533 is formed in a circular shape to be inserted into the fixing step 39. An upper frame portion 537 is formed on the fixing frame 533 to press and fix the circumference of the puff 532. Accordingly, the puff 532 of which the circumference is pressed and fixed by the upper frame portion 537 is exposed to the inside of the puff hole 538.
[96] The puff 532 is composed by fixing a sponge 535 to the upper surface of an absorbing material 536. The absorbing material 536 is made of a material which has many pores therein and absorbs the cosmetic product well. The sponge 535 mounted on the absorbing material 536 has pores smaller tan those of the absorbing material 536. The sponge 535 which contains the liquid cosmetic product discharges the liquid cosmetic product by pushing the puff.
[97] A discharge hole 541 is formed in the central upper surface of the internal cover
540 and the internal cover 540 is detachably fixed to the upper side of the containing unit 501. The upper inner surface of the internal cover 540 is formed in the sub¬ stantially same shape as the upper surface of the discharge cap 530 such that the liquid cosmetic product discharged from the puff 532 is ejected through the discharge hole 541.
[98] A projection 551 is formed on the central inner surface of the external cover 550.
The inner surface of external cover 550 is formed in the same shape as the outer surface of the internal cover 540 and is inserted into and fixed to the internal cover 540. The projection 551 has the same diameter as the discharge hole 541. Thus, when the external cover 550 is closed, the projection 551 is inserted into the discharge hole
541 of the internal cover 540 to close the discharge hole 541.
[99] At this time, the external cover 550 is made of a transparent material such that it can be easily checked whether the projection 551 is inserted into the discharge hole 541 of the internal cover 540 well and the container can be beautifully seen in view of appearance. Furthermore, the rotation direction of the operation knob 501 is displayed on the outside of the container such that a direction of discharging the liquid cosmetic product is displayed when turning the operation knob 510.
[100] As described above, according to the container for the liquid cosmetic product of the fifth embodiment, a very small amount of the liquid cosmetic product can be used. Furthermore, in a case of using a small amount of the liquid cosmetic product, a small amount of the liquid cosmetic product is discharged through the discharge hole and used using a different puff. In a case of using a large amount of the liquid cosmetic product, the internal cover is opened and the liquid cosmetic product is then used using the puff of the discharge cap. In addition, the operation of the operation knob can be easily controlled by the stop protrusion and the stop groove.
[101] FIGS. 19 through 21 illustrate a container for liquid type cosmetic according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention.
[102] As shown in FIG. 19, the container for the liquid cosmetic product according to the sixth embodiment includes a containing unit 601, an operation knob 610, a conveying plate 620, a discharge cap 630, a first cover 660 coupled to the upper end of the containing unit 601 having the discharge cap 630, a second puff 661 mounted on the upper surface of the first cover 660, and a second cover 640 coupled to the upper surface of the first cover 660.
[103] The structures of the containing unit 601, the operation knob 610, and the conveying plate 620 are the same as the fifth embodiment and their detailed de¬ scription will be omitted.
[104] The sixth embodiment is different from the fifth embodiment in that a sponge or a puff is not directly mounted on the discharge cap 630 and the puff 611 is separately mounted on the first cover 660. In more detail, the discharge cap 630 includes a lower support portion 633 in which a discharge hole 635 is formed and a discharge plate 631 coupled to the upper surface of the lower support portion 633, without a portion for absorbing the cosmetic product. A support jaw 637 is formed at the circumference of the lower support portion 633 such that a spread space 636 connected to the discharge hole 635 is formed. The discharge plate 631 is supportably coupled to the support jaw 637. A plurality of perforated holes 634 are formed in the discharge plate 631.
[105] A core 662 is coupled to the upper surface of the first cover 660 and the second puff
661a, 661b is inserted into the core 662. The core 662 is made of elastic rubber and is formed in a plate shape having a concave center. In order to obtain good flexibility, cutting lines 663 are formed in the circumference of the core 662 in a radius direction. The second puff 661 includes a porous absorbing material 661a having good absorption and a sponge 661b surrounding the porous absorbing material 661a.
[106] As described above, in the container for the liquid cosmetic product according to the sixth embodiment, since the puff 661 is mounted on the first cover 660, a bag for containing the puff is not separately required. Furthermore, unlike the second embodiment, in the sixth embodiment, the user need not directly take the puff. That is, the user may take the grip such that the cosmetic product can prevent her hand from being stained.
[107] FIGS. 22 through 30 illustrate modified examples of the discharge plate. [108] In the discharge plate shown in FIG. 22, a bending portion 59 which is bent by 90 degree is formed at the end of a circular plate 51. The liquid cosmetic product is injected into a space which is formed below the circular plate 51 and the bending portion 59 and discharged upward through a plurality of perforated holes 60 formed in the circular plate 51. In the present invention, the discharge plate 50 can variously vary depending on its function.
[109] FIG. 23 illustrates a discharge plate 50 in which a plurality of perforated holes 60 is formed in a cone-shaped circular plate 52 of which the height gradually decreases from the center to the edge. Since this discharge plate 50 has the con-shaped circular plate 52 of which the height gradually decreases from the center to the edge, the amount of the liquid cosmetic product discharged from the center is similar to that of the liquid cosmetic product discharged from the edge.
[110] FIG. 24 illustrates a discharge plate 50 in which a plurality of protruded lines 53 are formed on a circular plate 54 in a radial shape and a plurality of perforated holes 60 are formed in the protruded lines 53 in a line.
[I l l] Since the height of the protruded line 53 gradually increases from the edge to the center of the circular plate 54, the amount of the liquid cosmetic product discharged from the center is similar to that of the liquid cosmetic product discharged from the edge.
[112] FIG. 25 illustrates a discharge plate 50 in which a bending portion 59 is formed at the end of a circular flat plate 51, a circular hole 56 is formed in the center of the circular flat plate 51, and a plurality of elongated slit holes 55 are formed in the vicinity of the circular hole 56 in a radial shape. Accordingly, since the liquid cosmetic product is discharged from the center to the edge through the elongated slit holes 55, the liquid cosmetic product is uniformly discharged upward to be stored in the sponge.
[113] FIG. 26 illustrates a discharge plate 50 in which a bending portion 59 is formed at the end of a circular flat plate 51, a circular hole 56 is formed in the center of the circular flat plate 51, and a plurality of small slit holes 57 are formed in the vicinity of the circular hole 56 in a radial shape. Here, two through four small slit holes 57 may be formed in one radial line. By this structure, since the liquid cosmetic product is spread and discharged in the radial shape through the small slit holes 57, the amount of the liquid cosmetic product discharged at the edge of the circular flat plate more increases, compared with the case where circular perforated holes are formed.
[114] FIG. 27 illustrates a discharge plate 50 in which a bending portion 59 is formed in the end of the circular flat plate 51 and a plurality of arc-shaped slit holes 58 are formed in the circular flat plate 51. The arc- shaped holes 58 are formed by forming multi-layered circles from the center to the edge. Since the size of the arc-shaped slit holes 58 gradually increases from the center to the edge, the amount of the liquid cosmetic product discharged from the center is similar to that of the liquid cosmetic product discharged from the edge.
[115] As described above, the shape of the discharge plate 50 can be adjusted such that the amount of the liquid cosmetic product discharged from the center is similar to that of the liquid cosmetic product discharged from the edge. Thus, the liquid cosmetic product is uniformly absorbed into the sponge mounted thereon.
[116] FIG. 28 illustrates a perforated hole 60 of which the diameter gradually increases from the upper side of the lower side thereof to form a slope surface 61 such that the liquid cosmetic product is not excessively discharged.
[117] FIG. 29 illustrates a perforated hole 60 having a groove 63 formed in the lower side of the perforated hole 60. The diameter of the perforated hole 60 gradually increases from the upper side of the perforated hole to the upper side of the groove 63 to form a slope surface 62. The perforated hole 60 having the groove 63 and the slope surface 62 has the same function as the perforated hole shown in FIG. 28.
[118] FIG. 30 illustrates a perforated hole 60 which is formed in a semi-spherical shape and of which the diameter of the lower side is greater than that of the upper side such that the inner wall thereof forms an arc-shaped portion 64. Since the diameter of the p erforated hole increases from the upper side to the lower side, the liquid cosmetic product is not excessively discharged.
[119] As described above, according to the present invention, the liquid cosmetic product can be uniformly discharged by varying the discharge plate formed in the auxiliary storing unit of the container for the liquid cosmetic product, and the liquid cosmetic product can be prevented from being excessively discharged by varying the shape of the perforated hole of the discharge plate.
[120] FIGS. 31 through 35 illustrate a container for liquid type cosmetic according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention.
[121] The sixth embodiment is different from the aforementioned embodiments in that a method of discharging the liquid cosmetic product by the weight of the liquid cosmetic product is employed. Hereinafter, the sixth embodiment will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 31 through 35.
[122] The liquid cosmetic product according to the seventh embodiment includes a containing unit 701, a discharge cap 705, a puff 715, a sponge 709, and a cover unit 711.
[123] A cosmetic product storing space 702 is formed in the containing unit 701. A screw thread 703 is formed on the upper outer end of the containing unit 701 to be fastened with the cover unit 711. The discharge cap 705 is inserted into and fixed to the cosmetic product storing space 702 of the containing unit 701. The discharge cap 705 is formed in the same shape as the cosmetic product storing space 702 of the containing unit 701. A plurality of perforated hole 706 are formed in an upper plate of the discharge cap 705 to allow the cosmetic product to flow out.
[124] A screw thread 703 is formed on the upper outer end of the containing unit 701 to be fastened with the cover unit 711.
[125] The figure of the discharge cap 5 can be described as follow.
[126] The discharge cap 705 has the upper plate in which the plurality of perforated hole
706 are formed and a cylindrical frame 707 bent from the circumference of the upper plate downward. The cylindrical frame 707 reaches the lower surface of the cosmetic product storing space 702 of the containing unit 701. The cosmetic product is stored in a space formed by the cosmetic product storing space 702 and the discharge cap 705.
[127] Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 34, a discharge cap 805 may have a circular plate and a bending frame bent from the circular plate downward. The bending frame is supported and fixed to a fixing jaw 504 formed on the inner circumference of the containing unit 701.
[128] An absorbing material 708 is mounted on the discharge cap 505 and the sponge 709 is mounted on the absorbing material 708. In addition, a net 710 is mounted on the sponge 709. The net 710 serves to uniformly discharge the liquid cosmetic product and generates a uniform cushion when using the puff 715.
[129] The puff 715 includes a hard material portion 716 and a soft material portion 717.
The hard material portion 716 is made of a material for preventing the user s hand from being stained with the cosmetic product, such as vinyl, and the soft material portion 717 is a material for the puff used in a typical cosmetic product.
[130] A screw thread engaged with the screw thread 703 of the containing unit 701 is formed on the inner lower end of the cover unit 711. The cover unit 711 opens and closes the containing unit 701 in the state that the absorbing material 708, the sponge 709, and the net 710 are mounted therein.
[131] A space having a predetermined depth is formed above the cover unit 711 to form a puff receiving portion 712 and a cap 713 is hinge-coupled to one side of the puff receiving portion 712. A mirror 714 is attached to the inner surface of the cap 713 such that it can be used upon the makeup.
[132] Since the cosmetic product is not adhered to the hard- material portion 716 of the puff 715, the cosmetic product is not adhered to the mirror 714 when the puff is received in the puff receiving portion 712.
[133] The absorbing material 708 is made of a porous material in which a plurality of pores are formed to absorb the cosmetic product therein well. The sponge 709 mounted on the absorbing material 708 has pores smaller than those of the absorbing material 708. The sponge 709 contains the liquid cosmetic product therein and then discharges the liquid cosmetic product by pressing the puff. Thus, the liquid cosmetic product is adhered to the puff.
[134] Alternatively, the sponge 709 may be first mounted on the discharge cap 705 and the absorbing material 708 may be mounted thereon.
[135] In the container for the liquid cosmetic product according to the seventh embodiment, the containing unit 701 is normally mounted upward. If the containing unit 701 is mounted upward, the liquid cosmetic product drops through the perforated holes of the discharge cap. Thus, the cosmetic product is contained in the absorbing material and the sponge by a predetermined usage amount and thus can be easily used.
[136] While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims. The exemplary embodiments should be considered in descriptive sense only and not for purposes of limitation. Therefore, the scope of the invention is defined not by the detailed description of the invention but by the appended claims, and all differences within the scope will be construed as being included in the present invention.
