Abstract

The collars (1) and cuffs (11),detachable from shirt neckband or shirt sleeve respectively, for men and women use, are made replaceable by spares manufactured in fabrics of several patterns, colours and shapes. The collars (1) and cuffs (11) are fixed by “Velcro”-bands (2, 13) or plastic/metal pressure buttons (4, 12) into their respective counter parts, that means “ Velcro”-bands (5, 9) or buttons (7,10). The used collars and cuffs can be easily clean washed independently of the whole shirt and put as spares.

"DETACHABLE AND REPLACEABLE COLLAR AND CUFF FOR SHIRTS"

The present patent of collar and cuff types for social shirts and polo shirts to dress men and women in several combinations with purpose to improve users visual images without loosing the traditional aspects.

The market knows the traditional shirts, which collars and cuffs are permanently tied to the neckband and sleeves of the clothes. The ideia of present request, is allow the interchange, at any moment, the collars and cuffs, with other similars, but with different collors, patterns and shapes. The users of traditional long sleeve social or polo shirts, know that collars and cuffs first become rotten, they are the weak part of the clothes. With this present interchangeable system, the collars and cuffs can be replaced many times, making the shirts to be long lasting. These presented, any time detachable and replaceable types solve the problem of premature wear down of shirts, at the same time offers to the user, the flexibihty by choosing different patterns of collars and cuffs for social and polo shirts. The target of this request of patent is make the collars and cuffs of a shirt detachable and replaceable, allowing to users options, flexibility and also durability. Also the user can, by his her choice, use the shirts without the collars and cuffs, without sensing discomfort, because at neckband and wrist remains the soft band of Velcro or small pressure buttons. The collars and cuffs, in several patterns, can be easily replaced, by detaching the previous ones from the Velcro or pressure button from the neckband or sleeve of the shirts. Only by replacing the collar and cuffs, instantly the user will transmit the impression that he/she has changed whole shirt. The attached drawings, illustrate the collars and cuffs and their fixing systems into their counterparts of neckband and wrists of shirts, objects of this present patent request. Fig 4 - Shows the cuff, with Velcro tape or pressure button. The object of this patent request are the shirts, social and polo types, long sleeve or not, in which the collars and the cuffs are made detachable and replaceable by similar ones, but with several different patterns, shapes and collors.

Also the attachment can be made by plastic or metal pressure button 4, by the choice of the manufacturer. An alternative fixing system to the Velcro bands are the plastic or metal pressure buttons, by the choice of the manufacturer, also shown 7. Claims

"DETACHABLE AND REPLACEABLE COLLAR AND CUFF FOR SHIRTS", characterized by being detachables and replaceables from the body of the shirts. The attach and detach system is provided by the use of appropriate Velcro bands or alternatively plastic or metal pressure buttons, as per figures 1,2,3 and 4. This system of interchangeable collars and cuffs, allows the shirt users, a wide alternative of patterns, collors and shapes and a long lasting durability.
