Description

Ladeeinheit mit Palettiertablar Loading unit with palletizing shelf
Anwendungsgebiet der ErfindungField of application of the invention
The invention relates to a loading unit, consisting of a transport pallet and palletizing shelves placed on the loading surface, the loading surfaces of which hold the cargo.
Hintergrund der ErfindungBackground of the Invention
Pallets serve as a transport platform on which objects are put together to form a loading unit. They rationalize the handling of goods between different means of transport, for example when reloading cargo from a truck to a rail vehicle or a ship, with a similar effect as when transporting in a container. Such transport units enable the use of forklifts and are therefore very flexible. The objects stacked on the pallet can be general cargo in the form of containers, individual containers, cardboard boxes or other goods.
Such a loading unit is previously known from EP 0 183 600 B1. It consists of a main transport pallet on the loading areas of which two auxiliary pallets are placed, which in turn hold the general cargo to be transported with their loading areas. The cohesion of the secondary pallet and general cargo is created by a protective cover made of a heat-shrinking plastic material.
The disadvantage here is that the load can only be removed in connection with one of the secondary pallets. This can be particularly problematic when the load is placed on roller conveyors by automatic palletizing stations. Then it may be necessary that this Roller conveyors have to be adapted to these secondary pallets in a complex manner.
Zusammenfassung der ErfindungSummary of the invention
The invention is therefore based on the object of improving a loading unit so that removal of the load from the transport pallet is possible even without a palletizing shelf.
According to the invention this object is achieved according to the characterizing part of claim 1 in conjunction with its preamble in that the loading surface of the palletizing tray has an openwork surface, with at least two continuous, spaced-apart, intersecting, intersecting directions on each end face of the rectangular-shaped palletizing tray open exemptions of the cargo are arranged.
These exemptions serve as an opening for engaging a wide variety of handling means. If, for example, the two spaced-apart forks of a hand pallet truck are inserted into these exemptions, their top side reaches the underside of the piece goods to be transported. When the forks are lifted upwards, they move out of the open spaces towards the load and take the load with them, while the palletizing tray remains at its starting point. Due to the arrangement of the exemptions on both sides, the cargo can advantageously also be removed from two sides.
Advantageous developments of the invention are described in subclaims 2 to 8.
It is provided according to claim 2 that the loading surface of the palletizing tray is provided on all sides with a border. This ensures that slipping of the load and thus falling off the palletizing tray is prevented.
According to a further feature of the invention according to claim 3, the loading surface of the palletizing shelf should be designed like a lattice viewed from its underside, the longitudinal and transverse webs crossing at several points. This special design of the shelf ensures its stability while at the same time being lightweight.
According to claim 4 it is provided that the palletizing tray consists of a plastic and is produced by injection molding, wherein according to claim 5 this plastic should be polypropylene (PP). Polypropylene is particularly suitable as a material for the palletizing tray, since it can be processed very well by injection molding, has high impact strength, high rigidity and does not tend to form stress cracks.
According to a further feature of the invention according to claim 6, the size of the transport pallet and palletizing tray should be matched to one another in the loading unit, at least two trays being arranged on the transport pallet. This means nothing more than optimal, almost 100 percent utilization between the base of the transport pallet and the base of the palletizing trays.
Claims 7 and 8 describe the cohesion of the loading unit consisting of the transport pallet, palletizing tray and load. According to claim 7 it is provided that an end cover is arranged on the upper layer of the load and the transport pallet, palletizing tray, load and end cover are detachably connected to one another by a fastening means, wherein according to claim 8 the fastening means is designed as a strapping band.
Kurze Beschreibungen der ZeichnungenThe invention is explained in more detail using the following exemplary embodiments. Brief descriptions of the drawings

Ausführliche Beschreibungen der ZeichnungenDetailed descriptions of the drawings
The palletizing tray according to the invention shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 and designated by 1 is formed in one piece and made from polypropylene by injection molding. As can be seen in FIG. 1, the palletizing tray 1 is rectangular and has both long and short end faces with exemptions 2, 3 which are open towards the top of the load. These exemptions 2, 3 are continuous and therefore extend from a long end face to a long end face and from a short end face to a short end face, so that intersection points 4 result for the cutting exemptions 2, 3. The total loading area 5 available for the cargo is composed of two partial areas. Firstly, through the partial loading areas 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 5.7, 5.8 and 5.9 and on the other hand by the exemptions 2, 3 themselves. In other words, the total loading area 5 is not continuous in one level, but in the manner described by the exemptions 2, 3 interrupted. As FIG. 1 also shows, the entire loading area 5 is surrounded by a border 6, which is interrupted at eight different circumferential locations due to the exemptions 2, 3. As FIG. 1 also shows, the border 6 is provided with a conical widening in the area of the exemptions 2, 3. It can also be seen from the last-mentioned figure that the partial loading areas 5.1 to 5.9 spatially form the upper surface of a cuboid, the individual cuboids being connected via a divided base surface 7 which is formed by the exemptions 2, 3.
The underside of the tray 1 shown in FIG. 2 clearly shows its lattice structure, which, as already mentioned, is used to reduce weight and increase stability. The cuboids bounded upwards by the partial loading areas 5.1 to 5.9 are hollow when viewed from below due to the lattice structure. The lattice structure is formed by a multiplicity of longitudinal webs 8 which intersect with a multiplicity of transverse webs 9, so that a multiplicity of crossing points 10 are formed. The lattice structures, the number of which is to be equated with the number of partial loading areas 5.1 to 5.9, are connected to one another by the base area 7.
The different dimensions of the transport pallets 14, 15 and 16 in width and depth are identified by the lower case letters a, b, c and d, where a>b>c> d. The figures mentioned are intended to clarify that the palletizing tray according to the invention can be adapted to any transport pallet size used. For example, the spatial dimensions of the transport pallets 14, 15, 16 with the values a = 1200 mm, b = 1000 mm, c = 800 mm, d = 600 mm and the expansion of the palletizing tray 1 with 600x400 mm, five palletizing trays 1 on the transport pallet 14, four on the transport pallet 15 and two on the transport pallet 16 can be accommodated on the lowest pallet level.
As the figures mentioned further show, the cohesion of the loading units 11, 12 and 13 is achieved in that a strapping band 17 of adjustable length is wrapped around the transport pallet 14, 15, 16 and the uppermost layer of the cargo 18. For the stabilization of the loading units 11, 12 and 13, additional end caps 19 are used, which are placed on the uppermost layer of the cargo 18.
BezugszeichenFor the sake of completeness, FIGS. 6 and 7 refer to the reversal of the palletizing tray 1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. In contrast, this modified palletizing shelf 20 has a flat surface 21 serving as a loading area, which in turn is enclosed by the border 6. This time, the two continuous, spaced-apart and intersecting exemptions 2, 3 are arranged on the underside of the tray 20, ie in the grid area, and are open in the direction of the transport pallet 14, 15, 16. In the manner already described, the lattice structure is in turn formed by a multiplicity of longitudinal webs 8 which intersect with transverse webs 9, so that a multiplicity of intersection points 10 is formed. When forks of a pallet truck are moved into the openings 2, 3 open in the direction of the transport pallet 14, 15, 16, the load 18 including the palletizing tray 20 is lifted off the latter. reference numeral
