Abstract

The invention a system for monitoring compliance with a predefined sequence of actions characterized in that it comprises a module designed to be worn by a person, said module comprising a random access memory and wire means for dialogue with complementary equipment items, a plurality of equipment items including a circuit for dialogue with said modules for recording in the module detected within a specific perimeter an information characteristic of said equipment item, said information being added to previously recorded data to constitute an information representing all the actions performed at the previous equipment items; means for reading into the module detected within a predefined perimeter part at least of the data recorded in the memory of said module, and for enabling conditionally a function of said equipment relative to the sequence of data transmitted by said module.

Description

SYSTEM FOR VERIFICATION OF COMPLIANCE OF A SEQUENCE

SHARES OF PREDEFINED

The present invention relates to the field of security and traceability of a sequence of operations, in particular to check compliance with standards of hygiene, safety and regulatory procedures.

The object of the invention is to provide a technical solution to detect various operations and sequences of operations performed by a person without the latter having to actively intervene in the control and without it can alter the reality of the data.

To this end, the invention pertains in its broadest sense to a system for checking compliance with a predefined sequence of actions characterized in that it comprises: a module designed to be worn by a person, said unit comprising o o a random access memory and wireless communication means with additional equipment, a plurality of equipment comprising: o a dialogue with said circuit modules to record in the detected module in a perimeter defined characteristic information of said equipment, said information in addition to the previously recorded information to form information representing the set of actions done in the previous items o means for reading in the module detected in a perimeter defined at least part of the information recorded in the memory of said module and o to activate a function of said equipment so conditional with respect to the information sequence transmitted by said module.

According to a particular embodiment of the invention, the equipment can communicate with each other.

The equipment may be fixed in part of a final use of the system, or mobile in the context for example of the said temporary or followed by a particular service.

The equipment may be provided with means allowing their identification and a memory for storing the information from sensors, modules or other equipment. Access to all or part of the information recorded in this memory can be locked.

The equipment can also advantageously comprise a memory for storing rules that can be sequential and conditional in force in the establishment equipped with the system applicable to their level. These rules can be conditional or sequential character can be edited and saved in a server for programming and verification of the general level of system security. Said server can advantageously be used to collect data stored at the equipment for later exploitation.

According to an advantageous embodiment, the system may include a specialized module in learning some equipment by physical demonstration actions and mandatory actions sequences, permitted or prohibited. Some equipment may also comprise means of disinfection or the means to monitor the effective use of disinfection means.

Some equipment may further comprise consumables distribution means (such as disposable gloves, for example) or the means to monitor the effective distribution of supplies.

Some equipment may also include means to throw used supplies or the means to monitor the effective elimination of used consumables.

According to a particular embodiment of the invention, some equipment will have access control features, including the terms of use will be conditioned by rules taking into account the previous actions of the operator.

To ensure the adequacy of the identification of a module with the operator the door, certain equipment may include means for monitoring the physical identity of said operator. These means may be of alphanumeric type (codes) or biometric.

According to a particular embodiment of the invention, some devices may include audio or visual alarm means for alerting an operator in real time of the breach of certain rules. According to a particular embodiment of the invention, certain equipment may include means to control bacterial levels or control with certainty the conditions for control of bacterial levels.

According to a particular embodiment of the invention, certain equipment may include means to control temperatures.

The facilities will be equipped with means of measuring accessories for using time and accurate time stamping means detected by said equipment shares. The quality of this timestamp can advantageously be secured by the timing of said equipment with an external reference clock.

According to a particular embodiment of the invention, the modules can be equipped with integrated power supply, integrated sensors, as well as visual or audible indicators of their status in relation to compliance with the rules of the system.

According to a particular embodiment of the invention, some modules may be designed to be fastened to objects. The system may thus advantageously take into account the same way as for the monitoring of an operator method of use of relevant objects under the procedures in force in the establishment equipped with the system. For example, a broom for cleaning of common areas will be prohibited from entering a risk zone. the

The present invention will be better understood on reading the following description, referring to the accompanying drawings corresponding to non-limiting embodiments in which: - Figure 1 shows a schematic view of a site with a plurality of equipment treatment ; 2 shows a module for implementation of invention; Figures 3 to 9 show control equipment for the implementation of the invention.

1 shows a schematic view of a site in which an operator must perform a sequence of operations such as: - dressing with sterile or suitable holding at a locker (1), a hand washing sink (2), recovery with accessories (gloves, charlotte, ...) at a dispenser (3), - release of the access (4) opening on an operating block (5) working within a block procedure (5).

The operator wears a module as shown in Figure 2. This module consists of a support (6) metal capable of being attached to the garment of the operator, and a card (7) further being fixed to the support ( 6). That badge (7) is constituted by an electronic circuit type radio frequency IC tag. Such a circuit comprises an electronic memory in which is recorded a digital identifier, a random access memory allowing the recording of additional data acquired during a dialogue with a complementary equipment. This memory can be a locking type prohibiting a change in the record in the absence of specific instructions.

The memory is organized to record in relations with the acquired data a timestamp information. When the memory capacity limits are reached, the oldest recordings are deleted to make space for newer data.

The circuit further comprises a supply means which may be a rechargeable battery, an induction loop, or any known power supply means.

It also includes an RF transceiver circuit for exchanging data via a wireless link with a complementary equipment.

The additional equipment is constituted by an apparatus (8) incorporating or associated with an RF circuit for transmitting and receiving digital data with a module carried by an operator located close to the equipment.

This circuit can receive and transmit to the module information representative of the operation of the associated apparatus, for example duration of use by the operator, passage of the operator close to the device, operating parameters, the state of an associated sensor, etc.

It also includes means for checking the compatibility of information received from the operator module and representative sequences and preceding operations, with the binding sequence or with sequences representative of the prohibited rules in the property. The idea is to provide a tracking system of these simple steps: wash hands between visits 2 bedrooms, disposable material usage renewed correctly, correct use current cleaning equipment (no mixing zones, etc. ), periodic local disinfection and control of bacterial levels, - other simple procedures ...

The system, in principle, does not impose anything, and let the professionals do their job. It only verify and record the sequences that may involve risk of nosocomial infection. Figures 2 to 5 show an example of equipment consisting of a housing incorporating an RF circuit, a physical sensor for detecting the presence of an operator, or a physical action on the physical environment. It may comprise a photographic camera (9) or a photoelectric cell.

It also presents signaling means, for example light emitting diodes (10) or an audible alarm. There further comprises an access hatch (11) giving access to a connector for connecting a computer station (12) for downloading the data recorded by the equipment or to change the equipment on from an operating system installed on the computer station (12).

The module carried by the operator contains a numeric identifier as well as data collected during earlier actions. During the transition from the operator to the control equipment, the data exchanged between the module (7) and equipment (8) are processed in the electronic circuitry of the equipment (8) to check whether they comply with the routines and rules requirements. In case of positive verification, the active equipment an organ, for example an electric lock. Otherwise, it triggers a visual or audible warning signal.

Claims

1 - System for the verification of compliance with a predefined sequence of actions characterized in that it comprises a module designed to be worn by a person, said module comprising a RAM o and o wireless communication means with Additional equipment, a plurality of equipment comprising: o a dialogue with said circuit modules to record in the detected module in a perimeter defined characteristic information of said equipment, said information in addition to the previously recorded information to form information representing all the actions made at the previous items o means for reading in the module detected in a perimeter defined at least part of the information recorded in the memory of said module, and o to activate a function of said conditionally equipment relative the information sequence transmitted by edit module.

9 - A system according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one of said equipments includes biometric verification means of a module carrier

11 - System according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one of said equipments includes consumables distribution means
