Abstract

This invention is designed to wash the vegetables not by hand but in the machine at homes and food factories and characterized by being designed in a structure made up of water fill case (1), the pit where the container axis is located (1.1), automatically open/close cover/valve (2), turning container (3), wall panels (3.1), middle axis stick (3.2), gears (3.3), radian part sheets (4), main body (5), pits (5.1), detergent case (6), hot/cold water atomizer (7), motor turning gear (8), container cover (9), filter case (10), wastewater exit (11), cleanable sand filter cover (12), sand filter case (13), adjustable upper sheet (14), clean water entrance (15), outer cover (16), and motor (17). Vegetable washing machine is designed as proper to be applied the available dishwashers by changing parts.

Description

VEGETABLE WASHING MACHINE

It is both a waste of time and an awful work and operation to wash all the vegetables one by one either at home or in restaurants or catering services. In order to remove this hard work, a vegetable washing machine has been developed. AIM OF INVENTION

This invention is based on a system of cleaning the vegetables by washing them in a machine and aims to provide easiness to the cook in the catering companies or in the dining halls.

As a result, time and energy saving is to provide for the person/people who spend time for washing the vegetables and also, an awful work as washing the vegetables by hand is to be removed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION

Detailed description of this invention, which is related with the vegetable washing machine, is below:

Through the work, which is, the subject of this invention the vegetables are located in the radian parts, which are divided by radian part sheets (4), of the watermark manufactured turning container (3). The division of the container into partition radian parts by radian part sheets (4) prevents the piling up of the vegetables in one place in the turning container (3). After the container cover (9) of the turning container (3) is locked, the middle axis stick (3.2) of the turning container is located into the pit (1.1) where the container axis of water fill case (1) is located. Water fill case is located in the machine by being launched in the channels (5.1) in the main body (5) of the machine.

Motor turning gearwheel (8), which provides the turning, is located into the gears (3.3) over the turning container (3) in order to provide the turning of the turning container by the movement from the machine. Thus, shake of water in the water fill case (1) is provided by the wall panels (3.1) of the turning container (3).

In order to have the benefit of the shower effect of the washing operation, the washing operation is started by the water atomization from the hot/cold water atomizer (7), and the detergent case is automatically starts to work. The system stops after the turning container turns for a certain time. After the system stops, the automatic open/close valve (2) under the water fill case (1) is automatically works and water exit operation is realized. The water passes through the filter case (10) after it passes from the automatically open/close valve (2). The wastewater that passes through the filter case (10) is thrown out through the wastewater exit (11). The sand and wastes settled down while passing through the filter case are cleaned by talcing the sand filer case (13) from the sand filter cover (12) in front of the machine. This operation is continued until it is realized that the vegetables in the machine are washed well.

It is possible to change the dimension and style as trading models in connection with the demands of the consumers .

Although the vegetable washing machine is an independent machine, it is designed in a mechanism to locate over the dishwasher by the change of an alternative part. In addition, in order the increase the service quality and benefits of the machine, options for the apparatus are developed, as well. The experts in the sector can imagine that, many changes can be made over this invention without leaving the technical qualities and elements of the "vegetable washing machine, which is the subject of this invention. Therefore, this invention should be interpreted in accordance with the claims enclosed.

A vegetable washing machine characterize in that it comprises; water fill case (1), the pit (3.2) where the container middle axis stick (3.2) is located, automatically open/close cover/valve (2), turning container (3), wall panels (3.1), middle axis stick (3.2), gears (3.3), radian part Sheets, (4), main body (5), channels (5.1), detergent case (6), hot/cold water atomizer (7), motor turning gear-wheel (8), container cover (9), filter case (10), waste water exit(l 1), cleanable sand filter cover (12), sand filter case (13), adjustable upper sheet (14), clean water entrance (15), outer cover (16), and motor (17). 2. A vegetable washing machine according to the claim 1 and characterize in that it comprises the turning container (3) and wall panels (3.1) over the turning container (3), with the middle axis stick (3.

6. A vegetable washing machine according to the claim 1 and characterize in that it comprises the hot/cold water atomizer system (7).

7. A vegetable washing machine according to the claim 1 and characterize in that it comprises the detergent case (6).

8. A vegetable washing machine according to the claim 1 and characterize in that it comprises filter case (10), wastewater exit (11), cleanable sand filter cover (12) and sand filter case (13).

9. A vegetable washing machine according to the claim 1 and characterize in that it can be designed as placed either in the dishwasher or next to it or separated from the dishwasher.

10. A vegetable washing machine according to the claims 1 and 2 and characterize in that it comprises radian parts by separation of the turning container (3) by radian part sheets (4), and that these radian parts can be designed as radian basket when requested.

A vegetable washing machine according to the above-mentioned claims and characterize in that although it is an independent machine, it is designed as a mechanism to provide the possibility of being located over the available washing machines by the change of alternative part. Thus, in stage of trade modeling, by choosing the requested apparatus for different prices, vegetable washing machines in different qualities can be manufactured.
