ELECTRONIC SETTLEMENT METHOD USING AN ELECTRONIC SLIP
Technical Field
The present invention relates, in general, to a method of allowing the mobile communication terminal of a user and an electronic payment server to directly process electronic payment for a transaction, occurring between the user and an affiliate shop, using a predetermined electronic slip and, more particularly, to an electronic payment method, which is efficient in performing continuous and periodic transactions .
Background Art
Generally, commercial transactions are performed to trade commodities, and carried out by delivering commodities and paying for the commodities . Such a commercial transaction has been developed to be performed online with the development of wired/wireless communication networks and the Internet, so that a concept of electronic commerce is introduced.
Such electronic commerce has been developed from a form in which commodities are sold and bought between enterprises, with the development of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) . That is, a transaction relationship is developed from a one-to-one or one-to-N transaction in an initial stage to a complicated N-to-N transaction. Recently, electronic commerce has been actively performed not only between enterprises, but also between
enterprises and an unspecified number of persons, who are typical purchasers, or between persons .
For representative examples of electronic commerce, a commodity purchaser purchases a commodity through the Internet and pays for the commodity by inputting his or her credit information and the expiration date of a credit card to an Internet Web site. In the case of home shopping, a user places a telephone call to a corresponding home shopping company and pays by informing the company of the credit information and expiration date of a credit card.
Moreover, recently, with the development of information and communication technologies, the function of a personal portable terminal is improved, so that various payment methods using a mobile communication terminal have been proposed. For an embodiment of the payment methods using a mobile communication terminal, a user accesses an affiliate shop's Web site to generate a contract for the purchase of a commodity and pays for the commodity using a user terminal, as disclosed in Korean Pat. Appl. No. 10-1999-0063144. A flow according to an embodiment of the invention is described briefly with reference to FIG. 1. A user desiring to purchase a specific commodity accesses an affiliate shop's Web site, selects the specific commodity, and inputs the number of his or her mobile communication terminal, in which a certain amount of money is charged to function as electronic money, and a password, to the affiliate shop's Web site at step S100. The affiliate shop
requests an electronic payment server to pay using the mobile communication terminal number and the password together with a transaction amount at step S102. The electronic payment server, having received the payment request, generates an authentication number and transmits the authentication number to the user terminal at step S104.
When the user inputs the received authentication number to the Web site of the corresponding affiliate shop host at step S106, the affiliate shop transmits the authentication number to the electronic payment server at step S108. The electronic payment server, having received the authentication number, processes electronic payment by paying a predetermined amount of money previously charged in the corresponding terminal to the affiliate shop, and notifies the affiliate shop that transaction approval has been completed at step S110.
However, the above method is problematic in that, since the charging of a certain amount of money is required prior to payment, there is an inconvenience of executing preprocessing, such as the charging of money, so that real time payment is not performed. Further, since the user cannot know the transaction details of a desired commodity, but receives only an authentication number and inputs the authentication number to the affiliate shop's Web site, there is a difficulty in receiving authentication numbers for various commodities when the user purchases a plurality of commodities from various Internet shopping malls at the same time, thus causing an error in inputting the authentication numbers.
Further, since payment is requested through an affiliate shop, the user informs the affiliate shop, which is the third party, of personal information, such as a password, as well as a mobile communication terminal number, so as to request payment, thus causing a problem related to personal information protection. Further, the above invention is inconvenient in that, since it employs an advance payment method of charging the user to without confirming an actual commodity to be purchased, the user must be refunded the amount previously paid when returning a commodity or canceling a transaction in the case where the commodity, delivered after payment, has a defect.
In order to solve the problem, a flow according to an embodiment of an invention filed by the present applicant (disclosed in Korean Pat. Appl. No. 10-2001-0066370) is shown in FIG. 2.
After confirming a commodity to purchase on a shopping mall Web site or TV shopping mall, a user logs in the Web site of an electronic payment server using his or her mobile communication terminal, select a transfer account to be used for electronic payment in the list of transfer account numbers and credit card numbers displayed on the Web site, and inputs an affiliate shop code, a commodity code, etc., thus requesting the electronic payment server to pay at step S200. The electronic payment server transmits transaction details (the name and phone number of a shop, commodity type, commodity quantity, commodity price, transaction time, etc.) and an electronic slip, including an electronic slip
number, to the mobile communication number of the user at step S202. The user confirms the transaction details on the received electronic slip, and transmits an approval, indicating that the electronic slip details are correct, to the electronic payment server by inputting the electronic slip number of the electronic slip to the Web site of the electronic payment server or by pressing a specific key on the mobile communication terminal, if the transaction is determined to be correct at step S204.
As described above, after the approval of the electronic slip has been obtained, the electronic payment server transfers an amount paid to purchase the commodity from the user' s account to a virtual deposit account at steps S206 and S208, and notifies the affiliate shop host of purchased commodity details and information indicating that a temporary payment was performed at step S210. The affiliate shop host delivers the commodity corresponding to the commodity details to the user at step S212. The user confirms the received commodity and returns a delivery slip approval, indicating that the delivery of the commodity has been completed, to the electronic payment server at steps S214 and S216 if the received commodity is a normal product having no defect. When receiving the delivery slip from the user, the electronic payment server transfers the payment amount stored in the virtual deposit account to the account of the affiliate shop at steps S218 and S210, and then notifies the affiliate shop that the entire payment process has been completed at step S222.
However, conventional electronic commerce related inventions
including the invention of Korean Pat. Appl. No. 10-1999-0063144 and the invention of Korean Pat. Appl. No. 10-2001-0066370 described as embodiments above, have the following problems at the time of electronic payment. First, the conventional invention disclosed in Korean Pat.
Appl. No. 10-1999-0063144 has an inconvenience of forcing the user to log in to a corresponding shopping mall Web site and input required personal information. The invention disclosed in Korean Pat. Appl. No. 10-2001-0066370 has an inconvenience of forcing the user to log in to the Web site of the electronic payment server and input required information. That is, the conventional electronic commerce related inventions are problematic in that, since the user should log in to the Web site on the Internet to input required information, they require access to a specific Web page on the Internet so as to implement the inventions, and they do not propose a method of performing a payment using only a mobile communication terminal .
Second, the conventional electronic commerce related inventions are inconvenient in that the user must input an authentication number or electronic slip number received from the mobile communication terminal into the Web site of the affiliate shop or electronic payment server so as to perform an electronic payment .
Third, since the conventional electronic payment methods are difficult to technically implement due to complicated procedures, it is difficult to apply the conventional electronic payment
methods to a continuous transaction requiring the continuous purchase of commodities, or a periodic transaction requiring a periodic payment.
Fourth, the conventional invention disclosed in Korean Pat. Appl. No. 10-1999-0063144 is problematic in that the user should notify an affiliate shop, which is the third party, of a user's personal information, such as a specific password, as well as his or her terminal number, so as to perform electronic payment.

Technical Problem
Accordingly, the present invention has been proposed to solve the above problems and an object of the present invention is to solve the following technical problems by performing electronic payment using only a mobile communication terminal at each transaction.
First, the present invention performs electronic payment using only the mobile communication terminal of a user without the user being required to access a separate Web site, unlike the prior art in which a user should access a separate Web site to input required information (authentication number and slip number) whenever each transaction occurs, thus removing the inconvenience of the conventional electronic payment procedure and simplifying the electronic payment procedure. Second, in order for a user to approve electronic payment,
the present invention allows the user to affix approval confirmation (using an electronic signature) to an electronic slip displayed on a mobile communication terminal and return the electronic slip to an electronic payment server, so that the electronic signature can be compared to others at a later time to determine whether a transaction was approved, thus improving the precision of the approval process, unlike the prior art in which a user should input an authentication number, etc. into a specific Web site. Third, the present invention allows payment to be directly processed between a user and an electronic payment server through the use of an electronic slip, thus performing a real time electronic payment even when a periodic transaction or continuous transaction occurs.
Technical Solution
In order to accomplish the above object, the present invention provides an electronic payment method using an electronic slip, the method being performed through an electronic payment server so as to perform electronic payment for a specific transaction, comprising the steps of allowing a user and an affiliate shop, desiring to perform electronic payment, to register as members, receiving a payment request for a transaction amount for a specific transaction from a terminal of the affiliate shop, generating an electronic slip, including a transaction detail item, a signature item functioning as an approval, a transfer account selection item for
selecting a transfer account to be used for payment, and an electronic slip number, and transmitting the electronic slip to a mobile communication terminal of the user, receiving an approved electronic slip including a signature item with approval indication affixed thereto, and a transfer account item, into which a transfer account to be used for payment is entered, from the mobile coiHim-inication terminal of the user, requesting a financial institution server to transfer a payment amount from the account entered into the transfer account selection item on the approved electronic slip to the deposit account of the affiliate shop, thus completing the transfer of the payment amount, and notifying both the user and the affiliate shop of completion of the payment together with payment details after the transfer has been completed.
Best Mode Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings .
FIG. 3 is a block diagram showing the internal construction of an electronic payment server for processing electronic payment according to the present invention. A network interface unit 302 is comprised of wired/wireless network interface modules to interface with external networks . The wired network interface module may be a module that supports the Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) network protocol to interface with the Internet, or a module that supports interface with a Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) . The
wireless network interface module functions to support interface with a wireless mobile communication network. Through such a network interface unit, the electronic payment server can exchange required data with the terminals of each affiliate shop and each user. In the meantime, the network interface unit 302 supports interface with a satellite communication network, such as a Global Positioning System (GPS) , if necessary, as well as the interface with the wired/wireless networks, thus communicating with the affiliate shop and the user. An electronic slip processing unit 304 functions to generate details related to a corresponding payment in the form of an electronic slip and transmit the electronic slip to the user and store the details of the corresponding electronic slip in an electronic slip database, when receiving a payment request for a specific transaction from the user. Further, when an approved electronic slip, in which a signature is affixed to the received electronic slip, is received from the user's mobile communication terminal, the electronic slip processing unit retrieves the electronic signature of the corresponding user from a user database and then determines whether the signature on the received approved electronic slip is a genuine electronic signature.
In the meantime, the above electronic slip, which is an electronic document providing the safety and convenience of electronic payment based on a transaction, is generated by the electronic slip processing unit whenever a transaction occurs, and then transmitted to the user. The electronic slip includes a
transaction detail item, containing a transaction date, transaction parties, transaction details, a transaction amount, etc., a transfer account selection item, and a signature item. The transfer account selection item is used to allow the user to select an account to be used for payment, and the signature item is used to represent approval indication indicating that the received electronic slip details are correct. In this case, the approval indication can be implemented in such a way that the user inputs the number of the received electronic slip, or provides the electronic signature stored in the user' s mobile communication terminal as the approval indication.
Therefore, the user generates an approved electronic slip by receiving the electronic slip, selecting a transfer account to be used for a transfer from a list of transfer accounts in the transfer account selection item of the corresponding electronic slip and affixing a signature to the electronic slip as an approval indication for the transaction details, and transmits the approved electronic slip to the electronic payment server.
In the meantime, the electronic slip may include predetermined advertisement contents, and an embodiment of such an electronic slip is shown in FIG. 4. The detailed example of the electronic slip is described in detail in Korean Pat. Appl. No. 10- 2001-0066370 filed by the present applicant, so that a detailed description thereof is omitted. However, the present invention is characterized in that the electronic slip of the present invention additionally includes a signature item 404 and a transfer account
item 402, while the conventional electronic slip disclosed in Korean Pat. Appl. No. 10-2001-0066370 does not include a signature item or a transfer account selection item.
An encryption processing unit 306 functions to encrypt and decrypt transaction details and an electronic slip number based on a predetermined encryption algorithm. That is, the encryption processing unit 306 performs a function of transmitting the encrypted electronic slip to the user' s mobile communication terminal, and decrypting an approved electronic slip received from the user's mobile communication terminal. If an encryption key is required to execute the encryption algorithm, the encryption processing unit 306 retrieves a predetermined encryption key from an encryption database 332 and performs the encryption and decryption. A central processing unit 300 has a central processor, and a process operating memory installed with an Cperating System (OS) and a main program, thus controlling the function units and executing the entire flow of the electronic payment .
In the meantime, the electronic payment server stores various databases in a predetermined memory and uses the databases for the provision of an electronic payment service. Theses databases are described below.
An electronic slip database 320 is used to store the contents of an electronic slip after the corresponding electronic slip generated for each transaction is transmitted to the user. The electronic slip stored in this way can be used later to
ascertain the issue details of the electronic slip.
A user database 322, which is used to store the information of clients (users) desiring to use the real time electronic slip payment service of the present invention, is a place where member information input by users desiring to use the service of the present invention is stored at the time of member registration. The member information includes the user's name, resident registration number (or social security registration number) , ID, password, mobile communication terminal number, and electronic signature. The electronic signature is used to determine, at the time of electronic payment, whether an electronic signature affixed to the signature item of the approved electronic slip received from the user, is genuine. Further, the mobile communication terminal number designates the unique identification number of each user's own mobile phone (cellular phone, Personal Communication System (PCS) phone, GPS phone, etc.), Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), etc.
An affiliate shop database 324, which is used to store the information of each affiliate shop participating in the real time electronic slip payment service of the present invention, includes an affiliate shop name, a business registration number, a representative's name and resident registration number (or social security registration number) , ID, a password, and the unique number of the affiliate shop terminal. The unique terminal number denotes each of the numbers of all wired/wireless communication devices capable of notifying the electronic payment server of
transaction details or receiving payment details from the electronic payment server, such as, wired/wireless phone numbers, a fax number and an email address .
A user account database 326 is used to store the financial information of the user, such as a user name, a bank and transfer account number or credit card number to be used for payment, and loan/deposit transactions, with respect to each user. The electronic slip processing unit retrieves the account information of the corresponding user from the user account database, constructs an account list in the transfer account selection item of the electronic slip and transmits the electronic slip to the user.
An affiliate shop account database 328 is used to store the information of the deposit account of the affiliate shop, such as a shop name (or representative name) , a business registration number
(or resident registration number) , and a bank and deposit account number to which a payment amount is to be transferred, with respect to each affiliate shop. When receiving the approved electronic slip from the user, the electronic payment server transfers a predetermined payment amount from a transfer account selected by the user to the deposit account of the affiliate shop stored in the deposit account database of the affiliate shop.
A payment detail database 330 is used to store payment details, such as a transaction date, a transaction amount, a user and an affiliate shop that are transaction parties, the transfer account of the user used for payment, and the deposit account of
the affiliate shop to which the payment amount is transferred, with respect to each paid transaction, when the payment of each transaction has been completed using a deposit transfer or card payment . An encryption database 332 is used to store required encryption keys when electronic slip contents, etc. are processed based on predetermined encryption/decryption algorithms .
FIGS. 5 to 7 illustrate electronic payment methods according to embodiments of the present invention, which show the flowcharts for a temporary transaction, a periodic transaction and a continuous transaction, respectively.
In the drawings, a user's mobile communication terminal and an electronic payment server exchange data therebetween through a mobile communication network, and an affiliate shop terminal and the electronic payment server exchange data therebetween through wired/wireless communication networks. Further, in order to perform electronic payments shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, respectively, the step of performing member registration is performed prior to the electronic payments. That is, the step of allowing the user to register as a member in the electronic payment server and register basic payment information required for electronic payment (user's mobile communication terminal number, name and resident registration number, and a list of transfer account numbers and credit card numbers to be used for payment) is performed so as to use the electronic payment service. In the flows in FIGS. 5 to 7, the member registration step is omitted for convenience of
description.
Hereinafter, the embodiments of respective electronic payments are described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing the steps of electronic payment according to the present invention.
When the user generates a transaction contract with an affiliate shop, such as a distribution shop, an Internet shopping mall or TV shopping mall, to purchase a commodity at step S500, the user informs the affiliate shop only of the phone number of his or her mobile communication terminal. The affiliate shop requests payment from the electronic payment server through wired/wireless networks at step S502. When the payment is requested, the affiliate shop transmits together the name of a user to which an electronic slip is to be transmitted, the phone number of the user's mobile communication terminal, a payment amount, the name of the affiliate shop requesting the payment, and a purchased commodity name.
When the payment request is received as described above, the electronic payment server retrieves the transfer account information and credit card information of the corresponding user from a user account database, generates an electronic slip, including a transfer account selection item constructed in the form of a transfer account list, through the use of the retrieved information, and transmits the electronic slip to the user' s mobile communication terminal at step S504. The generated electronic slip includes a transaction detail item having a transaction date,
transaction parties, transaction details and a transaction amount, a transfer account selection item, and a signature item. The electronic slip is stored in the electronic slip database at the same time that it is transmitted to the user' s mobile communication terminal .
The user, having received the electronic slip, generates an approved electronic slip on his or her mobile communication terminal. The user receives the electronic slip, select an account to be used for transfer, and affixes indication approving the transaction to the signature item, thus generating the approved electronic slip. The approval indication can be implemented using various methods, such as a method of reading an electronic signature previously stored in the mobile communication terminal and affixing the electronic signature in the signature item, or a method of allowing the user to input the received electronic slip number in the signature item without change. Further, the approved electronic slip may include information indicating the position value of the user's mobile communication terminal.
The user's mobile communication terminal returns the approved electronic slip to the electronic payment server through the wireless communication network at step S506. The approved electronic slip shows information indicating the position value of the user's mobile communication terminal. The electronic payment server stores the signature affixed to the received approved electronic slip and the transfer account information selected by the user in the electronic slip database. The signature
information and account information stored in this way may be used as the evidence of approval when a dispute about a payment occurs later.
In the meantime, when receiving the approved electronic slip as described above, the electronic payment server performs a transfer operation by requesting a financial institution server to transfer a predetermined payment amount from the transfer account or credit card account selected by the user to the deposit account of the affiliate shop at step S508. If transfer completion notification is received from the financial institution server at step S510, the electronic payment server notifies both the affiliate shop and the user of corresponding payment details at steps S512a and S512b, so that the affiliate shop delivers a corresponding commodity to the user, thus completing an entire transaction process .
In the meantime, the contents shown in FIG. 5 are described by way of an example in which a transaction is performed between the user and the affiliate shop at a specific time point, but this electronic payment flow can also be applied to a periodic transaction. For example, in a periodic transaction where a payment event occurs at regular periods in such a way that the user should pay monthly for a newspaper subscription from an affiliate shop, or the user should pay semiannually for an automobile tax, the prior art is implemented so that a corresponding billing agency is paid an amount for a service or tax by the user by directly transmitting an offline bill, such as a notice, to the user and
receives a payment amount from the user. However, the present invention is implemented in such a way that, when a specific periodic payment event occurs, a corresponding billing agency requests the electronic payment server, not the user, to process the payment of a predetermined amount, and then the electronic payment server processes the payment.
This periodic payment flow is shown in FIG. 6. First, the user and the affiliate shop, which is a specific billing agency, generate a contract therebetween to automatically perform electronic payment when a periodic transaction event occurs at step S600. That is, the contract for automatic payment based on a periodic transaction is made between the user and the billing agency as in the case of an automobile tax or a residence tax, or the user contracts with the billing agency to perform an automatic payment based on a periodic transaction for the charge for a newspaper.
After the contract for the electronic payment based on a periodic transaction is agreed upon, the affiliate shop requests the electronic payment server to process payment for a periodic transaction when the automatic payment event based on the periodic transaction occurs at step S602. At the time of payment processing request, the affiliate shop transmits the name, residence registration number and mobile communication terminal phone number of the user, a billing agency name, periodic transaction details, etc. to the electronic payment server together with the payment processing request . The electronic payment server, having received
the above information, transmits generated periodic transaction details to the user's mobile communication terminal at step S604. The periodic transaction details include the billing agency name, a payment deadline, a payment amount, etc . , so that the user returns a confirmation message, indicating that the periodic transaction details are correct, to the electronic payment server by pressing a specific key if the received periodic transaction details are correct at step S606. The electronic payment server, having received the confirmation message for the periodic transaction details, generates an electronic slip and transmits the electronic slip to the user at step S608. The user generates an approved electronic slip by affixing an approval indication, such as a signature, to the received electronic slip and selecting a transfer account to be used for payment, and then returns the approved electronic slip to the electronic payment server at step S610. The approved electronic slip shows information indicating the position value of the user's mobile communication terminal. The electronic payment server, having received the approved electronic slip, requests a financial institution server to transfer a payment amount from the account selected by the user to the account of the billing agency, thus completing the transfer at steps S612 and S61 . After the transfer is completed and then the payment is completed, the electronic payment server notifies both the user and the affiliate shop of the completion of the payment together with payment details at steps S616a and S616b.
In addition, the electronic payment according to the present
invention can be applied to a continuous transaction, as well as the embodiment of FIG. 5 showing the electronic payment for the temporary transaction and the embodiment of FIG. 6 showing the electronic payment for the periodic transaction. For example, when it is assumed that the user contracts with a specific affiliate shop to pay a transaction amount at one time at the end of each month or year, a transaction amount generated by specific transactions occurring during the period is not actually paid, but only the transaction details thereof are stored in the database of the electronic payment server. The user and the affiliate shop are informed only of the transaction details . Thereafter, when a payment time point is reached depending on certain conditions, electronic payment for a transaction amount that is the total of all transactions occurring during a predetermined period is performed.
For this operation, in order to perform the electronic payment for the continuous transaction, the electronic payment server further includes a continuous transaction detail database, in addition to various databases shown in FIG. 3. The continuous transaction detail database is a place to store continuous transaction details occurring between a specific user and an affiliate shop, in which a transaction date, a transaction time, an exchanged commodity, a transaction amount, etc., are stored with respect to each transaction occurring during a predetermined period, so that the payment for the stored transaction details is performed at a specific payment time point, such as the end of each
month/year .
FIG. 7 is a flowchart showing the flow of the electronic payment for the continuous transaction.
First, the user and the affiliate shop generate a contract for a continuous transaction at step S700. The continuous transaction contract is generated between the user and the affiliate shop by agreeing on continuous transaction payment conditions, including a continuous transaction period and a continuous transaction payment time point, such as the end of each month/year.
After the contract has been generated, the user or the affiliate shop registers the contract for the continuous transaction in the electronic payment server through an electronic payment Web site, etc. at step S702. At this time, the contents to be registered include the purpose of the continuous transaction contract, transaction parties involved in the continuous transaction, the resident registration number and business registration number of the parties, the user's mobile communication terminal number, an affiliate shop's terminal number, a continuous transaction period, a continuous transaction payment time point, etc. The electronic payment server receives the above contents to construct a continuous transaction database for a corresponding continuous transaction, and stores continuous transactions to occur later in the continuous transaction database. If a specific transaction occurs between the user and the affiliate shop during a corresponding continuous transaction
contract period after the agreement on the contract for the continuous transaction and the registration of the contract are performed, as described above, at step S704, the affiliate shop notifies the electronic payment server of the occurrence of the transaction at step S706. At this time, notice that the transaction is the continuous transaction, generated transaction details, the transaction parties, and the terminal numbers of the parties are transmitted together with the occurrence of the transaction. The electronic payment server transmits corresponding continuous transaction details to the user terminal at step S708, and the user terminal returns continuous transaction confirmation information, indicating that the continuous transaction details are correct, to the electronic payment server at step S710. The electronic payment server, having received the continuous transaction confirmation information, stores the corresponding continuous transaction details in the continuous transaction detail database, and then notifies the affiliate shop that the occurrence of the continuous transaction has been approved at step S712. With respect to transactions occurring before the continuous transaction payment time point is reached, the above steps S704, S706, S708, S710 and S712 of storing only transaction details without performing a payment, such as an account transfer, are repeatedly performed. If a cause to make payment, such as the coming of the payment time point or abandonment, occurs during the repetition of the transactions, the electronic payment server
extracts the details of unpaid transactions, which have occurred up to that time, from the transaction detail database, performs exact calculation, generates an electronic slip for a corresponding electronic payment, and transmits the electronic slip to the mobile communication terminal at step S714.
The user generates an approved electronic slip by affixing a signature to the received electronic slip and selecting an account to be used for transfer, and returns the approved electronic slip to the electronic payment server at step S716. The approved electronic slip shows information indicating the position value of the user's mobile communication terminal. The electronic payment server, having received the approved electronic slip, requests a financial institution server to transfer a payment amount from the account selected by the user to the account of the billing agency, thus completing the transfer. Thereafter, the electronic payment server notifies both the affiliate shop and the user of the completion of the payment for the continuous transaction together with payment details.
The technical sprit of the present invention has been described in detail according to the preferred embodiments, however, the above embodiments are used for only the description of the present invention, and those skilled in the art would appreciate that various modifications are possible without departing from the technical sprit of the present invention.
Industrial Applicability
As described above, the present invention is advantageous in that, since a direct electronic payment is processed in real time between a user's mobile communication terminal and an electronic payment server, the user can easily perform the electronic payment. Further, the present invention is advantageous in that, if certain conditions are satisfied at the time of periodic transaction and continuous transaction, a payment attempt is automatically performed, and an electronic slip is transmitted to the user that is the transaction party, so that the user can receive the electronic slip in real time, thus preventing a mishap occurring when a payment time limit has elapsed. Further, the present invention is advantageous in that an approved electronic slip returned from, the user to the electronic payment server should include an electronic signature as an approval indication, thus preventing the occurrence of any illegal electronic payment .
