较佳地, 该方法进一步包括 MCU通过向终端发送添加或者删除会 场指示来实现 MCU与终端之间的未入会会场信息同步的步骤。
步骤 c中所述控制设备将得到的未入会会场信息发送给终端是在接 收到来自终端的请求后发送, 或者定期向终端发送。
较佳地, 该方法进一步包括控制设备生成已入会会场信息、 将已入 会会场信息发送给终端和终端显示已入会会场信息的步骤。
从本发明的技术方案可以看出, 在会议电视召开的过程中, 诸如控 制台或者 MCU的控制设备将获取会场状态信息, 然后根据会场状态信 息得到未入会会场信息。 控制设备在接收到来自终端的请求后或者定期 地向终端发送未入会会场信息, 终端在接收到该未入会会场信息后显示 在其显示屏上。 这样, 用户可以通过终端方便地查看到所有的未入会会 场信息, 从而明确地知道哪些会场没有入会。 用户不需要单独呼叫控制 台, 也不需要进行额外的记录工作, 因此给用户带来了极大的方便, 同 时也提高了会议电视系统的工作效率。
进一步, 终端可以在其显示屏上显示所有的未入会会场信息, 这样 用户可以通过终端的显示采取进一步的控制操作, 例如删除未入会会场 以释放该会场占用的端口资源, 重新呼叫未入会会场以使出现故障的会 场重新加入会议等。 这样, 不仅方便了用户通过终端更有效率地控制会 议电视过程, 而且提高了整个会议电视系统的控制的方便程度和灵活 度, 从而促进了会议电视系统的应用和发展。
另外, 本发明还可以很好地支持级联会议, 也就是多个 MCU 同时 召开会议。在召开级联会议时,在控制台生成未入会会场信息的情况下, 控制台可以接收所有的 MCU的会议状态信息, 然后得到所有的 MCU 的未入会会场信息, 并据此得到整个会议的未入会会场信息。 在 MCU 生成未入会会场信息的情况下, 各个 MCU会向其它 MCU发送自己的 未入会会场信息并接收来自其它 MCU的未入会会场信息, 从而汇集成 完整的整个会议的未入会会场信息。 而且, 任何一个 MCU只要出现未 入会会场信息变化时, 都会向控制台或者其它 MCU发送最新的信息, 从而保持整个未入会会场信息的准确性。 附图简要说明
图 1是本发明的总体流程图。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
在本发明中, 需要对现有的终端、 现有的 MCU和现有的控制台以 及它们之间的消息交互协议进行改进, 从而允许终端获取和显示未入会 会场信息。 具体地说, 对于终端而言, 需要增加获取未入会会场信息和 显示未入会会场信息, 并可以进一步增加根据用户指令对未入会会场进 行控制的功能; 对于 MCU而言, 需要增加生成未入会会场信息或者向 控制台请求未入会会场信息的功能, 并增加将该未入会会场信息发送给 终端的功能; 对于控制台而言, 需要增加生成未入会会场信息并将其发 送给 MCU的功能。 当然, 如后面将要说明的那样, 如果是由 MCU直 接生成未入会会场信息, 那么就不需要对控制台进行上述改进。
在对终端、 MCU和控制台进行上述改进之后, 如图 1所示,根据本 发明的在会议电视系统中显示会场的方法包括如下步骤。
在步骤 101, 在会议电视系统中召开电视会议, 会议电视系统的控 制设备获取会场状态信息。 这里召开电视会议既可以采用传统的通过控 制台召开的方式, 也可以通过采用终端主叫呼集或者通过 WEB预约召 开的方式,并且也可以采用其他召开方式。这里的控制设备可以是 MCU, 也可以是控制台, 在稍后将对此进行详细说明。
在步骤 102, 会议电视系统的控制设备根据会场状态信息得到未入 会会场信息。
在步骤 103, 控制设备然后将未入会会场信息发送给终端。 在具体 实施例中, 未入会会场信息可以通过未入会会场列表的方式发送给终 端。
在步骤 104, 终端在显示屏上显示未入会会场信息。
如上所述, 步骤 101中可以通过控制台召开会议, 此时的具体处理 流程如图 2所示。 在步骤 201, 控制台定义会场并定义会议。
在步骤 202, 控制台调度会议, 判断当前控制台资源是否满足会议 召开的条件, 如果是, 执行步骤 203, 否则结束本流程。
在步骤 203, 控制台将会议信息和会场信息发送给 MCU。 这里的会 议信息包括会议名称、会议参数等,会场信息包括会场名称、会场类型、 会场采用的视频协议等。
在步骤 204, MCU分析会议信息, 为该会议分配 MCU资源。
在步骤 205, MCU判断当前 MCU资源是否满足会议召开条件, 如 果是, 执行步骤 206, 否则在步骤 208向控制台返回会议召开失败的响 应消息, 结束本流程。
在步骤 206, MCU根据会场信息呼叫会场, 获取会场状态信息。 这 里的会场状态信息包括会场入会状态、 会场所属会议、 会场当前的控制 权限等, 其中会场入会状态也就是表示该会场是否入会。
在步骤 207, MCU将会议状态信息以及会场状态信息上报给控制台。 这里的会场状态信息如前所述, 会议状态信息则表示会议的当前进展情 况, 例如会议是否在广播、 是否有主席等等。 这里的主席指的是有控制 权限的会场, 一般是指主会场。
步骤 101中也可以通过终端主叫呼集的方式召开会议, 此时的具体 处理流程如图 3所示。
在步骤 301 , 终端定义会场并定义会议。
在步骤 302,终端通过 MCU或者网守将会议信息以及会场信息发送 给 MCU的控制台。
在步骤 303 , 控制台调度会议, 判断当前控制台资源是否满足会议 召开条件, 如果是, 执行步骤 304, 否则结束本流程。
在步骤 304, 控制台将会议信息和会场信息发送给 MCU。
在步骤 305, MCU分析会议信息, 为该会议分配 MCU资源。
在步骤 306, MCU判断当前 MCU资源是否满足会议召开条件, 如 果是, 执行步骤 307, 否则在步骤 309向控制台返回会议召开失败的响 应消息, 结束本流程。
在步骤 307, MCU根据会场信息呼叫会场, 获取会场状态信息。 在步骤 308, MCU将会议状态信息以及会场状态信息上报给控制台。 在步骤 101 中, 还可以通过 WEB预约会议的方式召开会议, 此时 的具体处理如图 4所示。
在步骤 401 , 用户通过 WEB连接到业务受理服务器。 在步骤 402, 用户定义会场并定义会议, 指定开会的起始时间和结 束时间。
在步骤 403 , 用户向业务受理服务器请求预约会议, 业务受理服务 器保存用户通过 WEB界面定义的会议信息。
在步骤 404, 业务受理服务器将会议信息以及会场信息发送给 MCU 的控制台。
在步骤 405 , MCU的控制台判断当前控制台资源是否满足会议召开 条件, 如果是, 执行步骤 406, 否则在步骤 412向受理服务器返回预约 失败的消息, 然后结束本流程。
在步骤 406, 控制台向受理服务器返回预约成功的消息。
在步骤 407, 在预约时间到达后, 控制台调度会议, 将会议信息和 会场信息发送给 MCU。
在步骤 408, MCU分析会议信息, 为该会议分配 MCU资源。
在步骤 409, MCU判断当前 MCU资源是否满足会议召开条件, 如 果是, 执行步骤 410, 否则在步骤 413向控制台返回会议召开失败的响 应消息, 结束本流程。
在步骤 410, MCU根据会场信息呼叫会场, 获取会场状态信息。 在步骤 411, MCU将会议状态信息以及会场状态信息上报给控制台。 图 3和图 4所示的方式和图 2所示的通过控制台召开会议相比, 在 正常情况下不需要有专人负责监控控制台, 只有在系统出现故障时才需 要对控制台进行操作, 因此这两种方式更简单并且更实用。
通过上述三种方式的任意一种召开会议之后, MCU和控制台都将获 取会议状态信息和会场状态信息。
在会议电视成功召开后, 此时终端可以向 MCU请求获取未入会会 场信息, 以知道哪些会场未入会, 并可以据此对未入会会场进行进一步 操作, 例如挂断并重新呼叫等等。
MCU在接收到来自终端的请求后,可以如图 5所示请求控制台发送 未入会会场列表, 也可以如图 6所示直接生成未入会会场列表, 下面对 此分别说明。
图 5示出了 MCU请求控制台发送未入会会场列表的情况下本发明 的消息交互流程图。 这里假定会议召开的方式是控制台发起, 当然可以 在步骤 501 , 控制台向 MCU发送召开会议的请求消息。
在步骤 502, MCU获取会议状态信息和会场状态信息, 并将它们上 报给控制台。
在步骤 503 , 终端向 MCU发送请求未入会会场信息的请求。
在步骤 504, MCU在接收到该请求后, 向控制台发送用于请求未入 会会场信息的请求消息。
在步骤 505, 控制台根据自己保存的当前会议的会场状态信息得到 未入会会场信息。 具体地说, 控制台根据所有会场的信息和已入会会场 的信息得到未入会会场的信息。 例如, 控制台将所有会场的信息生成一 个列表, 将所有已入会会场的信息也生成一个列表, 比较两个列表, 例 如使用前一个列表减去后一个列表, 即得到作为未入会会场信息的未入 会会场的列表。
在步骤 506, 控制台将得到的未入会会场列表发送给发起请求的 MCU。
在步骤 507, MCU在接收到来自控制台的未入会会场列表后, 将该 列表转发给发起请求的终端。
在步骤 508, 终端在其显示屏上显示未入会会场信息。
当然, 在步骤 506中, 控制台也可以将未入会会场列表发送给所有 的 MCU或者预先确定的部分 MCU。 在步骤 507中, MCU也可以将未 入会会场列表发送到与自己相连接的所有终端。
在上述处理过程中, 可以根据电视会议的实际需要, 由 MCU实时 监控会议的进程以及会场的变化情况, 并由 MCU定期向控制台上报会 议状态信息和会场状态信息, 控制台根据这些信息随时更新未入会会场 列表, 并定期将未入会会场列表发送给 MCU, 然后由 MCU将未入会会 场列表转发给所有终端。
另夕卜, MCU也可以自己得到未入会会场信息, 而不需要请求控制台 发送该信息。 图 6示出了这种情况, 这里同样假定会议召开的方式是控 制台发起。
在步骤 601, 控制台向 MCU发送召开会议的请求消息。
在步骤 602, MCU荻取会议状态信息和会场状态信息, 并将会议状 态信息上报给控制台。 这里和第一实施例不同的是, MCU 不向控制台 上报会场状态信息。
在步骤 603, MCU根据会场状态信息得到未入会会场列表, 也就是 MCU根据所有会场的信息和已入会会场的信息得到未入会会场的信息。
在步骤 604,在电视会议进行过程中,终端向 MCU发送请求未入会 会场信息的请求。
在步骤 605, MCU在接收到来自终端的请求未入会会场信息的请求 后, 获取自己保存的未入会会场列表, 然后将获取的未入会会场列表发 送给发起请求的终端。 同样, 这里 MCU也可以将该列表发送给所有与 自己相连接的终端, 而不局限于发起请求的终端。
在步骤 606, 终端在其显示屏上显示未入会会场信息。
另外, 在图 6所示的情况下, MCU是预先保存未入会会场信息, 因 此 MCU也可以定期向终端发送该信息, 而不需要等到终端发起请求后 发送该信息。 同样, 也可以根据电视会议的需要, 由 MCU实时监控会 议的进程和会场的变化情况, 并根据这些信息定时更新自己保存的未入 会会场列表, 然后在接收到终端请求后或者定期将更新的未入会会场列 表下发给终端。
通过上述处理, 用户即可以通过显示屏查看到所有的未入会会场信 息, 从而使用户可以对所有的会场信息具有更清楚的了解。
进一步,在得到未入会会场列表后,终端可以对这些会场进行控制, 例如删除未入会会场以释放该会场占用的端口资源, 重新呼叫未入会会 场以使出现故障的会场重新加入会议等。 当然出于搡作权限的考虑, 在 实际应用中需要将这些控制操作局限在具有相应控制权限的终端上进 行, 例如在主会场的终端上进行, 也就是由主席进行。 这样可以进一步 加强整个会议电视系统的控制功能, 方便会议电视系统的应用。
主会场的终端的任何操作都需要将操作的信令发送给 MCU, 由 MCU执行, 然后 MCU将执行的操作结果返回给主会场的终端, 表明该 终端的操作是否成功。 另外, 本发明不仅可以实现 MCU和控制台的信 息更新, MCU还可以通过向终端发送添加或者删除会场指示来实现 MCU 与终端之间的同步。 例如, 在删除会场时, 如果被删除的会场是 未入会会场, 则指令终端在未入会会场列表中将该会场删除; 在添加会 场时, 如果所添加的会场没有加入会议, 则指令终端将该会场加入未入 会会场列表; 如果所添加的会场加入了会议, 则指令终端将该会场加入 已入会会场列表。
对于级联会议的情况, 本发明也能同样地支持。 级联会议也就是在 多个 MCU上同时召开会议, MCU之间通过专线或者互联网连接, 各个 MCU上的会议通过 MCU之间的连接线路进行通信,从而可以达到各个 MCU 的会议之间视频、 音频及会议控制的互通。 在进行级联会议时, 控制台在每个 MCU上分别调度会议, 虽然每个 MCU都有不同的会议, 但是对于控制台而言只有一个会议, 所有的会场都在这一个会议中。 在 执行本发明时,控制台根据各 MCU上报的各自分管的会场的入会状态, 获得每个 MCU上的会议的会场的入会状态, 也就是控制台所控制的所 有会议的会场状态。 控制台根据这些会场状态建立未入会会场列表, 也 就是汇集每个 MCU的未入会会场信息, 得到整个会议的所有未入会会 场列表。 这样, 无论哪个 MCU上的终端请求未入会会场信息时, 控制 台都会将整个会议的未入会会场列表发送给该终端。
上述说明的是通过控制台获得未入会会场列表的情况, 对于 MCU 直接生成未入会会场列表的情况, 需要在级联会议的过程中, MCU之 间相互传递与保存对应 MCU上的未入会会场列表, 也就是每个 MCU 向其它 MCU发送自己的未入会会场列表,并保存和汇集来自其它 MCU 的未入会会场列表, 从而得到所有 MCU上的未入会会场列表。 这个过 程是持续进行的, 也就是 MCU需要周期性地向其他 MCU发送未入会 会场列表并接收来自其他 MCU的未入会会场列表, 据此实时调整总的 未入会会场列表, 从而保证每个 MCU保存的未入会会场列表一致, 进 而保证每个 MCU下的终端获取到的未入会会场列表相同。 在实际应用 中, MCU 可以定期将未入会会场列表下发给相应终端, 也可以在接收 到来自终端的请求后再发送。
除此之外, 本发明可以向终端提供未入会会场列表的同时, 提供已 入会会场列表, 用户可以对已入会会场进行操作, 从而使用户能更加清 楚地掌握会场的情况, 进一步提高本发明的使用效果。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡 在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均 应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、一种会议电视系统中的会场信息显示方法,所述会议电视系统包 括控制设备和终端, 该方法至少包括:
a.控制设备在电视会议的召开过程中获取会场状态信息;
b. 所述控制设备根据获取的会场状态信息得到未入会会场信息; c 所述控制设备将得到的未入会会场信息发送给终端;
d. 终端在显示屏上显示所述未入会会场信息。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的方法,其特征是,所述控制设备是控制台, 步骤 a中控制设备获取会场状态信息是接收来自多点控制单元 MCU的 会场状态信息, 步骤 c中控制设备将得到的未入会会场信息发送给终端 包括:
控制台将未入会会场信息发送给 MCU;
MCU将接收自控制台的未入会会场信息转发给终端。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征是, 在召开级联会议时, 所 述接收来自 MCU的会场状态信息是接收来自所有 MCU的会场状态信 息, 步骤 b中得到未入会会场信息是汇集每个 MCU的未入会会场信息 得到所有未入会会场信息。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征是, 所述控制设备是 MCU, 步骤 a中控制设备获取会场状态信息是 MCU直接通过呼叫会场获取会 场状态信息, 步驟 c中控制设备将得到的未入会会场信息发送给终端是 MCU将所述未入会会场信息发送给终端。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征是, 在召开级联会议时, 进 一步包括每个 MCU向其它 MCU发送自己的未入会会场列表以及保存 和汇集来自其它 MCU的未入会会场列表的步骤。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 5中任意一项所述的方法, 其特征是, 步骤 b 中控制设备根据获取的会场状态信息得到未入会会场信息包括: 控制设备获取所有会场的信息;
根据会场状态信息获取所有已入会会场的信息;
比较所有会场的信息和所有已入会会场的信息得到未入会会场信 息。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征是, 所述所有会场的信息、 所有已入会会场的信息和所有未入会会场的信息都是通过列表的形式 生成和保存, 步骤 c中控制设备将得到的未入会会场信息发送给终端是 将未入会会场列表发送给终端。
8、根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征是, 所述会场状态信息至少 包括会场入会状态。
9、根据权利要求 1至 5中任意一项所述的方法, 其特征是, 在步骤 d后进一步包括才艮据显示的未入会会场信息对未入会会场进行控制的步 骤。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的方法, 其特征是, 所述控制包括删除未 入会会场或者重新呼叫未入会会场。
11、 根据权利要求 1至 5中任意一项所述的方法, 其特征是, 步骤 a之前进一步包括通过控制台、通过终端主叫呼集和通过 WEB预约之中 任意一种方式召开电视会议的步骤。
12、 根据权利要求 1至 5中任意一项所述的方法, 其特征是, 进一 步包括 MCU通过向终端发送添加或者删除会场指示来实现 MCU与终 端之间的未入会会场信息同步的步骤。
13、 根据权利要求 1至 5中任意一项所述的方法, 其特征是, 步骤 c 中所述控制设备将得到的未入会会场信息发送给终端是在接收到来自 终端的请求后发送, 或者定期向终端发送。
14、 根据权利要求 1至 5中任意一项所述的方法, 其特征是, 该方 法进一步包括控制设备生成已入会会场信息、 将已入会会场信息发送给 终端和终端显示已入会会场信息的步骤。
