Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Auswählen wenigstens eines Transponders oder Sensors in RFID- oder Remote-Sensor-Systemen mit einer Mehrzahl an Transpondern oder Sensoren (Tags), insbesondere Systemen mit einer Mehrzahl an Lesegeräten. Das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass einzelne Transponder oder Sensoren durch wenigstens ein Lesegerät vorausgewählt werden und dass nach erfolgter vorläufiger Auswahl wenigstens eines Transponders oder Sensors Daten, insbesondere zum Bestätigen der Vorauswahl, während wenigstens ein Protokollabschnitts asynchron von dem Transponder oder Sensor an das Lesegerät übertragen werden. Auf diese Weise lassen sich potentiell störende Steuersignale des Lesegeräts bzw. der Lesegeräte wirkungsvoll reduzieren, was die Übertragungseigenschaften der genannten Systeme verbessert.
