随着我国煤改油政策的实施,工业及生活用的燃油烟尘(黑烟)对空气的污染越 来越严重。 然而, 由于燃油烟尘 (黑烟) 的主要成分是由燃烧不完全产生的烟炱、 燃 烧过程中形成的碳黑以及少量杂质组成, 具有温度高(一般 200-300°C )、有油性、颗 粒微细 (一般 <l m)、 比电阻小 ( 103欧姆,厘米)、 比重小、 与水不易亲合(憎水 性)、 含有腐蚀性气体(S02、 HF等)等特性, 因此, 对燃油烟尘(黑烟) 的治理一 直是环保领域的一大技术难题。 已有的除燃油烟尘(黑烟 ) 技术主要有静电除尘、 湿法除尘脱硫、布袋除尘、湿法-静电二级除尘脱硫等。其中静电除尘技术由于粉尘的 低比电阻性 (比电阻 103欧姆,厘米), 在静电除尘的高效范围 U04〜5*101Q欧姆 *厘 米)之外, 黑烟重返气流现象严重, 因此除黑烟效果差; 湿法除尘脱硫技术, 由于粉 尘的微细颗粒特性和憎水特性, 因此除黑烟效果十分差; 常规布袋除尘技术, 虽然除 黑烟效率高, 但由于烟气温度高、 且具有油性和腐蚀性, 对布袋的布料选材要求特别 高, 还需要有降温措施, 因此造价高昂, 且不能同时脱硫, 一般也较少使用; 最新使 用的湿法 -静电二级除尘脱硫设备,如专利申请号 03225616.7,虽然对粉尘和硫的去除 率比较高, 但由于粉尘的低比电阻特性和颗粒微细特性及憎水特性, 因此除黑烟效果 也不理想, 仍然达不到环保治理的要求。
发明目的
本发明的目的在于设计一种新的设备,不仅对一般粉尘和硫的去除率比较髙,而 且能有效去除燃油黑烟。
本发明的技术方案
实现本发明的技术方案是在专利申请号 03225616.7的湿法-静电二级除尘脱硫设 备基础上,在其中的湿法除尘脱硫装置 3内加入层数不等的筛网 4,并使筛网 4与烟 气流向相切。 当烟气进入湿法除尘脱硫装置 3内, 在水重力和风机引力的作用下, 必 须共同穿过筛网 4的细小网孔, 烟尘(黑烟)和水共同穿过筛网的网孔时受到了水的 包围和挤压, 多层筛网使这种包围和挤压反复多次并伴随着强烈的碰撞。 如此一方面 烟炱、碳黑和水被强制充分接触,直至被水分子浸湿(亲合)或部分被水分子浸湿(亲 合)或被水分子包围 (亲合); 另一方面烟炱、 碳黑自我挤压、 碰撞使颗粒变大变粗。 在粉尘和水共同穿过筛网孔洞被迫亲合时, 还有一个因素起积极的催化作用, 即烟气 的温度-热能。 由于烟气进入喷淋塔之前温度高(200~300°C ), 进入喷淋塔之后, 水和 烟气充分接触, 吸收了烟气的热量而使烟气降温至 ioo°c, 因此水有一定的温度。 一定温度的水可确保水分子的活性, X中烟炱、碳黑的亲合起积极的催化作用。当烟炱、 碳黑和水亲合后, 由于水的比电阻和比重都大, 因此, 水就成了增阻剂、 增重剂和粘 合剂, 从而克服了烟炱和碳黑的憎水性、 低比电阻性、 颗粒微细性、 比重轻等缺陷, 使烟炱和炭黑进入静电除尘器高效除尘的比电阻范围 (104~5* 101Q欧姆,厘米)。 这样 当和水亲合了的烟炱和碳黑通过烟尘通道 13进入静电除尘脱硫装置 16中就可以轻易 地被静电库仑力从烟气中分离出来, 并且不再重返气流了, 然后通过自动喷淋清洗装 置 17将黑烟清洗到水池 10中, 达到高效清除黑烟的目的。
本发明还通过反复试验得出:去除燃油黑油的效率与湿法除尘脱硫装置 3内筛网 4的目数和层数有关, 筛网 4的目数愈大, 层数愈多, 烟炱和碳黑受水包围、 挤压、 碰撞的机会就愈多, 和水亲合愈好, 除尘效率愈高。 但同时风机风压损失也愈大, 耗 能愈多。 在湿法除尘脱硫装置 3内的筛网 4的具有除燃油烟尘(黑烟)效果的目数和 层数范围为: 筛网目数 4~1000目, 筛网层数 1~500层, 但在湿法除尘脱硫装置 3内 的筛网 4的最优的目数和层数范围内: 筛网目数 18~30目, 筛网层数 18〜30层。在湿 法除尘脱硫装置 3内的的筛网 4的具有除燃油烟尘(黑烟)效果的与烟尘流向切角范 围为 10° ~90° , 但在湿法除尘脱硫装置 3内筛网 4的最优的与烟尘流向切角范围为 60° 〜90° 。 同时为了减少风机风压的损失, 一般将烟气流向设计为自上而下同水喷 淋方向一致, 这样水的势能损耗可部分转化为风能, 从而减少风压的损失, 达到进一 步节能的目的。
本发明具有下列显著效果:本发明黑烟供了一种不仅对一般粉尘和硫的去除率比 较高, 而且能有效去除燃油黑烟, 除效率 99%, 完全满足国家废气治理排放标准的 除燃油烟尘 (黑烟)设备, 解决了目前对燃油烟尘(黑烟)治理的一大技术难题。 本 发明还具的造价低廉, 经济实惠的优势, 克服了传统布袋除尘技术造价高昂, 且不能 同时脱硫的缺陷。

实施例
该设备主要由湿法除尘脱硫装置 3、静电除尘脱硫装置 16、水池 10三部分组成。 其中水池 10的中间有隔板 7将其分为清水池和污水池两部分, 隔板 7下部装有过滤 网 9,使污水池的水可经过过滤网 9流到清水池,在水池 10的一侧氷界面 6下方有人 工清灰口 12,水池 10的下部有排污口 11 , 7]池 10的另一侧水界面 6上方有加药口 5。 湿法除尘脱硫装置 3和静电除尘脱硫装置 16在水池 10的上方与水池 10相连接, 二 者由一块共用的隔板 19相分隔, 并与水池 10的水界面 6形成一封闭的整体, 在水池 10的水界面 6上方有烟尘通道 13。 在湿法除尘脱硫装置 3内装有层数不等的筛网 4, 并使筛网 4与烟气流向相切 10° ~90° , 同时将进风口 1设在湿法除尘脱硫装置 3的 上部, 水喷淋装置 2装在其顶部, 使烟气流向为自上而下同水喷淋方向一致。 在静电 除尘脱硫装置 16的下部有一烟尘导流板 14, 使烟尘能均匀地进入静电除尘脱硫装置 16, 其中间为静电除尘本体 15, 在其上部有自动清洗电场喷淋装置 17, 其顶部肓均 板 18和出风口 20。在水池 10的清水池内的水管通过水泵 8连接到湿法除尘脱硫装 置 3内的水喷淋装置 2和静电除尘脱硫装置 16内的自动清洗电场喷淋装置 17。
